Claims (16)
- 열가소성 수지 조성물로 이루어진 열가소성 복합 재료 중심층; 및 상기 열가소성 복합 재료 중심층의 상부 및 하부면중 하나 이상의 면에 적층되고, 5 내지 65wt%의 강화 섬유, 35 내지 95wt%의 열가소성 수지 조성물을 포함하는 강화 연속 섬유 함침 프리프레그 층을 포함하는 열가소성 복합 판재가, 40 내지 90wt%의 열가소성 수지 조성물을 포함하는 펠릿과 함께 성형기에서 소정의 형상으로 성형되는 것에 의하여 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 복합 판재는 소정의 형상으로 예비 성형된 후에 성형기에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 강도 보강재는 유리 섬유, 아라미드 섬유, 천연 섬유, 폴리에스테르 섬유, 및 폴리아미드 섬유들 중 하나 이상 선택되는 30㎜이하의 길이를 가지는 강화 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 강도 보강재는 탄산칼슘, 중공 비드, 탈크, 마이카, 및 울라스토나이트, 황화 아연, 활성탄 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 무기 충전재인 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 복합 판재는 부분적으로 천공 또는 째진 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 저압 사출기에 의해 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 열가소성 수지 조성물로 이루어진 열가소성 복합 재료 중심층; 및 상기 열가소성 복합 재료 중심층의 상부 및 하부면중 하나 이상의 면에 적층되고, 5 내지 65wt%의 강화 섬유, 35 내지 95wt%의 열가소성 수지 조성물을 포함하는 강화 연속 섬유 함침 프리프레그 층을 포함하는 열가소성 복합 판재가, 가열 용융 후 용융점 이하의 온도의 금형에서 프레스 성형되는 것에 의해 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 5 내지 65wt%의 강화 섬유와, 35 내지 95wt%의 열가소성 수지 조성물을 포함하는 강화 연속 섬유 함침 프리프레그 층이 10 내지 60wt%의 강도 보강재와 40 내지 90wt%의 열가소성 수지 조성물을 포함하는 펠릿과 함께 성형기에서 성형되는 것에 의하여 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 강화 연속 섬유 함침 프리프레그 층은 소정의 형상으로 예비 성형된 후에 성형기에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 강도 보강재는 유리 섬유, 아라미드 섬유, 천연 섬유, 폴리에스테르 섬유, 및 폴리아미드 섬유들 중 하나 이상 선택되는 30㎜이하의 길이를 가지는 강화 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.

- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 복합 판재는 GMT 시트와 조합되어 성형기에 배치되어 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 제 1항, 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서, 건축용 패널인 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 자동차 범퍼 백빔인 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
