Claims (20)
- 기재층의 한쪽의 면에, 제1의 접착제층, 알루미늄 박층, 코팅층, 접착 수지층 및 실란트층, 또는 알루미늄 박층, 코팅층, 제2의 접착제층 및 실란트층이 순차로 적층되어 이루어진 리튬 전지용 포장재로서,상기 코팅층이, 희토류원소계 산화물100질량부에 대하여 인산 또는 인산염이 1∼100질량부 배합된 층(A)과, 음이온성 폴리머 및 상기 음이온성 폴리머를 가교시키는 가교제를 갖는 층(Ⅹ)을 포함하는 다층구조인, 리튬 전지용 포장재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 층(A)의 단위면적당의 질량a(g/m2)와, 상기 층(Ⅹ)의 단위면적당의 질량x(g/m2)와의 관계가, 2≥x/a인, 리튬 전지용 포장재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 층(A)이, 상기 알루미늄 박층 위에 직접 적층된, 리튬 전지용 포장재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 층(A)의 단위면적당의 질량a가 0.010∼0.200g/m2인, 리튬 전지용 포장재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 코팅층이, 양이온성 폴리머 및 상기 양이온성 폴리머를 가교시키는 가교제를 갖는 층(Y)을 더 포함하는 다층구조인, 리튬 전지용 포장재.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 층(A)의 단위면적당의 질량a(g/m2)와, 상기 층(Ⅹ)의 단위면적당의 질량x(g/m2)와, 상기 층(Y)의 단위면적당의 질량y(g/m2)와의 관계가, 2≥(x+y)/a인, 리튬 전지용 포장재.
- 기재층의 한쪽의 면에, 제1의 접착제층, 알루미늄 박층, 코팅층, 접착 수지층 및 실란트층, 또는 알루미늄 박층, 코팅층, 제2의 접착제층 및 실란트층이 순차로 적층되어 이루어진 리튬 전지용 포장재로서,상기 코팅층이, 희토류원소계 산화물과, 인산 또는 인산염과, 음이온성 폴리머와, 상기 음이온성 폴리머를 가교시키는 가교제를 갖는 층(M)을 포함하고,상기 인산 또는 인산염이, 상기 희토류원소계 산화물100질량부에 대하여, 1∼100질량부 배합된, 리튬 전지용 포장재.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 코팅층이, 양이온성 폴리머 및 상기 양이온성 폴리머를 가교시키는 가교제를 갖는 층(Y)을 더 포함하는 다층구조인, 리튬 전지용 포장재.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 양이온성 폴리머가, 폴리에틸렌이민, 폴리에틸렌이민과 칼본산을 갖는 폴리머로 이루어진 이온 고분자착체, 아크릴 주골격에 1급 아민을 그라프트시킨 1급 아민 그라프트 아크릴수지, 폴리아릴아민 또는 그 유도체, 아미노 페놀로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인, 리튬 전지용 포장재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 음이온성 폴리머가, 폴리(메타)아크릴산 또는 그 염, 혹은 (메타)아크릴산 또는 그 염을 함유하는 공중합체인, 리튬 전지용 포장재.
- 제 1 항, 제 5 항, 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가교제가, 이소시아네이트기, 글리시딜기, 칼복실기, 옥사졸린기 중 어느 하나의 관능기를 갖는 화합물과 실란커플링제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인, 리튬 전지용 포장재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 희토류원소계 산화물이, 산화세륨인, 리튬 전지용 포장재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 인산 또는 인산염이, 축합 인산 또는 축합 인산염인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전지용 포장재.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 접착 수지층이, 하기 (i) 또는 (ii)이며, 상기 제2의 접착제층이 하기(iii)인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전지용 포장재.(i):산변성 폴리 올레핀계 수지(α).(ii):산변성 폴리 올레핀계 수지(α)(30∼99질량%)에, 이소시아네이트 화합물 또는 그 유도체(β)와 실란커플링제(γ)((β)+(γ):1∼70질량%)를 배합한 수지조성물. 단, (β)+(γ)=100에 있어서, (β):(γ)=10∼90:90∼10.(iii):폴리올 성분을 주제 성분으로 하고, 이소시아네이트 화합물 또는 그 유도체를 경화제 성분으로 한 폴리우레탄계 접착제.
- 기재층의 한쪽의 면에, 제1의 접착제층, 알루미늄 박층, 코팅층, 접착 수지층 및 실란트층, 또는 알루미늄 박층, 코팅층, 제2의 접착제층 및 실란트층을 순차로 적층하는 공정을 갖는 리튬 전지용 포장재의 제조 방법으로서,희토류원소계 산화물과, 상기 희토류원소계 산화물100질량부에 대하여 1∼100질량부의 인산 또는 인산염을 포함하는 코팅 조성물(A)을, 상기 알루미늄 박층 위에 도포하고, 건조시켜서 층(A)을 형성시킨 후에, 상기 층(A) 위에, 음이온성 폴리머 및 상기 음이온성 폴리머를 가교시키는 가교제를 포함하는 코팅 조성물(Ⅹ)을 도포하고, 건조시켜서 층(Ⅹ)을 형성시킴으로써, 상기 코팅층을 상기 알루미늄 박층 위에 적층하는, 리튬 전지용 포장재의 제조 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 층(A) 또는 층(Ⅹ) 위에, 양이온성 폴리머 및 상기 양이온성 폴리머를 가교시키는 가교제를 포함하는 코팅 조성물(Y)을 더 도포하고, 건조시켜서 층(Y)을 형성시킴으로써, 상기 코팅층을 상기 알루미늄 박층 위에 적층하는, 리튬 전지용 포장재의 제조 방법.
- 기재층의 한쪽의 면에, 제1의 접착제층, 알루미늄 박층, 코팅층, 접착 수지층 및 실란트층, 또는 알루미늄 박층, 코팅층, 제2의 접착제층 및 실란트층을 순차로 적층하는 공정을 갖는 리튬 전지용 포장재의 제조 방법으로서,희토류원소계 산화물과, 상기 희토류원소계 산화물100질량부에 대하여 1∼100질량부의 인산 또는 인산염과, 음이온성 폴리머와, 상기 음이온성 폴리머를 가교시키는 가교제를 포함하는 코팅 조성물(M)을, 상기 알루미늄 박층 위에 도포하고, 건조시켜서 층(M)을 형성시킴으로써, 상기 코팅층을 상기 알루미늄 박층 위에 적층하는, 리튬 전지용 포장재의 제조 방법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 코팅 조성물(M)은, 희토류원소계 산화물과, 인산 또는 인산염과의 합계의 질량a'(g)와, 음이온성 폴리머와 상기 음이온성 폴리머를 가교시키는 가교제와 의 합계의 질량x'(g)와의 관계가, 2≥x'/a'을 충족시키는, 리튬 전지용 포장재의 제조 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 층(M) 위에, 양이온성 폴리머 및 상기 양이온성 폴리머를 가교시키는 가교제를 포함하는 코팅 조성물(Y)을 더 도포하고, 건조시켜서 층(Y)을 형성시킴으로써, 상기 코팅층을 상기 알루미늄 박층 위에 적층하는, 리튬 전지용 포장재의 제조 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,상기 코팅 조성물(M) 및 코팅 조성물(Y)은, 상기 질량a'(g)와, 상기 질량x'(g)과, 양이온성 폴리머와 상기 양이온성 폴리머를 가교시키는 가교제와의 합계의 질량y'(g)와의 관계가, 2≥(x'+y')/a'을 충족시키는, 리튬 전지용 포장재의 제조 방법.
