WO 제92/01802호에는 물질을 액체에 혼입시키고, 액체의 입자를 제조한 다음, 얼음 입자가 세포를 투과하도록 촉진시키고, 세포 투과 후 얼음 입자를 용융시킴으로써, 물질을 세포로 들여보내는 의견이 기재되어 있다.
JP 제06 034 361호에는 다공성 규소 원자력 현미경 첨단이 기재되어 있다. 당해 장치는 투영된 표면을 관통하지 않는다.
Claims (33)
- 물질을 세포로 이동시키기 위한 다공성 또는 다결정성 규소를 사용함을 포함하여, 물질을 세포로 이동시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 재흡수성 또는 생체부식성 다공성 또는 다결정성 규소를 사용함을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 다공성 또는 다결정성 규소의 영역을 포함하는 마이크로니들(microneedle)을 사용함을 포함하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 니들의 첨단(tip)에 다공성 또는 다결정성 규소가 제공됨을 포함하는 방법.
