Description
図1は本発明の一実施形態としての燃料バルブ10が取り付けられた状態の燃料タンクFTおよび燃料給油装置200を示す概略構成図である。図1以降の各図において、図における下方は、鉛直下方GDに一致する。
上記した第1フロート弁30と第2フロート弁50とを備える燃料バルブ10は、図1に示すように燃料タンクFTの燃料液位が低いときには、第1フロート弁30では、第1フロート33にスプリング35の付勢力を及ぼして、第1フロート33を底面プレート32eの側に位置させる。また、燃料バルブ10は、第2フロート弁50においても、第2フロート52にスプリング53の付勢力を及ぼして、第2フロート52をフロート保持体54の側に位置させる。燃料バルブ10は、第1フロート弁30における第1ガス流入孔24と第2フロート弁50における第2ガス流入孔51cとをいずれも開放状態とし、通路22aに対して第1フロート弁30の筒状領域31bと第2フロート弁50の筒状領域51bとを連通させる。

Claims (4)
- 燃料タンクの内部との間の連通および遮断を行う燃料バルブであって、
前記燃料タンクの外部と接続する管体部と、
前記管体部に接続する第1接続孔に連通する筒状領域を形成すると共に、該筒状領域の形成壁に通気窓を有する円筒状の第1ケーシングと、
該第1ケーシングの内部の前記筒状領域を移動可能に前記第1ケーシングに組み込まれ、前記筒状領域における燃料液位に応じて前記筒状領域を浮沈移動して前記第1接続孔を開閉するフロート弁と、
前記第1ケーシングを前記第1接続孔の側から取り囲み、前記燃料タンクの燃料蒸気を前記第1ケーシングの取り囲み領域を経て前記通気窓に導く通気経路を前記第1ケーシングの周回りに形成する第2ケーシングとを備え、
該第2ケーシングは、
前記第1ケーシングの周回りの前記通気経路の一部領域を、径方向外側に前記取り囲み領域に亘って拡径した拡径通気経路として形成し、
前記管体部と接続する第2接続孔の開閉を経て該第2接続孔から前記管体部への前記燃料蒸気の通気を図るバルブ機構を、前記第2ケーシングに並べて備え、
前記第2ケーシングは、前記拡径通気経路を、前記第2ケーシングと前記バルブ機構とを結ぶ直線経路を避けて前記第2ケーシングと前記バルブ機構との間に形成する、
燃料バルブ。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料バルブであって、
前記第1ケーシングは、前記第2ケーシングの係合用の被係合部を有し、
前記第2ケーシングは、前記第1ケーシングを取り囲んだ組み付け状態において前記被係合部に係合する係合部を有する、
燃料バルブ。 - 請求項2に記載の燃料バルブであって、
前記第2ケーシングは、前記第1ケーシングを取り囲んだ組み付け状態において前記フロート弁を保持する保持座面部位を有する、
燃料バルブ。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の燃料バルブであって、
前記フロート弁は、第1フロート弁であり、
前記バルブ機構は、前記第2ケーシングとは別体に設けられ内部に筒状領域を形成する第3ケーシングと、前記第3ケーシング内部に収容され前記第3ケーシング内部の筒状領域を浮沈移動して前記第2接続孔を開閉する第2フロート弁とを備える、
燃料バルブ。
