Claims (20)
- 발전기, 축전부, 발전기와 축전부 중 적어도 어느 하나로부터 공급된 전력으로 구동되는 구동 모터, 및 이 구동 모터로부터 공급된 구동력으로 구동되는 구동 바퀴를 갖는 차량의 제어 시스템에 있어서,차량을 구동하는데 필요한 요구된 구동력을 연산하는 요구된 구동력 연산부,요구된 구동력의 편차에 관하여 발전기의 지연 응답을 보상하기 위해 필요한 축전부의 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력을 연산하는 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력 연산부,축전부의 충전상태를 기초로 출력되도록, 이용가능한 전력 출력이 축전부에서 전력을 출력할 수 있는 축전부의 이용가능한 전력 출력을 연산하는 이용가능한 전력 출력 연산부,요구된 구동력, 축전부의 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력 및 축전부의 이용가능한 전력 출력을 기초로 발전기에 의해 생성되도록 연산하는 목표 전력 출력 연산부를 구비하며,상기 제어 시스템은 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력과 이용가능한 전력 출력을 기초로 축전부와, 목표 전력 출력을 기초로 발전기를 제어하여 요구된 구동력에 대응하도록 차량을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,축전부의 축전상태가 소정치 이상이고 축전부의 이용가능한 전력 출력이 축전부의 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력 이상일 때, 상기 목표 전력 출력 연산부는, 축전부의 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력을 축전부의 이용가능한 전력 출력에서 감산하여 얻어진 값을, 요구된 구동력에 대응하는 구동모터의 요구된 구동 전력에서 감산하여 목표 전력을 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,축전부의 이용가능한 전력 출력이 축전부의 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력 이하일 때, 상기 목표 전력 출력 연산부는, 요구된 구동력에 대응하는 구동 모터의 요구된 구동 전력이 되도록 목표 전력 출력을 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,차량의 보조부의 보조부 전력 소모를 판정하는 보조부 전력 소모 연산부를 추가로 구비하며,축전부의 축전상태가 소정치 이상이고 축전부의 이용가능한 전력 출력이 축전부의 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력 이상일 때, 상기 목표 전력 출력 연산부는, 축전부의 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력을 축전부의 이용가능한 전력 출력에서 감산하여 얻어진 값을, 보조부 전력 소모를 요구된 구동력에 대응하는 구동 모터의 요구된 구동 전력에 가산하여 얻어진 값에서 감산하여 목표 전력 출력을 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,차량의 보조부의 전력 소모를 판정하는 보조부 전력 소모 연산부를 추가로 구비하며,축전부의 이용가능한 전력 출력이 축전부의 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력 이하일 때, 상기 목표 전력 출력 연산부는, 보조부 전력 소모를 요구된 구동력에 대응하는 구동 모터의 요구된 구동 전력에 가산하여 얻어진 값이 되도록 목표 전력 출력을 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력 연산부는 차속과 요구된 구동력 중 적어도 어느 하나를 기초로 축전부의 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력을 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력 연산부는 차속을 기초로 판정된 축전부의 제1 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력과 요구된 구동력을 기초로 판정된 축전부의 제2 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력 중 작은 것을 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,요구된 구동력에 대응하는 구동 모터의 요구된 구동 전력이 발전기의 정지 조건 동안 얻어지는 축전부의 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력을, 축전부의 이용가능한 전력 출력에서 감산하여 얻어지는 값 이하일 때, 발전기가 동작 정지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발전기는 연료전지나 엔진을 이용하여 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 시스템.
