Claims (16)
- 공작물을 파지하여 회전시키는 동시에, 해당 공작물의 회전축에 평행한 Z방향으로 왕복이동 가능한 주축과,상기 주축에 대향하여 배치되고, 공작물을 파지하여 회전시키는 동시에 상기 Z방향으로 왕복이동 가능한 배면주축과,공작물을 가공하기 위한 공구가 부착되고, 상기 Z방향으로 왕복이동 가능한 동시에, 해당 Z방향과는 다른 X방향으로 왕복이동 가능하고, 또한 해당 Z방향 및 해당 X방향을 포함하는 XZ평면내에서 회전하여 공구의 방향을 변화시키는 공구홀딩부재와,상기 주축으로부터 돌출한 상기 공작물을 회전 가능하게 지지하는 동시에, 해당 공작물의 회전축의 방향으로 슬라이딩시키는 가이드부시를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선반.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 공구홀딩부재는 상기 공작물을 가공하기 위한 복수의 공구가 부착되는 동시에, 해당 복수의 공구로부터 선택된 공구를 해당 공작물을 가공하기 위한 소정 위치에 위치시키는 구성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 선반.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 공구홀딩부재는 상기 공작물을 가공하기 위한 복수의 공구가 부착되는 동시에 회전하고, 해당 복수의 공구 중에서 가공에 사용하는 공구를 공작물을 가공하기 위한 소정 위치에 위치시키는 터릿으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선반.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 공구홀딩부재는 상기 공작물을 가공하기 위한 복수의 공구가 부착되는 공구주축인 것을 특징으로 하는 선반.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,복수의 공구를 수용하는 공구매거진과,상기 부착되어 있는 공구를 상기 공구매거진에 수용되어 있는 공구로 교환하는 공구교환수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선반.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 주축은 상기 공작물이 관통하는 구멍을 구비함으로써, 공작물은 해당 주축에 파지될 수 있고, 또한 상기 구멍을 관통하여 연장될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 선반.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 배면주축에는 상기 공작물이 관통하는 구멍이 형성됨으로써, 상기 공작 물은 해당 배면주축에 파지될 수 있고, 또한 구멍을 관통하여 연장될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 선반.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 공구홀딩부재는 상기 Z방향(Z2축방향)과 상기 X방향(X1축방향)으로 왕복이동 가능하고, 또한 해당 Z 및 X방향과는 다른 방향인 Y방향으로 왕복이동 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 선반.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,하나 또는 복수의 공구를 탑재하고, 해당 탑재한 공구를 이용하여 상기 주축 또는 상기 배면주축에 의해 파지되는 공작물을 가공하기 위해 상기 공구홀딩부재와는 독립하여 동작하는 절삭공구대를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선반.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 절삭공구대는 상기 X방향, 상기 Z방향, 상기 Y방향으로 이동 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 선반.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 주축과 상기 배면주축의 위치, 공작물의 파지, 공작물의 회전을 제어하고, 상기 공구홀딩부재의 위치와 방향을 제어하는 제어부를 구비하는 것을 특징으 로 하는 선반.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 주축과 상기 배면주축은 각각 독립적으로 공작물을 파지 가능하고, 또 1개의 공작물을 상호 공동하여 파지 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 선반.
- 공작물을 파지하여 Z방향으로 연장되는 소정의 회전축을 중심으로 회전시키는 동시에, 해당 공작물을 상기 회전축에 평행하게 이동시키는 제 1 주축수단과,상기 제 1 주축수단에 파지된 공작물을 지지하는 가이드부시수단과,상기 회전축을 중심으로 상기 공작물을 회전시키고, 상기 회전축과 평행하게 상기 공작물을 이동시키기 위하여 상기 제 1 주축수단과 동축에서 상기 공작물을 파지하는 제 2 주축수단과,상기 Z방향으로 왕복이동 가능한 동시에, 해당 Z방향과는 다른 X방향으로 왕복이동 가능하고, 상기 공구가 상기 공작물을 가공하도록 상기 공구의 방향을 변화시키기 위하여 Z방향과 X방향을 포함하는 XZ평면내에서 회전하는 공구지지수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선반.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 주축수단과 제 2 주축수단은 각각 독립적으로 공작물을 파지 가능하고, 또 1개의 공작물을 상호 공동하여 파지 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 선반.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 공구지지수단은 상기 공작물을 가공하기 위한 복수의 공구가 부착되는 동시에, 해당 복수의 공구에서 선택된 공구를 해당 공작물을 가공하기 위한 소정 위치에 위치시키는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 선반.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,공구를 홀딩하고, 상기 제 1 주축수단 및 제 2 주축수단에 의해 파지된 하나 또는 복수의 공작물을 가공하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선반.
