Claims (6)
- 열가소성 중합체로 이루어진 코어 성분 A 와 다른 열가소성 중합체로 이루어진 시스 성분 B 로 이루어진 코어/시스형 복합섬유로서, 섬유 단면에서 이 코어 성분 A 는 10 이상의 돌출부를 갖고 있거나 또는 10 이상의 편평 단면 코어 성분의 집합 배열체로서 존재하고, 인접하는 돌출부 간격 또는 인접하는 편평 단면 코어 성분의 간격 (I)이 1.5㎛ 이하이며, 이 돌출부 또는 편평 단면 코어 성분의 장축은 모두 섬유 단면 외주에 대하여 90°±15°각도를 이루도록 배치되어 있고, 또 코어 성분 A의 외주길이(L2)와 이 복합섬유의 외주길이(L1)의 비(X)가 다음 식 (1)을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합섬유 :X/C≥2(1)X: 코어 성분 A 의 외주길이와 복합섬유의 외주길이의 비(L2/L1)C: 복합섬유 전체를 1 로 한 경우의 코어 성분 A 의 질량 복합 비율.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 코어 성분 A 와 시스 성분 B 의 복합비(질량%)가 10:90∼90:10인 복합섬유.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 코어 성분 A 를 형성하는 열가소성 중합체는 시스 성분 B 를 형성하는 열가소성 중합체와는 비상용성인 중합체인 복합섬유.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 시스 성분 B 가 에틸렌 함유량 25∼70 몰%인 에틸렌-비닐알콜계 공중합체이고, 코어 성분 A 가 융점 160℃ 이상인 열가소성 중합체인 복합섬유.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복합섬유의 편평도가 1.5∼5.0 인 복합섬유.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코어 성분 A 에 무기미립자가 함유되어 있고, 이 무기미립자의 1차 평균입자경(㎛)과 무기미립자 함유량(질량%)이 다음 식 (2)∼(4)를 만족시키는 복합섬유 :0.01≤1차 평균입자경(㎛)≤5.0(2)0.05≤무기미립자 함유량(질량%)≤10.0(3)0.01≤Y≤3.0(4)단, Y = 1 차 평균입자경(㎛)×무기미립자 함유량(질량%)
