Claims (32)
- 아연계 도금 강판 또는 알루미늄계 도금 강판의 표면에,(a) 에폭시기함유 수지(A)와, 일부 또는 전부가 활성수소를 갖는 히드라진 유도체로 이루어지는 활성수소함유 화합물(B)을 반응시켜서 얻어진 수분산성 수지 및/또는 수용성 수지와,(b) 실란 커플링제와,(c) 인산 및/또는 헥사플루오로 금속산을 함유하는 표면처리 조성물을 도포하고, 건조함으로써 형성된 피막 두께가 0.02∼5㎛의 표면처리 피막을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.
- 아연계 도금 강판 또는 알루미늄계 도금 강판의 표면에,(a1) 에폭시기함유 수지(A)와, 일부 또는 전부가 활성수소를 갖는 히드라진 유도체로 이루어지는 활성수소함유 화합물(B)과, 친수성 유기성분(C)을 반응시켜서 얻어진 변성 에폭시 수지를 물에 분산시킨 수성 에폭시 수지 분산액과,(b) 실란 커플링제와,(c) 인산 및/또는 헥사플루오로 금속산을 함유하는 표면처리 조성물을 도포하고, 건조함으로써 형성된 피막 두께가 0.02∼5㎛의 표면처리 피막을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.
- 아연계 도금 강판 또는 알루미늄계 도금 강판의 표면에,(a1) 에폭시기함유 수지(A)와, 일부 또는 전부가 활성수소를 갖는 히드라진 유도체로 이루어지는 활성수소함유 화합물(B)과, 친수성 유기성분(C)을 반응시켜서 얻어진 변성 에폭시 수지를 물에 분산시킨 수성 에폭시 수지 분산액과,(b) 실란 커플링제와,(c) 인산 및/또는 헥사플루오로 금속산과,(d) 우레탄 수지의 수분산체를 함유하는 표면처리 조성물을 도포하고, 건조함으로써 형성된 피막 두께가 0.02∼5㎛의 표면처리 피막을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 친수성 유기성분(C)이, 수평균 분자량 400∼20000의 폴리알킬렌글리콜과, 비스페놀형 에폭시 수지와, 활성수소함유 화합물과, 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물을 반응시켜서 얻어진 폴리알킬렌글리콜 변성 에폭시 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 친수성 유기성분(C)이, 1차 아민 화합물 및/또는 2차 아민 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면처리 조성물이, 실란 커플링제를 유기수지의 고형분 100질량부에 대해 1∼300질량부, 인산 및/또는 헥사플루오로 금속산을 유기수지의 고형분 100질량부에 대해 0.1∼80질량부 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면처리 조성물이 수용성 무기성분을, 유기수지의 고형분 100질량부에 대해 고형분으로 0.1∼60질량부 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 수용성 무기성분의 양이온종이 Mg, Ca, Y, Ti, Zr, Nb, Zn, Mn, Co, Ni, Zn, Al, In, Ce, La중에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상이며, 음이온종이 질산, 황산, 아세트산, 탄산, 인산, 염화물중에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면처리 조성물이, 비크롬계 방청 첨가제를, 유기수지의 고형분 100질량부에 대해 고형분으로 0.1∼50질량부 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.
- 표면처리 조성물이 비크롬계 방청 첨가제로서, 하기 (e1)∼(e5)의 군으로분터 선택되는 1개 이상의 방청 첨가제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.(e1) 산화 규소(e2) 칼슘 및/또는 칼슘화합물(e3) 난용성 인산화합물(e4) 몰리브덴산 화합물(e5) 트리아졸류, 티올류, 티아디아졸류, 티아졸류, 티우람류중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의, S원자를 함유하는 유기 화합물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면처리 조성물이, 고형 윤활제를, 유기수지의 고형분 100질량부에 대해 고형분으로 1∼50질량부 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면처리 조성물이, 실란 커플링제로서, 반응성 관능기로서 아미노기를 갖는 실란 커플링제의 적어도 1종을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면처리 조성물이, 헥사플루오로 금속산으로서 Ti, Si, Zr중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소를 포함하는 헥사플루오로 금속산의 적어도 1종을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.
- 제 9 항 내지 제 13 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면처리 조성물이, 비크롬계 방청 첨가제로서 칼슘 이온교환 실리카를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 에폭시기함유 수지(A)가, 수평균 분자량 1500∼10000, 에폭시 당량 150∼5000의 비스페놀A형 에폭시 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수성 에폭시 수지 분산액이, 수산기와 가교하는 기를 갖는 경화제를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.
