Claims (20)
- 열가소성 수지 조성물로 이루어진 열가소성 복합 재료 중심층; 및상기 열가소성 복합 재료 중심층의 상부 및 하부면중 하나 이상의 면에 적층되고, 5 내지 65wt%의 강화 섬유, 35 내지 95wt%의 열가소성 수지 조성물을 포함하는 강화 연속 섬유 함침 프리프레그 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합 판재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중심층은 1 내지 30㎜의 평균 길이를 가지는 5 내지 50wt%의 강화 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합 판재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중심층은 15 내지 30wt%의 무기 충전재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합 판재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중심층은 20 내지 40wt%의 목분 및 왕겨 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합 판재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 강화 연속 섬유 함침 프리프레그 층에 융착되고, 0 내지 54wt%의 강화 섬유와, 46 내지 100wt%의 열가소성 수지 조성물을 포함하는 보호층을 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합 판재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 복합 재료 중심층은 발포층 및 유리 섬유 강화 열가소성 복합 조성물 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합 판재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 폴리프로필렌 조성물, 폴리에틸렌 조성물, 폴리아마이드 조성물, 폴리에스터, 및 폴리페닐렌설파이드로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합 판재.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 강화 섬유는 유리 섬유, 아라미드 섬유, 천연 섬유, 폴리에스테르 섬유, 및 폴리아미드 섬유들 중 하나 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합 판재.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 충전재는 탄산칼슘, 중공 비드, 탈크, 마이카, 및 울라스토나이트, 황화 아연, 활성탄 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합 판재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 강화 연속 섬유 함침 프리프레그 층은 일방성 구조 및 이방성 구조 중 하나로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합 판재.
- (i) 열가소성 수지 조성물로 이루어진 열가소성 복합 재료를 용융 압출하여 열가소성 복합 재료 중심층을 준비하는 단계; 및(ii) 5 내지 65wt%의 강화 섬유와 35 내지 95wt%의 열가소성 수지 조성물을 포함하는 강화 연속 섬유 함침 프리프레그를 제공하여 상기 열가소성 복합 재료 중심층의 하나 이상의 면에 강화 연속 섬유 함침 프리프레그 층을 압착하여 열가소성 복합 판재를 얻는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합 판재 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 중심층은 1 내지 30㎜의 평균 길이를 가지는 5 내지 50wt%의 강화 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합 판재 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 중심층은 15 내지 30wt%의 무기 충전재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합 판재 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 중심층은 20 내지 40wt%의 목분 및 왕겨 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합 판재 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, (iii) 상기 강화 연속 섬유 함침 프리프레그 층에, 0 내 지 54wt%의 강화 섬유와, 46 내지 100wt%의 열가소성 수지 조성물을 용융 압출하여, 상기 강화 연속 섬유 함침 프레그 층에 보호층을 융착하는 단계를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합 판재 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항 또는 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 복합 재료 중심층은 발포층 및 유리 섬유 강화 열가소성 복합 조성물 중 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합 판재 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항 또는 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 폴리프로필렌 조성물, 폴리에틸렌 조성물, 폴리아마이드 조성물, 폴리에스터, 및 폴리페닐렌설파이드로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합 판재 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 강화 섬유는 유리 섬유, 아라미드 섬유, 천연 섬유, 폴리에스테르 섬유, 및 폴리아미드 섬유들로부터 하나 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 복합 판재 제조 방법.
