Description
Claims (17)
- 工作物を加工する装置であって、
第一の方向に運動可能なフレームと、
工作物の軸線の周りで工作物を回転させる工作物スピンドルであって、前記フレーム内に位置され、前記第一の方向に運動可能である工作物スピンドルと、
前記フレームに位置され、前記第一の方向に対して垂直の第二の方向に運動可能であるコラムと、
工具の軸線の回りで工具を回転させる工具スピンドルであって、前記コラムに取り付けられ、前記第一および第二の方向に対して垂直の第三の方向に運動可能であり、前記第三の方向に延在する枢動軸線の回りを枢動可能である工具スピンドルと、を含むことを特徴とする工作物を加工する装置。 - 前記第一の方向が水平であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第二の方向が水平であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記フレームの第一の端部が前記第一の方向に前記フレームが運動するようにレールに取り付けられており、前記コラムが前記第一の端部とは反対側の前記フレームの第二の端部で運動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記工具スピンドルに配置された面取りおよび(または)バリ取り工具を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記工具スピンドルに配置されたプローブを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記の工作物の軸線が前記第一の方向に対して平行に延在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記工具の軸線が前記第三の方向に対して垂直に延在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 第二の工作物スピンドルの近傍に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記工作物スピンドルと前記第二の工作物スピンドルの間で1個以上の工作物を移送する手段を更に含み、それによって前記工作物スピンドルと前記第二の工作物スピンドル上で複数の工作物を同時に加工できるようにすることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記の移送する手段が枢動可能な移送アームを備えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
- ある装置上で工作物を加工する方法であって、
工作物の軸線回りに回転するように工作物スピンドルに工作物を装入し、該工作物スピンドルは前記装置のフレーム内に前記工作物スピンドルと前記フレームが互いに第1の方向に回転可能なように配置されており、
工具の軸線回りに回転するように工具スピンドルに配置された工具を設け、前記工具スピンドルは、前記フレームに配置されかつ前記第1の方向に垂直な第2の方向に運動可能なコラムに取り付けられ、該工具スピンドルは前記第1と前記第2の方向に垂直な第3の方向に移動可能であり、該工具スピンドルは前記第3の方向に延在する枢軸線の回りを枢動可能であり、
前記工具を回転させ、かつ前記工具と前記工作物を係合するようにし、
前記工作物を所定の要領で加工するために前記工具を前記第一、第二、第三の方向および枢動方向の中の少なくとも一つに沿って、前記工作物に対して相対的に運動させることを特徴とする、ある装置上で工作物を加工する方法。 - 前記工具が面取り工具あるいはバリ取り工具であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記工作物が歯車であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記の装入作業が前記工作物スピンドルの近傍に位置した第二の工作物スピンドルから工作物を前記工作物スピンドルまで移送し、第一の加工方法によって加工するように前記工作物を前記工作物スピンドルに装入することからなることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 同時に、前記工作物スピンドルから別の工作物を前記第二の工作物スピンドルまで移送し、第二の加工方法によって加工するように前記の別の工作物を前記第二の工作物スピンドルに装入することを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記第二の工作物スピンドルにある歯車を切削し、
切削済みの該歯車を前記工作物スピンドルまで移送し、一方同時に未加工の歯車を同じ移送装置を介して前記第二の工作物スピンドルまで移送し、
前記第二のスピンドルにおける前記未加工の歯車を切削し、一方同時に前記の切削済みの歯車を前記工作物スピンドルにおいて面取りおよび(または)バリ取りすることを含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
