P_bat = P_mot+P_aut−P_fc …(1)
(燃料電池スタック20によって供給される供給電力:P_fc、駆動モータ30によって消費される消費電力:P_mot、システム補機によって消費される消費電力:P_aux、バッテリー40によって供給される供給電力:P_bat)
もしも予想され設定される消費電力や供給電力と実際に測定される消費電力や供給電力に差が無いのであれば、上記式(1)に従って電力収支は常にバランスするはずである。しかし、実際にはセンサの精度やシステムの誤差によって、予想され設定しようとする値と実際に測定される値には開きが生ずる。この開きを是正しないと、電力収支に不均衡が生じ、長期的にはバッテリーの過充電や過放電を引き起こすことになる。そこで本実施形態では、蓄電装置制御系4においてこの誤差を是正する。
Claims (4)
- 燃料電池と蓄電装置とを備えたハイブリッド燃料電池システムにおいて、
電力を消費する負荷部と、
前記負荷部における電力消費量を制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、
少なくとも、前記燃料電池に供給させる供給電力設定値と前記負荷部において消費させる消費電力設定値とに基づいて、前記蓄電装置に供給させる供給電力設定値を求め、
前記蓄電装置に供給させる前記供給電力設定値と前記蓄電装置から実際に供給されている実供給電力値との差分を求め、
前記差分が少なくなるように、前記負荷部における電力消費量を変更する、
ことを特徴とするハイブリッド燃料電池システム。 - 前記負荷部は、システム補機を含み、
前記制御部は、前記負荷部において消費させる消費電力設定値として、前記システム補機において消費される消費電力を含めて、前記蓄電装置に供給させる前記供給電力設定値を求めること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド燃料電池システム。 - 前記負荷部は、駆動モータを含み、
前記制御部は、前記差分に基づいて前記駆動モータにおける電力消費量を制御すること、を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド燃料電池システム。 - 燃料電池と蓄電装置とを備えたハイブリッド燃料電池システムにおいて、
電力を消費する負荷部と、
前記燃料電池に供給させる供給電力設定値と前記負荷部において消費させる消費電力設定値とに基づいて、前記蓄電装置に供給させる供給電力設定値を求める第1制御手段と、
前記蓄電装置に供給させる前記供給電力設定値と前記蓄電装置から実際に供給されている実供給電力値との差分を求める演算手段と、
前記差分が少なくなるように、前記負荷部における電力消費量を変更する第2制御手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とするハイブリッド燃料電池システム。
