Description
Claims (15)
- かさ歯車及びハイポイド歯車を製造する機械であって、
工作物の回転軸線の周りに回転可能な工作物スピンドルと、
非回転工具スピンドル筐体内に存在している、工具回転軸線の周りに回転可能な工具スピンドルとを備え、
前記工作物スピンドル及び前記工具スピンドルが互いに対して最大3つの異なる方向に並進可能であり、
前記工作物スピンドル及び前記工具スピンドルが互いに対して少なくとも1つのピボット軸線の周りに回動可能であり、また、
1つ又は複数の金属除去工具を備えた、前記非回転工具スピンドル筐体に接続された工具ホルダを備える機械。 - 前記金属除去工具が旋削植刃を備える、請求項1に記載の機械。
- 前記金属除去工具が2つの旋削植刃を備える、請求項2に記載の機械。
- 前記工具ホルダが前記非回転工具スピンドル筐体に取外し可能に接続される、請求項1に記載の機械。
- 前記工具ホルダが、一次アーム、植刃アーム、及び前記一次アームと前記植刃アームを接続する間隔アームを備える、請求項1に記載の機械。
- 前記一次アームが前記工具回転軸線に対して平行に配向される、請求項5に記載の機械。
- 前記工具スピンドルに取り付けられた正面フライス又は正面ホブ、及び前記工作物スピンドルに取り付けられた大歯車ブランク又は小歯車ブランクをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の機械。
- 工作物回転軸線の周りに回転可能な工作物スピンドルと、非回転工具スピンドル筐体内に存在している、工具回転軸線の周りに回転可能な工具スピンドルとを含み、前記工作物スピンドル及び前記工具スピンドルが互いに対して最大3つの異なる方向に並進可能であり、前記工作物スピンドル及び前記工具スピンドルが互いに対して少なくとも1つのピボット軸線の周りに回動可能であり、また、1つ又は複数の金属除去工具を備えた、前記非回転工具スピンドル筐体に接続された工具ホルダを含む機械上でかさ歯車及びハイポイド歯車を機械加工する方法であって、
前記工具スピンドルに工具を取り付けるステップと、
前記工作物スピンドルに工作物を取り付けるステップと、
前記1つ又は複数の金属除去工具を前記工作物に係合させるために、前記工具スピンドルを前記工作物スピンドルに対して、前記3つの異なる方向のうちの少なくとも1つに沿って、及び/又は前記少なくとも1つのピボット軸線の周りに回動させるステップと、
前記工作物の1つ又は複数の所定の表面を切削加工するステップと、
前記工具スピンドルの前記工具を回転させるステップと、
前記工作物に1つ又は複数の歯を形成するために、前記回転している工具を前記工作物に係合させるステップと
を含む方法。 - 歯を形成するステップで生じるバリを除去するために、前記1つ又は複数の金属除去工具を前記工作物の歯に係合させるステップをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記1つ又は複数の金属除去工具が植刃を備える、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記工具スピンドルに取り付けられる前記工具が、正面フライス・カッタ又は正面ホブ切りカッタを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 大歯車ブランクが前記工作物スピンドルに取り付けられ、且つ、前記大歯車ブランクの前面外側表面、前面表面及び前面内側表面のうちの少なくとも1つが前記1つ又は複数の金属除去工具によって切削加工される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 正面フライス・カッタ又は正面ホブ・カッタが前記工具スピンドルに取り付けられ、前記表面機械加工に引き続いて1つ又は複数の歯が前記輪歯車ブランクに切削される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記切削加工ステップが旋削ステップを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 小歯車ブランクが前記工作物スピンドルに取り付けられ、且つ、直径及び面角のうちの少なくとも1つが前記1つ又は複数の金属除去工具によって切削加工される、請求項8に記載の方法。