- 아연계 도금 강판 또는 알루미늄계 도금 강판의 표면에, P, Zn 또는/및 Al, 및 O를 함유하는 비정질 화합물층과, 그 상층의 히드라진 유도체로 변성한 에폭시기함유 수지 또는 이 에폭시기함유 수지와 우레탄 수지를 매트릭스로 하는 유기수지 매트릭스층으로 구성되는, 피막 두께가 0.02∼5㎛의 표면처리 피막을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 표면처리 피막이 실란 화합물을 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.
- 제 17 항 또는 제 18 항에 있어서, 표면처리 피막이, P, Zn 또는/및 Al, 및 O를 포함하는 석출 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.
- 제 17 항 내지 제 19 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면처리 피막이, P, Zn 또는/및 Al, Si 및 O를 포함하는 석출 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.
- 제 17 항 내지 제 20 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아연계 도금 강판의 표면에 표면처리 피막을 갖는 표면처리 강판으로서, 비정질 화합물층중의 Zn과 P의 몰비 [Zn]/[P]가 0.9∼1.4인 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.
- 제 19 항 내지 제 21 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아연계 도금 강판의 표면에 표면처리 피막을 갖는 표면처리 강판으로서, 표면처리 피막이 함유하는 석출 화합물중의 Zn과 P의 몰비 [Zn]/[P]가 0.9∼1.4인 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.
- 제 19 항 내지 제 21 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아연계 도금 강판의 표면에 표면처리 피막을 갖는 표면처리 강판이며, 표면처리 피막이 함유하는 석출 화합물중의 Zn과 P의 몰비[Zn]/[P]이 1.do0미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.
- 제 17 항 내지 제 23 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면처리 피막이, 비크롬계 방청 첨가제를, 유기수지의 고형분 100질량부에 대해 고형분으로 0.1∼50질량부 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 표면처리 피막이 비크롬계 방청 첨가제로서, 하기 (e1)∼(e5)의 군으로부터 선택되는 1개 이상의 방청 첨가제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.(e1) 산화 규소(e2) 칼슘 및/또는 칼슘화합물(e3) 난용성 인산 화합물(e4) 몰리브덴산 화합물(e5) 트리아졸류, 티올류, 티아디아졸류, 티아졸류, 티우람류중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의, S원자를 함유하는 유기 화합물.
- 제 25 항에 있어서, 표면처리 피막이, 비크롬계 방청 첨가제로서 칼슘이온교환 실리카를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.
- 제 17 항 내지 제 26 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 표면처리 피막이, 고형 윤활제를, 유기수지의 고형분 100질량부에 대해 고형분으로 1∼50질량부 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 27 항중 어느 한 항에 기재된 표면처리 강판의 피막 두께를 0.02㎛ 이상 5㎛ 미만으로 한 표면처리 피막의 상층에, 피막 두께가 0.02 ㎛ 이상 5㎛ 미만의 유기수지 피막을 더 갖고, 이 유기수지 피막과 상기 표면처리 피막의 합계의 피막 두께가 5㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판.
- 아연계 도금 강판 또는 알루미늄계 도금 강판의 표면에,(a) 에폭시기함유 수지(A)와, 일부 또는 전부가 활성수소를 갖는 히드라진 유도체로 이루어지는 활성수소함유 화합물(B)을 반응시켜서 얻어진 수분산성 수지 및/또는 수용성 수지와,(b) 실란 커플링제와,(c) 인산 및/또는 헥사플루오로 금속산을 함유하고, pH가 0.5∼6으로 조제된 표면처리 조성물을 도포하고, 수세하지 않고 50℃∼300℃의 판의 온도로 가열 건조하여, 피막 두께가 0.02∼5㎛의 표면처리 피막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판의 제조 방법.

- 제 29 항 내지 제 31 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제조 방법에 의해 얻어진 표면처리 강판의 피막 두께를 0.02㎛ 이상 5㎛ 미만으로 한 표면처리 피막의 상층에, 피막 두께가 0.02㎛ 이상 5㎛ 미만의 유기수지 피막을, 상기 표면처리 피막 두께와 합계한 피막 두께가 5㎛ 이하가 되도록 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내백청성이 우수한 표면처리 강판의 제조 방법.
