Description
Claims (14)
- 세라믹체;상기 세라믹체에 내장된 발열 저항체;상기 세라믹체의 표면에 형성되고, 상기 발열 저항체에 통전한 전극패드;상기 전극패드의 표면에 형성된 도금층; 및상기 도금층에 납땜재를 통해 접합된 리드부재를 구비한 세라믹 히터로서:상기 도금층의 표면에 있어서의 붕소(B)의 양을 1중량%이하로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도금층의 표면에 있어서의 탄소(C)의 양을 10중량%이하로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 도금층은 무전해 도금에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 세라믹체;상기 세라믹체에 내장된 발열 저항체;상기 세라믹체의 표면에 형성되고, 상기 발열 저항체에 통전한 전극패드;상기 전극패드의 표면에 형성된 도금층; 및상기 도금층에 납땜재를 통해 접합된 리드부재를 구비한 세라믹 히터의 제조방법으로서:세라믹체의 내부에 발열 저항체를 형성하고,상기 세라믹체의 표면에, 상기 발열 저항체에 도통한 전극패드를 형성하고,상기 전극패드의 표면에 도금층을 형성하고,열처리를 실시하고,환원 분위기중에서 베이킹처리를 함으로써, 납땜재를 통해 상기 도금층에 리드부재를 접합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 열처리는 온도를 800∼1200℃, 수증기분압을 900Pa이상으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터의 제조방법.
- 세라믹체;상기 세라믹체에 내장된 발열 저항체;상기 세라믹체의 표면에 형성되고, 상기 발열 저항체에 통전한 전극패드;상기 전극패드의 표면에 형성된 1차 도금층;상기 도금층에 납땜재를 통해 접합된 리드부재; 및상기 납땜재를 덮는 2차 도금층을 구비한 세라믹 히터로서:상기 2차 도금층중에의 납땜재성분의 확산층이 1㎛이상이며, 또한, 상기 2차 도금층에 있어서의 납땜재성분이 확산되어 있지 않은 층의 표면으로부터의 두께가 1㎛이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 2차 도금층의 입자지름이 5㎛이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 비산화물로 이루어지는 세라믹체에 납땜재를 통해 금속판을 접속한 세라믹 히터로서,상기 납땜재가 액상선 온도 1200℃이하의 금속성분을 주성분으로 하고, V, Ti, Zr, Hf 중 1종류이상을 활성 금속으로서 함유하고,상기 납땜재와 상기 세라믹체 사이에, 상기 활성 금속과 상기 세라믹체가 반응한 반응층이 형성되고,상기 반응층에 있어서의 상기 활성 금속의 산화물의 비율이 5∼90원자%의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 반응층에 있어서, 상기 활성 금속의 산화물 이외에, 상기 활성층의 질화물, 규화물, 또는 탄화물 중 1종류이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 납땜재의 주성분이, Ni계, Au-Ni계, Ag-Cu계, Ag-Cu-In계, 및 Au-Cu계로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하 는 세라믹 히터.
- 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹체와의 접합계면으로부터 0.1㎛의 범위에 있어서의 상기 반응층내의 활성 금속의 산화물의 비율이 0.5∼90원자%의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 세라믹체에, 상기 활성 금속의 단체 또는 수소 화합물을 입경 0.5∼100㎛의 범위로 함유한 금속 페이스트를 도포하고,진공값이 1.33∼1.33×10-5Pa의 범위내인 진공분위기중에서 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제8항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 세라믹 히터의 제조방법.
- 제8항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹체가 원통상 또는 원기둥상이며, 상기 금속판이 곡면상이며,상기 금속판과의 접합부에 있어서의 상기 세라믹체의 곡률반경을 R1(㎜)으로 하고, 상기 금속판의 내주면의 곡률반경을 R2(㎜)로 하고, 상기 납땜재층의 평균 두께를 t(㎜)로 했을 때,-0.1≤(R1-R2)<t의 관계를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 금속판의 주변부에 있어서, 상기 금속판과 세라믹체 사이에 형성된 납땜재층의 두께가 30∼150㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 히터.
