Claims (14)
- 친수성 블록(A)과 소수성 블록(B)으로 이루어지고, 소수성 블록(B)의 말단이 소수성 약물과의 친화성을 향상시키기 위한 관능기로 치환된 양친성 블록 공중합체를 포함하는, 체액 또는 수용액내에서 고분자 미셀을 형성할 수 있는 약물 담체 조성물.
- 제1항에 따른 조성물; 및,소수성 약물을 포함하는, 체액 또는 수용액내에서 고분자 미셀을 형성할 수 있는 약물 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 양친성 블록 공중합체가 하기 화학식 1의 구조를 갖는 것인 조성물:[화학식 1]상기 식에서,R1은 H, 각각 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬 또는 아실, 또는식의 라디칼이고,R2는 각각 탄소수 1∼9의 알킬, 아릴, 알크아릴 또는 아르알킬이며,x는 20∼300의 정수이고,y는 15∼70의 정수이다.
- 제3항에 있어서, R1은 H 또는 메틸이고, R2는 메틸 또는 페닐인 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 양친성 블록 공중합체의 분자량이 1,000∼15,000 달톤인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 양친성 블록 공중합체는 A-B 형 이중 블록 또는 B-A-B 형 삼중 블록 공중합체인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 친수성 블록(A)이 폴리에틸렌글리콜 또는 메톡시폴리에틸렌글리콜인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 소수성 블록(B)이 폴리락타이드, 폴리카프로락톤, 락타이드와 글리콜라이드의 공중합체, 락타이드와 카프로락톤의 공중합체, 락타이드와 1,4-디옥산-2-온의 공중합체, 폴리오르소에스터, 폴리언하이드라이드, 폴리포스파진, 폴리아미노산 및 폴리카보네이트로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제2항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소수성 약물이 블록 공중합체와 약물의 총중량에 대하여 0.1∼40 중량%로 포함되는 조성물.
- 제2항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소수성 약물이 탁산 유도체 약물인 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 탁산 유도체 약물이 파클리탁셀인 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 소수성 약물의 농도가 0.1∼3 mg/㎖가 되도록 희석하여 주사제로 투여되는 조성물.
- a) 제1항에 따른 양친성 블록 공중합체와 소수성 약물을 유기용매에 용해시킨 후, 유기용매를 증발시켜 약물-고분자 매트릭스를 제조하고;b) 약물-고분자 매트릭스를 물에 용해시켜 약물이 봉입된 고분자 미셀 수용액을 제조하며;c) 고분자 미셀 수용액을 동결건조한 후 멸균하여, 제2항에 따른 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 소수성 약물이 탁산 유도체 약물인 방법.
