Claims (43)
- 금속 산화물 미립자, 결착제 및 용제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 금속 산화물 분산액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 결착제가 고분자 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 금속 산화물 분산액.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 화합물이 수산기 또는 아미노기를 갖지 않는 고분자 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 금속 산화물 분산액.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 화합물이 N-비닐아세트아마이드 또는 아크릴아마이드를 모노머 단위로서 함유하는 고분자 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 금속 산화물 분산액.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 화합물이 불소 원자를 함유한 고분자 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 금속 산화물 분산액.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 화합물이, 폴리N-비닐아세트아마이드, 폴리아크릴아마이드, N-비닐아세트아마이드-아크릴산 나트륨 공중합체, 아크릴아마이드-아크릴산 나트륨 공중합체 및 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 금속 산화물 분산액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물 미립자가 산화티탄을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 금속 산화물 분산액.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 산화티탄이 분말상태로 200℃ 이상의 온도에서 열처리된 것임을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 금속 산화물 분산액.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 산화티탄의 BET 비표면적이 10∼100m2/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 금속 산화물 분산액.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 산화티탄의 BET 비표면적이 20∼75m2/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 금속 산화물 분산액.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 산화티탄의 90% 누적중량 입도분포경 D90이 2.2㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 금속 산화물 분산액.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 산화티탄의 하기 로진-라물러(Rosin-Rammler)식:R=100exp{-(D/De)n} (1)(식 중, D는 입경을 나타내고, R은 D(입경) 보다 큰 입자의 전체 입자에 대한 질량 백분율이고, De는 입도 특성수이고, n은 분포 정수이다)에 의한 분포 정수 n이 1.7이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 금속 산화물 분산액.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 산화티탄이, 사염화티탄을 산화성 가스로 고온 산화시키는 기상법으로 제조된 것을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 금속 산화물 분산액.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 산화티탄이, 사염화티탄을 산화성 가스로 고온산화시킴으로써 산화티탄을 제조하는 기상법에 있어서, 사염화티탄을 함유하는 가스 및 산화성 가스를 각각 500℃ 이상으로 예열시키고, 각각 유속 10m/초 이상으로 반응관에 공급시킴으로써 반응시켜 얻어지는 산화티탄을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 금속 산화물 분산액.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 산화티탄이, 사염화티탄을 산화성 가스로 고온 산화시킴으로써 산화티탄을 제조하는 기상법에 있어서, 사염화티탄을 함유하는 가스 및 산화성 가스를 각각 500℃ 이상으로 예열시키고, 각각 유속 10m/초 이상으로 반응관에 공급시키고, 상기 반응관 내의 온도가 600℃를 초과하는 고온도 조건으로 3초이하의 시간 동안, 상기 사염화티탄을 함유하는 가스 및 산화성 가스를 체류시키고, 반응시켜 얻어지는 산화티탄을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 금속 산화물 분산액.
- 제 9항에 기재된 산화티탄(산화티탄 A)에 더하여, 추가로 BET 비표면적이 100∼500m2/g인 산화티탄(산화티탄 B)을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 금속 산화물 분산액.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 산화티탄 A와 산화티탄 B의 질량비율(B/A)이 0.01∼0.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 금속 산화물 분산액.
- 시트 형상 전극 상에 제1항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 금속 산화물 분산액을 도포시킨 후에, 용제를 증발시켜 시트 형상 전극 상에 금속 산화막을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 광활성 전극의 제조방법.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 분무장치를 사용하여 시트 형상 전극 상에 금속 산화물 분산액을 도포시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 광활성 전극의 제조방법.
- 시트 형상 전극 상에 금속 산화막을 갖는 제 18항 또는 제 19항에 기재된 광활성 전극을, 상기 금속 산화물막을 구성하는 금속의 할로겐화물, 알콕시화물, 및 카르복시화물 중 1종 이상을 함유한 용액에 침지시킨 후에 80∼200℃의 온도에서 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 광활성 전극의 제조방법.
