Claims (14)
- 혼합 및 분쇄된 슬러리를 얻기 위해, 분쇄 매체를 사용하는 분산공정에 의하여, 0.01~1㎛ 의 평균 입자크기를 가지는 세라믹 분말, 용매, 및 분산제를 혼합 및 분쇄하기 위한 혼합 및 분쇄 단계; 및최종 분산 슬러리를 얻기 위하여, 상기 혼합 및 분쇄된 슬러리, 및 용매에 바인더를 녹이고 여과함으로써 얻어진 여과된 바인더 용액을 100kgf/㎠ 이상 압력에서 분산하기 위한 고압 분산 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,세라믹 전자부품을 제조하기 위해 사용되는 세라믹 슬러리의 제조방법.
- 혼합 및 분쇄된 슬러리를 얻기 위해, 분쇄 매체를 사용하는 분산공정에 의하여, 바인더를 용매에 용해한 후 여과되어 준비된 여과된 바인더 용액, 0.01~1㎛ 의 평균 입자크기를 가지는 세라믹 분말, 용매, 및 분산제를 혼합 및 분쇄하기 위한 혼합 및 분쇄 단계; 및최종 분산 슬러리를 얻기 위해, 100kgf/㎠ 이상 압력에서 상기 혼합 및 분쇄된 슬러리를 분산하기 위한 고압 분산 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,세라믹 전자부품을 제조하기 위해 사용되는 세라믹 슬러리의 제조방법.
- 혼합 및 분쇄된 슬러리를 얻기 위해, 분쇄매체를 사용하는 분산공정에 의하여, 0.01~1㎛ 의 평균 입자크기를 가지는 세라믹 분말, 용매, 및 분산제를 혼합 및분쇄하기 위한 혼합 및 분쇄 단계;1차 분산 슬러리를 얻기 위해, 상기 혼합 및 분쇄된 슬러리를 100kgf/㎠ 이상 압력에서 분산하기 위한 1차 고압 분산 단계; 및최종 분산 슬러리를 얻기 위해, 상기 1차 분산 슬러리, 및 용매에 바인더를 녹이고 여과함으로써 얻어진 여과된 바인더 용액을 100kgf/㎠ 이상 압력에서 분산하기 위한 2차 고압 분산 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,세라믹 전자부품을 제조하기 위해 사용되는 세라믹 슬러리의 제조방법.
- 1차 혼합 및 분쇄된 슬러리를 얻기 위해, 분쇄 매체를 사용한 분산 공정에 의하여, 0.01~1㎛ 의 평균 입자 크기를 가지는 세라믹 분말, 용매, 및 분산제를 혼합 및 분쇄하기 위한 1차 혼합 및 분쇄 단계;2차 혼합 및 분산 슬러리를 얻기 위해, 분쇄 매체를 사용한 분산 공정에 의하여, 상기 1차 혼합 및 분쇄된 슬러리, 및 바인더를 용매에 용해하고 여과하여 준비된 여과 바인더 용액을 혼합 및 분쇄하기 위한 2차 혼합 및 분쇄 단계; 및최종 분산 슬러리를 얻기 위해, 100kgf/㎠ 이상 압력에서 상기 2차 혼합 및 분쇄된 슬러리를 분산하기 위한 고압 분산 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,세라믹 전자부품을 제조하기 위해 사용되는 세라믹 슬러리의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 여과된 바인더 용액이 용매와 바인더를 혼합하여 준비되고,100kgf/㎠ 이상 압력에서 고압 분산을 실시하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 슬러리의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용매 및 바인더의 혼합물을 포함하는 바인더 용액을 40~100℃에서 리플럭싱(refluxing)한 후 여과함으로써, 상기 여과된 바인더 용액이 준비되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 슬러리의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2㎛ 이하 직경의 세공을 가지는 필터를 사용하여 99%의 여과차단 정밀도로 여과함으로써, 상기 여과된 바인더 용액이 준비되는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 슬러리의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 최종 분산 슬러리가 0.003~0.1 Pa·s 의 점도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 슬러리의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분쇄 매체를 사용한 분산공정이 볼 밀 및 비드 밀중 어느 하나를 적용하는 공정인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 슬러리의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분산제가 음이온 분산제이고,상기 음이온 분산제 전체 산량이 상기 세라믹 분말의 전체 기제량의 10~150%가 되기 위하여, 첨가되는 상기 분산제의 양이 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 슬러리의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 최종 분산 슬러리가 세라믹 그린 시트를 형성하기 위해 사용되고,상기의 형성되는 세라믹 그린시트의 두께보다 더 큰 입자크기를 가지는 재료가 상기 세라믹 슬러리에서 존재하지 않도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 슬러리의 제조방법.
- 상기의 형성되는 세라믹 그린시트의 두께의 5배 이하의 직경의 세공을 가지는 필터를 사용하여, 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 세라믹 슬러리의 제조방법에 의하여 제조된 세라믹 슬러리를 여과하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 슬러리 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의하여 제조된 세라믹 슬러리를 소정의 기재(基材)상에 시트로 성형함에 있어서,0.1~10㎛ 의 두께의 세라믹 그린시트로 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 세라믹 그린시트를 형성하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의하여 제조된 세라믹 슬러리를 사용한 세라믹 그린시트를 형성하는 단계;비금속을 포함하는 내부전극과 함께 상기 세라믹 그린시트를 적층한 후 다이싱(dicing) 및 소성하는 단계; 및외부전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모놀리식 세라믹 전자부품의 제조방법.
