Claims (25)
- 균체 내에 외인성 물질을 내포시킨 미생물의 표면에, 당류, 고감미도의 감미료, 단백질류 및 다가 알코올로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종을 부착시켜 이루어진 마이크로 캡슐.
- 제1항에 있어서,균체 내에 외인성 물질을 내포시킨 미생물이, 내인성의 균체 내 성분을 용출시킨 것인마이크로 캡슐.
- 제1항에 있어서,미생물이 효모인마이크로 캡슐.
- 제1항에 있어서,당류가, 단당류, 2당류, 3당류, 4당류, 올리고당, 다당류 및 당 알코올로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종인마이크로 캡슐.
- 제1항에 있어서,미생물의 표면에 락토오스, 말티토오스, 트레할로스, 팔라티니트, 덱스트린, 글리세린, 프로필렌 글리콜, 폴리글리세린, 및 폴리프로필렌 글리콜로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종을 부착시켜 이루어진마이크로 캡슐.
- 제1항에 있어서,미생물의 균체 내에 내포시킨 외인성 물질이, 소수성 물질인마이크로 캡슐.
- 제1항에 있어서,미생물의 균체 내에 내포시킨 외인성 물질이, 향료, 착색료, 산미료, 조미료, 고미료, 향신료, 감미료, 지질, 지방산, 아미노산류, 효소, 비타민류, 동ㆍ식물 추출물 및 생리 활성 물질로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종인마이크로 캡슐.
- 제1항에 있어서,식품, 의약품, 의약부외품, 향장품 또는 사료의 성분으로 사용할 수 있는마이크로 캡슐.
- (1) 미생물의 균체 내에 외인성 물질을 내포시키는 단계, 및(2) 단계 (1)에서 수득한 미생물의 표면에 당류, 고감미도의 감미료, 단백질류 및 다가 알코올로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종을 부착시키는 단계를 포함하는 마이크로 캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,(1)의 단계가, 내인성의 균체 내 성분을 용출시킨 미생물을 사용하여, 상기 미생물의 균체 내에 외인성 물질을 내포시키는 단계인마이크로 캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 따른 마이크로 캡슐을 함유하는 경구 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서,제1항에 따른 마이크로 캡슐을 향료, 착색료, 조미료, 산미료, 고미료, 향신료 또는 감미료로서 함유하는경구 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서,구강 내에 오랫동안 보유되거나, 구강 내에서 오랫동안 저작되는 것인경구 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서,츄잉검인경구 조성물.
- 미생물의 균체 내에 외인성 물질을 내포시킨 마이크로 캡슐에 대하여 외인성 물질의 방출 속도, 강도 또는 지속성을 제어하는 방법이며, 상기 마이크로 캡슐의 표면에 당류, 고감미도의 감미료, 단백질류 및 다가 알코올로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종을 부착시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,미생물의 균체 내에 향미 성분을 내포시킨 마이크로 캡슐에 대하여, 그 향미의 발현 속도, 강도 또는 지속성을 제어하는 방법인방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,미생물의 균체 내에 향미 성분을 내포시킨 마이크로 캡슐이, 내인성의 균체 내 성분을 용출시킨 미생물의 균체 내에 향미 성분을 내포시킨 것인방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,향미의 발현 속도, 강도 또는 지속성을 높이는 방법인방법.
- 균체 내에 향미 성분을 내포시킨 미생물의 표면에 당류, 고감미도의 감미료, 단백질류 및 다가 알코올로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종을 부착시킨 마이크로 캡슐을 경구 조성물에 배합하는 것을 포함하는, 경구 조성물에 대하여 향미의 발현 속도, 강도 또는 지속성을 제어하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서,균체 내에 향미 성분을 내포시킨 미생물은, 내인성의 균체 내 성분을 용출시킨 것인방법.
- 제19항에 있어서,경구 조성물에 있어서의 향미의 발현 속도, 강도 또는 지속성을 높이는 방법인방법.
- 균체 내에 외인성 물질을 내포시킨 미생물의 표면에 당류, 고감미도의 감미료, 단백질류 및 다가 알코올로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종을 부착시킨 마이크로 캡슐의, 향료, 감미료, 착색료, 조미료, 산미료, 향신료 또는 고미료로서의 용도.
- 균체 내에 외인성 물질을 내포시킨 미생물의 표면에 당류, 고감미도의 감미료, 단백질류 및 다가 알코올로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종을 부착시킨 마이크로 캡슐의, 경구 조성물의 조제를 위한 용도.
- 균체 내에 향미 성분을 내포시킨 미생물의 표면에 당류, 고감미도의 감미료, 단백질류 및 다가 알코올로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종을 부착시킨 마이크로 캡슐의, 향미의 발현 속도, 강도 또는 지속성을 개선시킨 경구 조성물의 조제를 위한 용도.
- 균체 내에 향미 성분을 내포시킨 미생물의 표면에 당류, 고감미도의 감미료, 단백질류 및 다가 알코올로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종을 부착시킨 마이크로 캡슐의, 경구 조성물에 대하여 향미의 발현 속도, 강도 또는 지속성을 높이기 위한 용도.
