Description
Claims (4)
- 내톱니를 갖는 제 1 부재;외기어를 가지고 상기 내톱니의 중심에 배치되며 상기 제 1 부재에 대하여 회전 운동하는 중공의 크랭크축;상기 내톱니에 맞물리는 외톱니를 가지고 상기 크랭크축에 결합하여 상기 크랭크축에 대하여 편심 운동하는 외톱니 부재;상기 외톱니 부재에 결합하여 상기 제 1 부재에 대하여 회전할 수 있는 제 2 부재; 및모터의 출력축에 장착된 입력 기어 및 상기 외기어에 맞물려 상기 입력 기어로부터의 동력을 상기 외기어에 전달하는 전달 기어를 구비하고,상기 전달 기어는 상기 제 2 부재에 회전 가능하게 지지된 것을 특징으로 하는 센터 크랭크식 편심 요동형 감속기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 2 부재는 상기 외톱니 부재로부터 토크가 전달되는 토크 전달 핀을 가지고,상기 전달 기어는 상기 토크 전달 핀에 회전 가능하게 지지된 것을 특징으로 하는 센터 크랭크식 편심 요동형 감속기.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 전달 기어와 상기 토크 전달 핀 사이에 배치된 베어링을 구비하고,상기 토크 전달 핀은 베어링 강재로 이루어지며 표면이 상기 베어링의 전동면인 것을 특징으로 하는 센터 크랭크식 편심 요동형 감속기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전달 기어는 상기 입력 기어와 맞물리고 상기 입력 기어보다 지름이 큰 대경(大徑) 기어와, 상기 외기어와 맞물리고 상기 외기어보다 지름이 작은 소경(小徑) 기어를 갖는 회전 가능한 외기어 열체(列體)인 것을 특징으로 하는 센터 크랭크식 편심 요동형 감속기.
