Abstract
Description
X軸方向の入れる直線運動および出す直線運動をさせる。また、第1の軸(90)のX軸方向の移動は、第1の軸(90)の端部に搭載された第5の移動枠(80)の移動をもたらす。第5の移動枠(90)のX軸方向の動きは、チャック(75)に保持されたジョブを移動させる。
1.装置(100)は、第1の軸(90)が3つ(A、CおよびX)の軸を保持するように設計されており、金属ジョブ部品を処理するために必要とされる剛性を損なうことなく小型化をもたらす。
2.装置(100)は、デスクトップまたはテーブルの上に簡単に装着するのに十分に小さい。
3.装置(100)は、より小さいサイズのジョブを快適に保持する。
4.装置(100)は、X、Y、Z、A及びC軸の独立ならびに同時制御を可能にする。
5.装置(100)は、他の5軸加工装置に比べて費用対効果が高い。
Claims (9)
- ベース部材(10);
前記ベース部材の一方の端部から垂直に延びる支持部材(20);
前記ベース部材の上面のX軸方向に取り付けられる固定ベース(30);
前記固定ベース(30)のX軸に設けられ、第1の駆動機構によって駆動されることが可能な第1の移動板(40);
前記支持部材(20)の上部にY軸方向に設けられ、第2の駆動機構によって駆動されることが可能な第2の移動板(50);
前記第2の移動板(50)のZ軸に設けられ、第3の駆動機構によって駆動されることが可能な第3の移動板(60)であって、切削工具(53)が設けられた回転軸(55)が搭載された第3の移動板(60);
前記第1の移動板(40)のA軸に設けられ、第1の軸(90)をX軸方向に移動させる前記第1移動板(40)の移動に応じて駆動され、前記支持部材(20)の下部にその一方の端を通じて設けられた第1の軸(90)をA軸回りに回転させる第4の駆動機構を備える第4の移動枠(70);
前記第1の軸の他方の端部のC軸方向に設けられ、第1の移動板(40)の移動に応じてX軸方向に駆動されるとともに、前記第1の軸(90)の回転に応じてA軸回りに揺動され、第2の軸(72)と、前記第2の軸(72)に設けられジョブを保持するためのチャック(75)と、前記第2の軸(72)を駆動して前記チャック(75)をC軸回りに順回転および反回転させる第5の駆動機構とを備える第5の移動枠(80)であって、前記第5の移動枠(80)のX軸方向の直線運動、前記第5の移動枠(80)のA軸回りの揺動および前記チャック(75)のC軸回りの回転により前記切削工具(53)に対して前記ジョブを種々の位置に位置決めする第5の移動枠(80)と、
前記第1の移動板(40)、前記第2の移動板(50)、前記第3の移動板(60)、前記第1の軸(90)及び前記第2の軸(72)の動きを制御するためのコントローラと、
を備える、5軸加工装置(100)。 - 前記コントローラは、コンピュータ数値制御コントローラである、請求項1に記載の5軸加工装置(100)。
- 前記第1の移動板(40)、前記第2の移動板(50)および前記第3の移動板(60)は、滑らかな剛体運動を行うための1つの直線運動レール、軸受筒(bush)、蟻継(dovetail)、ローラガイドのいずれかで構成されている、請求項1に記載の5軸加工装置(100)。
- 前記駆動機構は、モータ(31、41、51、61及び71)と、前記モータに接続された駆動部(34、44、54、64及び74)を含む、請求項1に記載の5軸加工装置(100)。
- 前記モータ(31、41及び51)は、回転モータおよびリニアモータのいずれかから選択される、請求項1に記載の5軸加工装置(100)。
- 前記モータ(61及び71)は、回転モータである、請求項1に記載の5軸加工装置(100)。
- 前記駆動部(34、44、54、64及び74)は、タイミングベルトとプーリ、ハーモニックドライブ、サイクロイドドライブ、ウォームホイールギヤボックス、ウォームホイールとシャフト部のいずれかから選択される、請求項1に記載の5軸加工装置(100)。
- 前記第3の移動板(60)が前記第3の駆動機構によって駆動されたとき、前記回転軸(55)は直線状の垂直運動をする、請求項1に記載の5軸加工装置(100)。
- 前記第2の移動板(50)が前記第2の駆動機構によって駆動されるとき、前記回転軸(55)は直線状の水平方向の移動をする、請求項1に記載の前記5軸加工装置(100)。
