Claims (5)
- 플렉시블 베이스와 그 플렉시블 베이스의 일면에 소정의 패턴으로 형성된 푸시 절단 블레이드를 포함하는 플렉시블 다이의 제조방법으로서,포토레지스트를 금속판의 표면에 균일하게 적층하고, 포토레지스트 층을 노광 및 현상하여, 상기 금속판의 표면에 상기 푸시 절단 블레이드용 레지스트 패턴을 형성하는 단계;상기 레지스트 패턴을 마스크로서 이용하여, 상기 금속판을 소정의 깊이로 에칭함으로써, 상기 플렉시블 베이스와 그 베이스로부터 돌출되는 돌출부를 형성하는 단계;수직 돌출부를 형성하기 위해 상기 돌출부의 측면을 절단하는 단계; 및단일 절단 에지 또는 이중 절단 에지로 만들기 위해 상기 수직 돌출부의 첨단을 예리하게 하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 다이의 제조방법.

- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 기재된 제조방법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 다이.
