Description
第一発明に係る回路基板用電気コネクタは、端子の長手方向での一端側に回路基板へ接続のための接続部そして他端側に相手接続体との接触のための接触部が形成された該端子と、該端子を複数配列保持するハウジングとを有し、該ハウジングが、上記端子を介して回路基板へ取り付けられる固定ハウジングと、該固定ハウジングとは別部材として形成され該固定ハウジングに対して可動で上記端子の接触部を配置している可動ハウジングとを有する。
第二発明に係る回路基板用電気コネクタの製造方法は、端子の長手方向での一端側に回路基板へ接続のための接続部そして他端側に相手接続体との接触のための接触部が形成された該端子と、該端子を複数配列保持するハウジングとを有し、該ハウジングが上記端子を介して回路基板へ取り付けられる固定ハウジングと、該固定ハウジングとは別部材として形成され該固定ハウジングに対して可動で上記端子の接触部を配置している可動ハウジングとを有する回路基板用電気コネクタの製造方法である。

Claims (6)
- 端子の長手方向での一端側に回路基板へ接続のための接続部そして他端側に相手接続体との接触のための接触部が形成された該端子と、該端子を複数配列保持するハウジングとを有し、該ハウジングが、上記端子を介して回路基板へ取り付けられる固定ハウジングと、該固定ハウジングとは別部材として形成され該固定ハウジングに対して可動で上記端子の接触部を配置している可動ハウジングとを有する回路基板用電気コネクタにおいて、
上記端子は、固定ハウジングにより保持される固定側被保持部と、可動ハウジングにより保持される可動側被保持部と、該固定側被保持部と可動側被保持部の間に設けられた弾性部とを有し、
可動ハウジングは、回路基板に対面する底面に、当接金具が設けられており、可動ハウジングが回路基板へ向け移動した際に、上記当接金具が回路基板の面に当接可能となっていることを特徴とする回路基板用電気コネクタ。 - 上記当接金具は、上記可動ハウジングに埋没され保持されている埋設部を有していることとする請求項1に記載の回路基板用電気コネクタ。
- 上記当接金具は、金属板製であり、回路基板に当接する当接面が、金属板の圧延面であることとする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の回路基板用電気コネクタ。
- 端子の長手方向での一端側に回路基板へ接続のための接続部そして他端側に相手接続体との接触のための接触部が形成された該端子と、該端子を複数配列保持するハウジングとを有し、該ハウジングが上記端子を介して回路基板へ取り付けられる固定ハウジングと、該固定ハウジングとは別部材として形成され該固定ハウジングに対して可動で上記端子の接触部を配置している可動ハウジングとを有する回路基板用電気コネクタの製造方法において、
固定ハウジングと可動ハウジングに端子を保持させるとともに、固定ハウジングと可動ハウジングがそれぞれ回路基板に対面する該固定ハウジングと可動ハウジングの底面で金属板部材の部分が露呈するように該金属板部材を固定ハウジングと可動ハウジングに架け渡して保持させ、
上記固定ハウジングと可動ハウジングの間の位置で上記金属板部材を切り離し、
固定ハウジングの底面で露呈する金属板部材の部分を回路基板との固定のための固定金具の固定部として形成し、可動ハウジングの底面で露呈する上記金属板部材の部分を回路基板との当接を可能とする当接金具の当接部として形成することを特徴とする回路基板用電気コネクタの製造方法。 - 上記固定金具と上記当接金具は、それぞれ上記固定ハウジングと上記可動ハウジングに埋没された部分で保持されていることとする請求項4に記載の回路基板用電気コネクタの製造方法。
- 上記当接金具は、上記当接部が回路基板と当接する当接面が金属板部材の圧延面であることとする請求項4または請求項5に記載の回路基板用電気コネクタの製造方法。
