Claims (15)
- 발광 소자에 있어서,양극과 음극 사이에 발광층을 포함하는 하나 이상의 유기 박막층을 갖는 유기 전자 발광 소자(유기 EL 소자)와,상기 유기 전자 발광 소자 내에 또는 상기 유기 전자 발광 소자에 인접하여 마련된 회절 격자 또는 존 플레이트(zone plate)와,상기 유기 전자 발광 소자와 상기 회절 격자 또는 존 플레이트의 외부상에 마련된 필터를 포함하고,상기 발광층으로부터 방출된 광은 필터를 통과하고, 상기 발광층으로부터 방출된 광의 색조 또는 색도와 상이한 광이 취출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화소를 구성하는 상기 유기 전자 발광 소자의 양극과 음극 중에서,상기 전극의 한쪽은 가시광선 영역에서 투명하고 상기 전극을 통해 광이 취출되고,상기 전극의 다른 한쪽은 가시광을 반사하고,상기 회절 격자 또는 상기 존 플레이트는 가시광을 반사하는 상기 전극상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화소를 구성하는 유기 전자 발광 소자의 양극 또는 음극중에서,상기 전극의 한쪽은 가시광선 영역에서 투명하고 상기 전극을 통해 광이 취출되고,상기 전극의 다른 한쪽은 가시광을 반사하고,회절 격자 또는 상기 존 플레이트는 투명 전극상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 회절 격자 또는 상기 존 플레이트는 광투과성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회절 격자 또는 상기 존 플레이트는 2차원 주기(cycle)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,광투과성 기판의 한쪽의 표면상에 상기 전극, 상기 하나 이상의 유기 전자 발광층, 및 상기 회절 격자 또는 상기 존 플레이트가 형성되고,상기 광투과성 상기 기판의 다른쪽의 표면상에 상기 필터가 배치되는 것을특징으로 하는 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,기판의 표면상에 상기 전극, 상기 하나 이상의 유기 전자 발광층, 및 상기 회절 격자 또는 상기 존 플레이트가 형성되고,상기 전극, 상기 하나 이상의 유기 전자 발광층, 및 상기 회절 격자 또는 상기 존 플레이트가 형성되는 상기 기판과의 동일측상에, 상기 전극, 상기 하나 이상의 유기 전자 발광층, 및 상기 회절 격자 또는 상기 존 플레이트에 직접 접하지 않도록 상기 필터가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 필터는 상기 발광층으로부터 방출된 광을 흡수하고, 상기 발광층으로부터 발광된 상기 광의 파장과 상이한 파장을 갖는 광을 방출하는 형광 물질 또는 인광 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 필터의 광 방출면상에서 상기 필터는 광을 산란 기능을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자.
- 표시 장치에 있어서,제1, 2, 5, 7, 8, 9항에 청구된 복수로 배치된 발광 소자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 표시 장치에 있어서,제1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9항에 청구된 복수로 배치된 발광 소자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치.
- 발광 소자의 제조 방법에 있어서,제1, 2, 5, 7항에 청구된 유기 전자 발광 소자 및 회절 격자 또는 존 플레이트와, 제1, 7, 8, 9항에 청구된 필터가 독립적으로 형성되어 서로 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자의 제조 방법.
- 발광 소자의 제조 방법에 있어서,제1, 3, 4, 5, 6항에 청구된 유기 전자 발광 소자 및 회절 격자 또는 존 플레이트와, 제1, 6, 8, 9항에 청구된 필터가 독립적으로 형성되어 서로 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 소자의 제조 방법.
- 표시 장치의 제조 방법에 있어서,제1, 2, 5, 7ㅋ항에 청구된 유기 전자 발광 소자 및 회절 격자 또는 존 플레이트와, 제1, 7, 8, 9항에 청구된 필터가 독립적으로 형성되어 서로 부착됨으로써발광 소자가 형성되고,복수의 상기 발광 소자를 배치함으로써 표시장치가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 표시 장치의 제조 방법에 있어서,제1, 3, 4, 5, 6항에 청구된 유기 전자 발광 소자 및 회절 격자 또는 존 플레이트와, 제1, 6, 8, 9항에 청구된 필터가 독립적으로 형성되어 서로 부착됨으로써 발광 소자가 형성되고,복수의 상기 발광 소자를 배치함으르써 표시 장치가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
