Abstract
Description
Claims (4)
- (a) 반경 방향 베어링 레이스 또는 축방향의 베어링 레이스로서 선택적으로 구성된 적어도 하나의 고리형 레이스를 가진 베어링 링을 형성하는 단계;(b) 가열하는 동안에 유지되는 표면층과 유도자 사이의 간격에 걸쳐서 표면층의 가열을 유도하도록 적합화된 유도자와 표면층을 병치시킴으로써, 고리형 레이스의 표면층을 가열하는 동안에 베어링 링을 그것의 축을 중심으로 회전시키는 단계;(c) 상기 표면층을 경화시키도록 상기 베어링 링을 퀀칭시키는 단계; 및,(d) 간격이,(d1) 반경 방향 베어링 레이스에 대해서 상기 표면층의 경화 깊이(T)의 1 내지 2 배이도록,(d2) 상기 축방향 베어링 레이스의 외측 가장자리에서, 내측 직경이 베어링 링의 내측 직경에 대응하는 축방향 베어링 레이스에 대한 표면층의 경화 깊이(T)의 0.6 내지 1 배이고, 축방향 베어링 레이스의 내측 가장자리에서 내측 직경이 베어링 링의 내측 직경에 대응하는 상기 축방향 베어링 레이스에 대한 상기 표면층의 경화 깊이(T)의 1.5 내지 2 배이고, 그리고 외측 가장자리와 내측 가장자리 사이에서 연속적으로 변화하며, 그리고(d3) 내측 직경이 베어링 링의 그것보다 큰 축방향 베어링 레이스에 대해서는 균일하게 상기 표면층의 경화 깊이(T)의 0.6 내지 1 배이도록,선택적으로 조절하는 단계;를 구비하는 대형 롤러 베어링을 위한 베어링 링 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고리형 레이스는 경화되지 않아야 하는 상기 베어링 링의 일부에 근접하여 배치되고, 상기 방법은 상기 고리형 레이스와 경화되지 않아야 하는 인접한 영역 사이에서 단벽을 형성하는 단계를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 단벽은 표면층의 경화의 깊이(T)의 1 내지 2 배인 깊이(t)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유도자는 경화되지 않아야 하는 상기 베어링 링의 단계로부터 이격된 측방향의 가장자리를 가지며, 상기 방법은 상기 단계와 상기 유도자의 상기 가장자리 사이의 측방향 간격(c)을 상기 표면층의 깊이(T)의 1.5 내지 2 배에서 유지하는 단계를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
