- 차량의 횡전 가능성을 판정하여, 상기 가능성이 높을 때에는 상기 가능성을 저감하기 위한 목표 제동 제어량을 상기 가능성이 낮을 때에 비하여 커지도록 연산하고, 상기 목표 제동 제어량에 기초하여 차륜 제동력을 제어하는 차량의 거동 제어장치에 있어서,차량의 거동에 기초하는 차량의 횡전 가능성 및 운전자의 운전조작에 기초하는 차량의 횡전 가능성을 판정하고, 상기 운전자의 운전조작에 기초하는 차량의 횡전 가능성이 높을 때에는, 상기 운전자의 운전조작에 기초하는 차량의 횡전 가능성은 높지 않지만 상기 차량의 거동에 기초하는 차량의 횡전 가능성이 높을 때에 비하여 커지도록 목표 제동 제어량을 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 거동 제어장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 운전자의 운전조작에 기초하는 차량의 횡전 가능성은 조타각 및 조타 속도에 기초하여 판정되고, 상기 차량의 거동에 기초하는 차량의 횡전 가능성은 차량의 상태량에 기초하여 판정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 거동 제어장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 차량의 상태량은 차량의 요 레이트 (yaw rate), 횡가속도, 차속을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 거동 제어장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,긴급 회피 조타 상태를 검출하여, 긴급 회피 조타 상태일 때에는, 상기 운전자의 운전조작에 기초하는 차량의 횡전 가능성이 높은 것으로 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 거동 제어장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 목표 제동 제어량은 차륜의 목표 슬립률이고, 차륜 제동력은 차륜의 목표 슬립률 및 실제 슬립률에 기초하여 피드백 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 거동 제어장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,차량의 중량을 검출하고, 상기 차량의 중량이 높을수록 상기 목표 제동 제어량이 커지도록 상기 차량의 중량에 기초하여 상기 목표 제동 제어량을 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 거동 제어장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,차량의 롤 발생 용이함을 검출하고, 상기 차량의 롤 발생 용이함이 높을수록 상기 목표 제동 제어량이 커지도록 상기 차량의 롤 발생 용이함에 기초하여 상기 목표 제동 제어량을 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 거동 제어장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 운전자의 운전조작에 기초하는 차량의 횡전 가능성이 높을 때에는 상기 목표 제동 제어량에 기초하는 차륜 제동력의 증감 구배를 제한하고, 상기 운전자의 운전조작에 기초하는 차량의 횡전 가능성은 높지 않지만 상기 차량의 거동에 기초하는 차량의 횡전 가능성이 높을 때에는 상기 목표 제동 제어량에 기초하는 차륜 제동력의 증감 구배를 제한하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 거동 제어장치.
