Claims (11)
- 傘歯車の製造に使用される装置において、
工作主軸(22.1)、及び加工用ブランク(K1)を同軸で締着するために前記工作主軸(22.1)の回転軸(B1)と同軸に配置された対向主軸台(23)を有する旋盤(22)と、
前記旋盤(22)に保持された前記加工用ブランク(K1)に対して変位可能であり、且つ、前記工作主軸の前記回転軸(B1)にほぼ平行に延在する軸(B2)を中心にして回転するように装着された工具台(25)であって、少なくとも1つの工具を取り付けられるように構成されている工具台(25)を有する多機能ツールホルダ(24)と、
フライス加工ヘッド(27)を備えた工具ハウジング(26)であって、ここで、前記工具ハウジング(26)は前記旋盤(22)に保持された前記加工用ブランク(K1)に対して変位可能であり、前記フライス加工ヘッド(27)はフライス加工ヘッド軸(B3)を中心にして回転するように装着されている工具ハウジング(26)と、
前記加工用ブランク(K1)に対して、前記工具台(25)に取り付けられた工具を用いてまず旋削加工を施し、次いで前記フライス加工ヘッド(27)を用いて歯形成加工を施すために、異なる加工動作を制御する制御装置、好ましくはCNC制御装置とを備えている装置。 - 前記旋盤(22)は、横型旋盤であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置(20)。
- 前記加工ヘッド(27)は、前記加工用ブランク(K1)に対して横方向に前進可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置(20)。
- 前記回転可能な工具台(25)は、前記工具台(25)をその軸(B2)を中心にして回転させ、且つ、直動させることにより種々の工具(25.1、25.2、25.3)を前進可能にするために、駆動装置を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置(20)。
- 前記装置は、前記加工用ブランク(K1)に第1のソフト機械加工を施し、続けて、前記加工ヘッド(26)を用いて前記歯車用ブランク(K1)に、好ましくは冷却剤又は潤滑油を使用することなく歯車歯を形成するよう、前記制御装置(28)によって制御可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1、2又は3に記載の装置(20)。
- 前記回転可能な工具台(25)は、工具タレット(25.2)の形態に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1、2、3又は4に記載の装置(20)。
- 前記回転可能な工具台(25)は、別の駆動装置を備えた少なくとも1つの被駆動工具(25.3)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置(20)。
- 前記装置は傘歯車加工を行うための工作機械に関連し、また、前記加工ヘッド(27)は一組のカッターを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置(20)。
- 傘歯車のソフト機械加工の方法において、
(a) 加工用ブランク(K1)を同軸で締着するための対向主軸台(23)を有する旋盤(22)の第1の工作主軸(22.1)に、前記加工用ブランク(K1)を締着するステップであって、前記対向主軸台は、前記工作主軸(22.1)の回転軸(B1)と同軸に配置されているステップと、
(b) 前記旋盤(22)に締着された前記加工用ブランク(K1)に対して変位可能であり、且つ、前記第1の工作主軸の前記回転軸(B1)にほぼ平行に延在する軸(B2)を中心にして回転できるように保持された工具台(25)を有する、当目的のための多機能ツールホルダ(24)を有する前記旋盤(22)を使用して、前記工具台(25)、ここで前記工具台(25)は前記工具を取り付けるように構成されている、に取り付けられた工具により旋削加工を実施するステップと、
(c) 加工ヘッド(27)を用いて歯車歯の形成を実施するステップとを有し、

(d) 前記加工ヘッド(27)のための工具ハウジング(26)を有し、前記工具ハウジング(26)は前記旋盤(22)に締着された前記加工用ブランク(K1)に対して動くことが可能であり、また、前記加工ヘッド(27)は加工ヘッド軸(B3)を中心にして回転可能に保持されている方法。 - 前記加工用ブランク(K1)に対して、前記工具台(25)に取り付けられた工具を用いてまず旋削加工を施し、次いで前記加工ヘッド(27)を用いて歯車歯形成の加工を施すために、制御装置、好ましくはCNC制御装置が、前記旋盤(22)の連続動作の異なる動作の制御に用いられることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記加工ヘッド(27)は、前記加工用ブランク(K1)に対して横方向に前進させられることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
