Claims (5)
- 성형후 수평균 섬유 직경이 2 내지 20㎛이고, 성형후 수평균 섬유 길이가 210 내지 500㎛인 유리 섬유 5 내지 20중량부 및 화학식 1, 2 및 3의 구조 단위 또는 화학식 1, 2, 3 및 4의 구조 단위를 이들 구조 단위의 합이 95mol% 이상이 되도록 함유하는 액정 폴리에스테르 수지 100중량부를 포함하고, 두께가 0.5㎜인 시험편을 사용하여 측정한 굴곡 모듈러스가 25㎬ 이상인 액정 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.화학식 1화학식 2화학식 3화학식 4
- 제1항에 있어서, 액정 폴리에스테르 수지 중의 화학식 1, 2, 3 및 4의 구조 단위의 합을 기준으로 하는 구조 단위의 양에 있어서, 화학식 1의 구조 단위의 양이 40 내지 80mol%이며, 화학식 2의 구조 단위의 양이 10 내지 30mol%이고, 화학식 2의 구조 단위/(화학식 3의 구조 단위 + 화학식 4의 구조 단위)가 0.9 내지 1.1이며, 화학식 4의 구조 단위/(화학식 3의 구조 단위 + 화학식 4의 구조 단위)가 0 내지 0.5인 액정 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가열된 수지를 100kgf/㎠(9.81㎫)의 하중하에 4℃/분의 온도 상승 속도로 내경이 1㎜이고 길이가 10㎜인 노즐을 통해 압출시키는 경우, 코카형 유동 시험기 CFT-500(제조원: 시마드즈 코포레이션(Shimadzu Corporation))을 사용하여 측정한 용융 점도가 48000poise를 나타내는 온도인, 액정 폴리에스테르 수지의 유동 온도가 320℃ 이상인 액정 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 액정 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물을 사용하여 수득된 성형품.
- 스크류가 장착된 용융 혼련 압출기를 사용하며, 압출기가 압출 방향의 상부 스트림 부분에 상부 스트림측 공급부를 가지고, 상부 스트림측 공급부로부터 하부 스트림 부분에 하부 스트림측 공급부를 가지며, 상부 스트림측 공급부 및 하부 스트림측 공급부 사이의 거리(L) 대 스크류의 직경(D)의 비(L/D)가 4 내지 30(여기서, L 및 D는 동일한 스케일의 단위이다)이고, 스크류 회전하에, 전체 액정 폴리에스테르 수지 공급량의 90% 이상 및 전체 유리 섬유 공급량의 5% 미만을 상부 스트림측 공급부로부터 공급하고, 전체 액정 폴리에스테르 수지 공급량의 10% 미만 및 전체 유리 섬유 공급량의 95% 이상을 하부 스트림측 공급부로부터 공급함을 포함하는, 제1항의 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
