Description
Claims (14)
- 工作物を加工する装置(2)であって、
第一の方向(X)に運動可能なフレーム(28)と、
前記第一の方向(X)に平行な工作物の軸線の周りで工作物を回転させる補助スピンドル(10)であって、前記フレーム内に位置され、前記第一の方向(X)に運動可能である補助スピンドルと、
前記フレームに位置され、前記第一の方向に対して垂直の第二の方向(Z)に運動可能
であるコラム(22)と、
第三の方向(Y)および枢動軸線(P)に垂直な工具の軸線(T)の回りで工具を回転させる工具スピンドル(5)であって、前記コラム(22)に取り付けられ、前記第一(X)および第二(Z)の方向に対して垂直の前記第三の方向(Y)に運動可能であり、前記第三の方向(Y)に延在する前記枢動軸線(P)の回りを枢動可能である工具スピンドル(5)と、を含み、
前記装置(2)は工作物加工スピンドル(6)の近傍に配置され、前記補助スピンドル(10)と前記工作物加工スピンドル(6)の間で1個以上の工作物を移送する手段を更に含み、それによって前記補助スピンドルと前記工作物加工スピンドル(6)上で複数の工作物を同時に加工できるようにすることを特徴とする工作物を加工する装置。 - 前記第一の方向(X)が水平であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第二の方向(Z)が水平であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記フレームの第一の端部が前記第一の方向に前記フレームが運動するようにレール(30)に取り付けられており、前記コラム(22)が前記第一の端部とは反対側の前記フレームの第二の端部で運動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記工具スピンドルに配置された面取りおよび(または)バリ取り工具(14)を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記工具スピンドルに配置されたプローブを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載
の装置。 - 前記補助スピンドルの軸線が前記第一の方向に対して平行に延在することを特徴とする請求項1
に記載の装置。 - 前記工具の軸線(T)が前記第三の方向(Y)に対して垂直に延在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記の移送する手段が枢動可能な移送アーム(8)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1
に記載の装置。 - ある装置上で工作物を加工する方法であって、
前記第一の方向(X)に平行な工作物の軸線回りに回転するように補助スピンドル(10)に工作物を装入し、該補助スピンドル(10)は前記装置のフレーム(28)内に前記補助スピンドル(10)と前記フレームが互いに第一の方向(X)に運動可能なように配置されており、
第三の方向(Y)および枢動軸線(P)に垂直な工具の軸線(T)回りに回転するように工具スピンドル(5)に配置された工具を設け、前記工具スピンドルは、前記フレーム(28)に配置されかつ前記第一の方向に垂直な第二の方向(Z)に運動可能なコラム(22)に取り付けられ、該工具スピンドル(5)は前記第一と前記第二の方向に垂直な前記第三の方向(Y)に移動可能であり、該工具スピンドル(5)は前記第三の方向(Y)に延在する前記枢軸線(P)の回りを枢動可能であり、
前記工具を回転させ、かつ前記工具と前記工作物を係合するようにし、
前記工作物を所定の要領で加工するために前記工具を前記第一、第二、第三の方向および枢動方向の中の少なくとも一つに沿って、前記工作物に対して相対的に運動させ、第一の加工方法によって加工するため前記工作物を前記補助スピンドル(10)へと装入することは、前記補助スピンドル(10)の近傍に位置した工作物加工スピンドル(6)から工作物を移送することを含むことを特徴とする、ある装置上で工作物を加工する方法。 - 前記工具が面取り工具あるいはバリ取り工具であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記工作物が歯車であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 同時に、前記補助スピンドルから別の工作物を前記工作物加工スピンドルまで移送し第二の加工方法によって加工するように前記の別の工作物を前記工作物加工スピンドルに装入することを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記工作物加工スピンドル(6)にある歯車を切削し、
切削済みの該歯車を前記補助スピンドル(10)まで移送し、一方同時に未加工の歯車を同じ移送装置を介して前記工作物加工スピンドル(6)まで移送し、
前記工作物加工スピンドルにおける前記未加工の歯車を切削し、一方同時に前記の切削済みの歯車を前記補助スピンドルにおいて面取りおよび(または)バリ取りすることを含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