- 시트 형상 전극 상에 금속 산화막을 갖는 제 18항 또는 제 19항에 기재된 광활성 전극을 100℃∼200℃의 온도에서 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 광활성 전극의 제조방법.
- 제 18항 내지 제 21항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조방법에 의해 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 광활성 전극.
- 투명 기재와 투명 도전층으로 이루어지는 시트 형상 전극 상에, 결착제와 금속 산화물 미립자를 함유하는 금속 산화물막을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 광활성 전극.
- 제 23항에 있어서, 결착제가 고분자 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 광활성 전극.
- 제 24항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 화합물이 수산기 또는 아미노기를 갖지 않는고분자 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 광활성 전극.
- 제 25항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 화합물이 N-비닐아세트아마이드 또는 아크릴아마이드를 모노머 단위로서 함유하는 고분자 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 광활성 전극.
- 제 25항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 화합물이 불소 원자를 함유하는 고분자 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 광활성 전극.
- 제 26항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 화합물이 폴리N-비닐아세트아마이드, 폴리아크릴아마이드, N-비닐아세트아마이드-아크릴산 나트륨 공중합체, 아크릴아마이드-아크릴산 나트륨 공중합체 및 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 광활성 전극.
- 제 23항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물 미립자가 산화티탄을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 광활성 전극.
- 제 29항에 있어서, 상기 산화티탄이 분말상태로 200℃ 이상에서 열처리된 것임을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 광활성 전극.
- 제 29항에 있어서, 상기 산화티탄의 BET 비표면적이 10∼100m2/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 광활성 전극.
- 제 31항에 있어서, 상기 산화티탄의 BET 비표면적이 20∼75m2/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 광활성 전극.
- 제 30항에 있어서, 상기 산화티탄의 90% 누적중량 입도분포경 D90이 2.2㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 광활성 전극.

- 제 35항에 있어서, 상기 산화티탄이, 사염화티탄을 산화성 가스로 고온산화시킴으로써 산화티탄을 제조하는 기상법에 있어서, 사염화티탄을 함유하는 가스 및 산화성 가스를 각각 500℃ 이상으로 예열시키고, 각각 유속 10m/초 이상으로 반응관에 공급시킴으로써 반응시켜 얻어지는 산화티탄을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 광활성 전극.
- 제 36항에 있어서, 상기 산화티탄이, 사염화티탄을 산화성 가스로 고온 산화시킴으로써 산화티탄을 제조하는 기상법에 있어서, 사염화티탄을 함유하는 가스 및 산화성 가스를 각각 500℃ 이상으로 예열시키고, 각각 유속 10m/초 이상으로 반응관에 공급시키고, 상기 반응관 내의 온도가 600℃를 초과하는 고온도 조건으로 3초 이하의 시간 동안, 상기 사염화티탄을 함유하는 가스 및 산화성 가스를 체류시키고, 반응시켜 얻어지는 산화티탄을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 광활성 전극.
- 제 31항에 기재된 산화티탄(산화티탄 A)에 더하여, 추가로 BET 비표면적이 100∼500m2/g인 산화티탄(산화티탄 B)을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 광활성 전극.
- 제 38항에 있어서, 상기 산화티탄 A와 산화티탄 B의 질량비율(B/A)이 0.01∼0.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 광활성 전극.
- 제 23항에 있어서, 상기 투명 기재가 태양광에 대하여 투과성을 갖는 고분자 화합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 광활성 전극.
- 제 40항에 있어서, 상기 태양광에 대하여 투과성을 갖는 고분자 화합물이 폴리에스터, 폴리올레핀, 및 폴리아마이드로부터 선택된 어느 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지용 광활성 전극.
- 제 23항 내지 제 41항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 광활성 전극 상의 금속 산화물 표면에 증감색소를 담지하여 얻어지는 색소 전극의 금속 산화물막 면측과, 촉매 작용과 도전성을 갖는 반대극의 전기 전도성을 갖는 면을 대향시키고, 상기 색소 전극과 반대극의 사이에 전해액을 충전시킨 구조로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지.
- 제 22항에 기재된 광활성 전극을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 색소증감형 태양전지.
