Claims (14)
- 절연성 재료로 형성된 헤더 본체와, 상기 헤더 본체의 길이 방향의 양쪽 측벽에 유지된 복수쌍의 헤더 포스트를 구비한 헤더와,절연성 재료로 형성되어, 상기 헤더가 감합되는 대략 직사각형의 플러그 홈을 갖는 소켓 본체와, 상기 소켓 본체의 상기 플러그 홈의 길이 방향의 양쪽 측벽에 유지되며, 상기 헤더가 상기 플러그 홈에 감합되었을 때에 상기 헤더 포스트와 접촉되는 복수쌍의 소켓 콘택트를 구비한 소켓을 포함하고,상기 소켓 본체는, 그 길이 방향의 양쪽 단부에 일체적으로 삽입된 한쌍의 소켓보강 금속기구에 의해 보강되며,상기 한쌍의 소켓보강 금속기구는, 각각 상기 플러그 홈의 길이 방향의 양쪽 측벽에서 외측으로 돌출되도록 형성되고, 회로기판의 랜드에 남땜되는 한쌍의 고정부와, 상기 고정부의 사이를 접속하고, 또 상기 소켓 본체의 길이 방향의 단부에 매설되는 연결부를 갖고,상기 헤더 본체는, 그 길이 방향의 양쪽 단부에 각각 일체적으로 삽입된 한쌍의 헤더보강 금속기구에 의해 보강되고,상기 헤더보강 금속기구는, 상기 헤더 포스트중 전기적으로 접속되지 않는 로스핀이며, 상기 헤드포스트는 대략 동일한 폭 방향 단면 형상을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 헤더 포스트의 접촉부에는, 상기 헤더 포스트의 높이 방향에 따라 상기 소켓에 대향하는 면(面)측으로부터 회전기판에 실장되는 면측으로 향해서, 순차로 돌기 및 오목(凹)부가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 돌기는, 상기 헤더 포스트의 높이 방향의 중앙보다도 약간 상기 소켓에 대향하는 면(面)측의 위치에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 삭제
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 오목(凹)부는, 상기 헤더 포스트의 높이 방향에 따라 연장된 홈(溝) 모양인 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 오목(凹)부는, 상기 헤더 포스트의 폭 방향의 단면이 대략 V자 모양이 되도록, 폭 방향의 중앙부로 향할수록 깊이가 깊어지는 2개의 경사면을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 헤더 포스트의 폭 방향에서 상기 오목(凹)부의 폭 치수는, 상기 돌기의 폭 치수보다도 크고, 또 상기 소켓 콘택트의 제1접촉부의 폭 치수보다도 작아지도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 헤더 포스트의 높이 방향에서 상기 오목(凹)부의 치수 및 위치는, 상기 제2접촉부 상(上)을 상기 소켓 콘택트의 제1접촉부가 슬라이드(slide)하는 범위 내에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 헤더보강 금속기구는, 상기 헤더 포스트의 상기 제2접촉부에 상당하는 위치에, 상기 헤더보강 금속기구의 높이 방향에 따라 상기 소켓에 대향하는 면측으로부터 회로기판에 실장되는 면측으로 향해서, 순차로 돌기 및 오목(凹)부가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터.
- 절연성 재료로 형성된 헤더 본체와, 상기 헤더 본체의 길이 방향의 양쪽 측벽에 유지된 복수쌍의 헤더 포스트를 구비한 헤더와,절연성 재료로 형성되어, 상기 헤더가 감합되는 대략 직사각형의 플러그 홈을 갖는 소켓 본체와, 상기 소켓 본체의 상기 플러그 홈의 길이 방향의 양쪽 측벽에 유지되어, 상기 헤더가 상기 플러그 홈에 감합되었을 때에 상기 헤더 포스트와 접촉되는 복수쌍의 소켓 콘택트를 구비한 소켓을 포함하는 커넥터의 제조방법으로서,상기 복수쌍의 헤더 포스트는,펀칭 가공에 의해 밴드 모양의 금속판에, 상기 헤더 포스트와 대략 동일한 형상을 갖는 도전단자를 소정 피치로 연속적으로, 또 서로 대향하도록 2열 형성하는 공정과,상기 금속판에 형성된 2열의 도전단자 중에서, 상기 복수쌍의 헤더 포스트의 쌍수보다도 2개 많은 쌍수의 도전단자를 금형 내에 삽입하는 공정과,상기 금형 내에 삽입된 도전단자 중 양측에 위치하는 2쌍의 도전단자를 헤더보강 금속기구로서 상기 헤더 본체의 길이 방향의 양쪽 단부 근방의 내부에 매설하도록, 절연성 수지에 의해 삽입 성형하는 공정과,삽입 성형에 의해 상기 헤더 본체와 일체화된 상기 도전단자를 상기 금속판으로부터 분리하는 공정을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 금속판에 형성된 2열의 도전단자 중에서, 상기 복수쌍의 헤더 포스트의 쌍수보다도 적어도 4개 많은 쌍수의 도전단자를 추출하고, 양단에 위치하는 2쌍의 도전단자 및 중앙부에 위치하는 상기 복수쌍의 헤더 포스트의 쌍수의 도전단자를 제외하고 나머지 도전단자를 상기 금속판으로부터 분리하여 제거하는 공정을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 도전단자를 상기 금속판으로부터 분리할 때, 상기 헤더보강 금속기구가 되는 양측에 위치하는 2쌍의 도전단자를, 상기 헤더 본체의 폭 방향의 치수와 거의 동일한 치수가 되도록 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터의 제조방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 삽입 성형에 있어서, 상기 헤더 본체의 양쪽 단부 근방의 회로기판에 실장되는 면(面)측에 오목(凹)부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터의 제조방법.
