Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る引抜成形品Mの製造装置1の一例を模式的に示す図である。製造装置1は、強化繊維に熱硬化性樹脂が含浸された中間成形品Sを引抜成形することによって、引抜成形品Mを製造する。
図2は、本実施形態に係る活性化シートCの一例を模式的に示す断面図である。図2に示すように、活性化シートCは、中間成形品Sの表面に配置された状態で、加熱成形型80の内面と対向する摺動面Aと、中間成形品Sの表面と接触する活性化面Bとを有する。摺動面Aは、加熱成形型80の内面と摺動可能である。活性化面Bは、製造される引抜成形品Mの表面の不活性化を抑制し接着性の低下を防止する。
次に、本実施形態に係る引抜成形品Mの製造方法について説明する。図5は、本実施形態に係る引抜成形品Mの製造方法の一例を示すフローチャートである。
以上説明したように、本実施形態によれば、活性化シートCが中間成形品Sの表面に配置された状態で、中間成形品Sと活性化シートCとが一緒に加熱成形型80に導入され、加熱成形型80から一緒に引き抜かれる。したがって、加熱成形型80の内面に対する活性化シートCの摺動性により、引抜成形品Mは、加熱成形型80から円滑に離型される。
なお、上述の実施形態においては、摺動面Aが平滑面であり活性化面Bが粗面であることとした。摺動面A及び活性化面Bの両方が平滑面でもよいし、摺動面A及び活性化面Bの両方が粗面でもよい。また、上述の実施形態においては、活性化面Bの表面粗さは摺動面Aの表面粗さよりも大きいこととした。摺動面Aの表面粗さと活性化面Bの表面粗さとが実質的に等しくてもよいし、摺動面Aの表面粗さが活性化面Bの表面粗さよりも大きくてもよい。
Claims (7)
- 強化繊維に熱硬化性樹脂が含浸された複数の角部を有する中間成形品の表面の全部と接合されるように、成形型の内面と摺動可能な摺動面を有し前記中間成形品の外形に合わせて屈曲可能な活性化シートを、前記中間成形品を包むように配置して、前記中間成形品を前記活性化シートと一緒に前記成形型に導入する工程と、
前記成形型において前記中間成形品が加熱硬化されることにより生成された複数の角部を有する引抜成形品の表面の全部と前記活性化シートとが接合され、前記活性化シートが前記引抜成形品を包んだ状態で、前記引抜成形品と前記活性化シートとを一緒に前記成形型から引き抜く工程と、
を含む引抜成形品の製造方法。 - 前記活性化シートは、前記中間成形品の表面と接触する活性化面を有し、
前記活性化面と前記中間成形品の表面との摩擦力は、前記摺動面と前記成形型の内面との摩擦力よりも大きい、
請求項1に記載の引抜成形品の製造方法。 - 前記活性化面の表面粗さは、前記摺動面の表面粗さよりも大きい、
請求項2に記載の引抜成形品の製造方法。 - 前記活性化面は、ナイロン樹脂及びポリエチレン樹脂の少なくとも一方を含み、
前記摺動面は、フッ素樹脂及びシリコン樹脂の少なくとも一方を含む、
請求項2又は請求項3に記載の引抜成形品の製造方法。 - 前記中間成形品は、前記成形型に連続して導入され、
前記活性化シートは、前記中間成形品と同期して前記成形型に導入される、
請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の引抜成形品の製造方法。 - 前記活性化シートは、前記成形型の入口において前記中間成形品の表面と接合される、
請求項1から請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の引抜成形品の製造方法。 - 強化繊維に熱硬化性樹脂が含浸された複数の角部を有する中間成形品の表面の全部と接合されるように、成形型の内面と摺動可能な摺動面を有し前記中間成形品の外形に合わせて屈曲可能な活性化シートを、前記中間成形品を包むように供給する活性化シート供給部と、
前記活性化シートと一緒に前記成形型に導入された前記中間成形品が加熱硬化されることにより生成された複数の角部を有する引抜成形品の表面の全部と前記活性化シートとが接合され、前記活性化シートが前記引抜成形品を包んだ状態で、前記引抜成形品と前記活性化シートとを一緒に前記成形型から引き抜く引抜装置と、
を備える引抜成形品の製造装置。
