Claims (9)
- 리튬 이온을 도핑·탈도핑할 수 있는 양극과 비수 전해액과 음극을 구비한 재충전이 가능한 비수 전해액 이차 전지에 있어서, 음극 활물질이 (a) 비늘 조각상의 흑연 입자 및 (b) 비정질 탄소로 표면이 피복되고 동시에 비늘 조각상이 아닌 흑연 재료의 2종류 이상을 포함하는 탄소 재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해액 이차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 비늘 조각상의 흑연 입자 비율이 상기 탄소 재료 전체의 10 내지 70 중량%의 범위인 비수 전해액 이차 전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 비정질 탄소로 표면이 피복되고 동시에 비늘 조각상이 아닌 흑연 재료의 비표면적이 0.3 ㎡/g 내지 3 ㎡/g의 범위인 비수 전해액 이차 전지.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 비정질 탄소로 표면이 피복되고 동시에 비늘 조각상이 아닌 흑연 재료가 메소카본 마이크로비드를 흑연화한 것인 비수 전해액 이차 전지.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 비늘 조각상의 흑연 입자의 중량 평균 입경이 10 ㎛ 내지 80 ㎛의 범위인 비수 전해액 이차 전지.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 (a) 비늘 조각상의 흑연 입자가 석유 피치 또는 석탄 피치를 원료로 하는 인조 흑연인 비수 전해액 이차 전지.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탄소 재료가 (a) 비늘 조각상의 흑연 입자와, (b) 비정질 탄소로 표면이 피복되고 동시에 비늘 조각상이 아닌 흑연 재료만으로 이루어지는 비수 전해액 이차 전지.
- (a) 비늘 조각상의 흑연 입자, (b) 비정질 탄소로 표면이 피복되고 동시에 비늘 조각상이 아닌 흑연 재료 및 접합제를 분산매 중에 포함하는 슬러리를 집전체 상에 도포하여 건조한 후, 가압 압축하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수 전해액 이차 전지의 제조 방법.
- (a) 비늘 조각상의 흑연 입자 및 (b) 비정질 탄소로 표면이 피복되고 동시에 비늘 조각상이 아닌 흑연 재료를 포함하며, (a)와 (b)의 비율이 중량비로 10:90 내지 70:30인 탄소 재료 조성물.
