Claims (4)
- 하부전극, 상부전극 및 그 사이의 유기 EL층으로 이루어진 유기 EL 소자와, 상기 유기 EL 소자로부터의 발광을 흡수하여 색변환하는 색변환 필터층을 갖는 유기 EL 디스플레이에 있어서,상기 색변환 필터층과 상기 유기 EL 소자 사이에 상기 유기 EL 소자의 발광색만을 투과시키는 컬러 필터 기능을 갖는 층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 디스플레이.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 컬러 필터 기능을 갖는 층이, 상기 색변환 필터층과 상기 유기 EL 소자 사이에 형성되는 보호층인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 디스플레이.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 컬러 필터 기능을 갖는 층이, 상기 색변환 필터층과 상기 유기 EL 소자 사이에 형성되는 패시베이션층인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 디스플레이.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 컬러 필터 기능을 갖는 층이, 상기 색변환 필터층과 상기 유기 EL 소자 사이에 형성되는 충전제층인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 디스플레이.
