Claims (23)
- 층 A 와 층 B 가 교대로 배치되고, 층 A 를 양측의 최표층으로 하는 다층 폴리에스테르 필름으로서,(1) 층 A 는 폴리에스테르 A 로 이루어지고, 층 B 는 폴리에스테르 B 로 이루어지고,(2) 폴리에스테르 A 의 융점은, 폴리에스테르 B 의 융점보다 15℃ 이상 높고,(3) 층 A 는 배향 구조를 갖는 층이고, 층 B 는 비배향 구조를 갖는 층이고,(4) 층 A 의 총 두께 (a) 와 층 B 의 총 두께 (b) 의 비 (a/b) 가 0.01∼3 이고,(5) 다층 폴리에스테르 필름의 면내에서의 파단 강도는 최대값이 50MPa 이하이고, 또 최대값과 최소값의 차가 20MPa 이하이고,(6) 필름의 두께 편차가 10% 이하이고,(7) 필름의 헤이즈값이 10% 이하이며,(8) 폴리에스테르 A 는, 디카르복실산 단위가 테레프탈산 단위, 2,6-나프탈렌디카르복실산 단위, 또는 이들 모두로 이루어지고, 글리콜 단위가 에틸렌글리콜 단위로 이루어지는 폴리에스테르이고,(9) 폴리에스테르 B 는, 디카르복실산 단위가 테레프탈산 단위와 나프탈렌디카르복실산 단위로 이루어지거나 혹은 테레프탈산 단위와 나프탈렌디카르복실산 단위와 이소프탈산 단위로 이루어지고 또한 글리콜 단위가 에틸렌글리콜 단위와, 디에틸렌글리콜 단위, 1,4-시클로헥산디메탄올 단위 및 네오펜틸글리콜 단위로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 다른 글리콜 단위로 이루어지는 폴리에스테르이고, 여기서 테레프탈산 단위 및 에틸렌글리콜 단위의 함유율은 각각 적어도 80 몰% 이고, 나프탈렌디카르복실산 단위, 나프탈렌디카르복실산 단위와 이소프탈산 단위, 및 다른 글리콜 단위의 함유율은 각각 20 몰% 이하인것을 특징으로 하는 다층 폴리에스테르 필름.

- 다층 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조 방법으로,(1) 폴리에스테르 B 와, 폴리에스테르 B 의 융점보다 융점이 15℃ 이상 높은 폴리에스테르 A 를 준비하여, 공압출 제막법에 의해 폴리에스테르 A 로 이루어지는 층 A 와 폴리에스테르 B 로 이루어지는 층 B 가 교대로 배치되고, 층 A 를 양측의 최표층으로 하고, 층 A 의 총 두께 (a) 와 층 B 의 총 두께 (b) 의 비 (a/b) 가 0.01∼3 인 미연신 필름을 얻는 공정으로서,여기서, 폴리에스테르 A 는, 디카르복실산 단위가 테레프탈산 단위, 2,6-나프탈렌디카르복실산 단위, 또는 이들 모두로 이루어지고, 글리콜 단위가 에틸렌글리콜 단위로 이루어지는 폴리에스테르이고,그리고 폴리에스테르 B 는, 디카르복실산 단위가 테레프탈산 단위와 나프탈렌디카르복실산 단위로 이루어지거나 혹은 테레프탈산 단위와 나프탈렌디카르복실산 단위와 이소프탈산 단위로 이루어지고 또한 글리콜 단위가 에틸렌글리콜 단위와, 디에틸렌글리콜 단위, 1,4-시클로헥산디메탄올 단위 및 네오펜틸글리콜 단위로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 다른 글리콜 단위로 이루어지는 폴리에스테르이고, 여기서 테레프탈산 단위 및 에틸렌글리콜 단위의 함유율은 각각 적어도 80 몰% 이고, 나프탈렌디카르복실산 단위, 나프탈렌디카르복실산 단위와 이소프탈산 단위, 및 다른 글리콜 단위의 함유율은 각각 20 몰% 이하인 공정,(2) 상기 미연신 필름을 종방향과 횡방향으로 연신하여, 연신 필름을 얻는 공정,(3) 상기 연신 필름을 폴리에스테르 B 의 융점보다 5℃ 이상 높은 온도에서, 또한 폴리에스테르 A 의 융점보다 10℃ 이상 낮은 온도에서 열처리하는 공정,(4) 열처리 후, 추가로 열 이완시키는 공정으로 이루어지는 다층 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조 방법.
