- (A)구리를 주성분으로 포함하고, 표면의 적어도 일부에 유리질박막을 갖는 구형상 도전성 분말, (B)구리를 주성분으로 포함하는 플레이크형상 도전성 분말, (C)유리분말, (D)유기 비히클 및 (E)지방족 아민을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층세라믹 전자부품 단자전극용 도전성 페이스트.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 (E)지방족 아민의 적어도 일부가 (B)의 플레이크형상 도전성 분말입자의 표면에 부착하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층세라믹 전자부품 단자전극용 도전성 페이스트.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 (E)지방족 아민의 배합량이, (B)의 플레이크형상 도전성 분말의 중량 기준으로 0.05∼2.0중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층세라믹 전자부품 단자전극용 도전성 페이스트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (A):(B)의 중량비율이 5:95∼95:5인 적층세라믹 전자부품 단자전극용 도전성 페이스트.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 (A):(B)의 중량비율이 5:95∼95:5인 적층세라믹 전자부품 단자전극용 도전성 페이스트.
