- 캐니스터로의 통기로에 연통시킨 상부공간과,연료탱크 내에 배치되는 하부실과,상부공간과 하부실을 연통시키는 연통부와,상기 하부실 내로의 연료의 유입에 의해서 상승하여 상기 하부실측에서 상기 연통부를 폐색하도록 상기 하부실에 수납된 플로트체를 가지는 밸브로서,하부실은,그 바닥부에, 바닥부 오리피스 또는 하부실측으로부터의 연료의 유출만을 허용하는 원웨이 밸브를 가짐과 아울러,그 측부에만 연료의 주유입부를 구비하고 있으며,연료탱크 내의 연료의 액면레벨이 주유입부에 도달한 후의 하부실로의 연료의 유입에 의해서 연료탱크의 내압을 상승시켜, 급유노즐측의 센서가 만탱크를 검지하도록 하고,연통부가, 제 1 연통구멍과, 이 제 1 연통구멍보다 작은 제 2 연통구멍에 의해서 구성되어 있으며,하부실이, 제 1 연통구멍에 의해서 상부공간에 연통된 제 1 실과, 제 2 연통구멍에 의해서 상부공간에 연통된 제 2 실로 구분되어 있으며,주유입부가, 제 1 실의 측부에 형성된 제 1 유입구와, 제 2 실의 측부에 형성된 제 2 유입구에 의해서 구성되어 있음과 아울러,제 1 실의 측부에 형성된 제 1 유입구의 하측 가장자리보다, 제 2 실의 측부에 형성된 제 2 유입구의 하측 가장자리가 상측에 위치되어 있으며,플로트체가, 제 1 실 내로의 연료의 유입에 의해서 상승하여 상기 제 1 실 측에서 제 1 연통구멍을 폐색하도록 상기 제 1 실에 수납된 제 1 플로트와,제 2 실내로의 연료의 유입에 의해서 상승하여 상기 제 2 실측에서 제 2 연통구멍을 폐색하도록 상기 제 2 실에 수납된 제 2 플로트에 의해서 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 과급유 방지밸브.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,연통부가, 제 1 연통구멍과, 이 제 1 연통구멍보다 작은 제 2 연통구멍에 의해서 구성되어 있으며,주유입부가, 하부실의 측부에 형성된 유입구에 의해서 구성되어 있음과 아울러,유입구의 하측 가장자리보다 상측에 측부 오리피스가 형성되고 있으며,플로트체가, 하부실 내로의 연료의 유입에 의해서 상승하여 상기 하부실측에서 제 1 연통구멍을 폐색하도록 상기 하부실에 수납된 제 1 플로트와,하부실 내로의 연료의 유입에 의해서 상승하여 상기 하부실측에서 제 2 연통구멍을 폐색하도록 상기 하부실에 수납된 제 2 플로트에 의해서 구성되어 있음과 아울러,제 2 플로트는, 제 1 플로트에 의해서 제 1 연통구멍이 폐색된 후의 추가급유에 의해서 연료탱크 내의 연료의 액면레벨이 측부 오리피스에 도달한 후에 제 2 연통구멍을 폐색하는 위치까지 상승하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 과급유 방지밸브.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,하부실이, 하단을 개방시킨 케이싱체와 상면을 개방시킨 컵체를, 이 케이싱체의 하단 가장자리가 컵체의 입상부의 상단 가장자리와 같은 레벨에 위치되거나, 또는, 케이싱체의 하단 가장자리가 컵체의 입상부의 상단 가장자리보다 하측에 위치되도록 편성함으로써 구성되어 있으며,상기 컵체의 입상부의 상단 가장자리와 케이싱체의 하단 가장자리의 사이가 주유입부가 되어 있음과 아울러,상기 주유입부보다 상측에 측부 오리피스가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 과급유 방지밸브.
