도 3은 본 발명의 신축성 광신호 전송 케이블의 구속 사상체의 권회 방법의 일례를 도시하는 도면이다.

Claims (13)
10% 이상의 신축성을 갖는 탄성 원통체와 상기 탄성 원통체의 주위에 권회된 적어도 1개의 광 파이버를 포함하고,
상기 탄성 원통체의 주위에 상기 광 파이버를 권회하고, 40 ℃ 이상 200 ℃ 이하의 열처리를 1초 이상 15분 이하로 행하여 얻어지며,
상기 광 파이버의 굽힘 직경(R)이 한계 굽힘 직경(Re) 이상이고,
상기 광 파이버의 굽힘 직경의 변동(Rr=Rmax-Rmin)이 0≤Rr≤Rave이며,
상기 광 파이버의 잔류 토크율이 30% 이하이고,
광 전송 손실이 이완 상태에서 10 dB/m 미만인 것인, 신축성 광신호 전송 케이블.
상기 광 파이버의 외측에 상기 광 파이버와 역방향으로 권회되어 있는 구속 사상체를 더 포함하는 신축성 광신호 전송 케이블.
100×(L0-Lk)/Lk[%]
{식 중, L0은 광파이버의 전체 길이이며, 그리고 Lk는 항신장 사상체의 전체 길이임}로 정의되는 값까지 신장했을 때의, 상기 사상체 합계의 파단 강도가 10000 cN 이상인 것인 신축성 광신호 전송 케이블.
상기 탄성 원통체의 주위에 상기 광 파이버를 권회하고, 40℃ 이상 200℃ 이하의 열처리를 1초 이상 15분 이하로 행하는 것을 포함하는 신축성 광신호 전송 케이블의 제조 방법.