- 발전기, 축전부, 발전기와 축전부 중 적어도 어느 하나로부터 공급된 전력으로 구동되는 구동 모터, 및 엔진과 구동 모터 중 적어도 어느 하나로부터 공급된 구동력으로 구동되는 구동 바퀴를 갖는 차량의 제어 시스템에 있어서,차량을 구동하는데 필요한 요구된 구동력을 연산하는 요구된 구동력 연산부,요구된 구동력의 편차에 관하여 발전기의 지연 응답을 보상하기 위해 필요한 축전부의 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력을 연산하는 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력 연산부,축전부의 충전상태를 기초로 출력되도록, 이용가능한 전력 출력이 축전부에서 전력을 출력가능한 축전부의 이용가능한 전력 출력을 연산하는 이용가능한 전력출력 연산부,요구된 구동력, 축전부의 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력 및 축전부의 이용가능한 전력 출력을 기초로 엔진의 목표 엔진 동력을 연산하는 목표 엔진 동력 연산부,엔진의 실제 동력을 연산하는 실제 엔진 동력 연산부,요구된 동력과 실제 엔진 동력을 기초로 구동 모터에 공급되는 요구된 모터 구동 전력을 연산하는 요구된 모터 구동 전력 연산부, 및요구된 모터 구동 전력에 따라 구동 모터를 제어하는 구동 모터 제어부를 구비하고,상기 제어 시스템은 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력과 이용가능한 전력 출력을 기초로 축전부, 목표 엔진 동력을 기초로 엔진, 및 요구된 모터 구동 전력을 기초로 구동 모터를 제어하여 요구된 구동력에 대응하도록 차량을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서,축전부의 축전상태가 소정치 이상이고 축전부의 이용가능한 전력 출력이 축전부의 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력 이상일 때, 상기 목표 엔진 동력 연산부는 축전부의 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력을 축전부의 이용가능한 구동 전력 출력에서 감산하여 얻어진 값을, 요구된 구동력에서 감산하여 목표 엔진 동력을 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서,축전부의 이용가능한 전력 출력이 축전부의 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력 이하일 때, 상기 목표 엔진 동력 연산부는 요구된 구동력이 되도록 목표 엔진 동력을 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서,요구된 모터 구동 전력 연산부는 실제 엔진 동력을 요구된 구동력에서 감산하여 얻어진 값이 되도록 요구된 모터 구동 전력을 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서,차량의 보조부의 보조부 전력 소모를 판정하는 보조부 전력 소모 연산부를 추가로 구비하며,축전부의 축전상태가 소정치 이상이고 축전부의 이용가능한 전력 출력이 축전부의 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력 이상일 때, 상기 목표 엔진 동력 연산부는 축전부의 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력을 축전부의 이용가능한 구동 전력 출력에서 감산하여 얻어진 값을, 보조부 전력 소모를 요구된 구동력에 가산하여 얻어진 값에서 감산하여 목표 엔진 동력을 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서,차량의 보조부의 보조부 전력 소모를 판정하는 보조부 전력 소모 연산부를 추가로 구비하며,축전부의 이용가능한 전력 출력이 축전부의 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력 이하일 때, 상기 목표 엔진 동력 연산부는 보조부 전력을 요구된 구동력에 가산하여 얻어진 값이 되도록 목표 엔진 동력을 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력 연산부는 차속과 요구된 구동력 중 적어도 어느 하나에 기초로 축전부의 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력을 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 시스템.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력 연산부는 차속을 기초로 판정된 축전부의 제1 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력과 요구된 구동력을 기초로 판정된 축전부의 제2 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력 중 작은 것을 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서,요구된 구동력이 엔진의 정지 조건 동안 얻어지는 요구된 구동 전력을, 축전부의 이용가능한 전력 출력에서 감산하여 얻어지는 값 이하일 때, 엔진이 동작 정지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 시스템.
- 구동수단, 및 이 구동수단에 동력을 공급하기 위해 축전부를 구비하는 동력공급수단을 갖는 차량의 제어 시스템에 있어서,차량을 구동하는데 필요한 요구된 구동력을 연산하는 요구된 구동력 연산수단,요구된 구동력의 편차에 관하여 동력공급수단의 지연 응답을 보상하기 위해 필요한 축전부의 허용가능한 전력 출력을 연산하는 허용가능한 전력 출력 연산수단,축전부의 충전 상태를 기초로 축전부의 이용가능한 전력 출력을 연산하는 이용가능한 전력 출력 연산수단, 및요구된 구동력, 허용가능한 전력 출력 및 이용가능한 전력 출력을 기초로 동력공급수단에 의해 생성되도록 목표 동력 출력을 연산하는 목표 동력 출력 연산수단을 구비하고,상기 제어 시스템은 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력, 이용가능한 전력 출력, 및 목표 동력 출력을 기초로 요구된 구동력에 대응하도록 차량을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 시스템.
- 구동부, 및 이 구동부에 동력을 공급하기 위해 축전부를 구비하는 동력공급부를 갖는 차량의 제어 방법에 있어서,차량을 구동하는데 필요한 요구된 구동력을 연산하는 단계,요구된 구동력의 편차에 관하여 동력공급부의 지연 응답을 보상하기 위해 필요한 축전부의 허용가능한 전력 출력을 연산하는 단계,축전부의 충전 상태를 기초로 축전부의 이용가능한 전력 출력을 연산하는 단계, 및요구된 구동력, 허용가능한 전력 출력 및 이용가능한 전력 출력을 기초로 동력공급부에 의해 생성되도록 목표 동력 출력을 연산하는 단계를 구비하고,상기 차량은 허용가능한 구동 전력 출력, 이용가능한 전력 출력, 및 목표 동력 출력을 기초로 요구된 구동력에 대응하도록 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제어 방법.
