Claims (13)
- 도전성 지지체을 포함하고 이 도전성 지지체 위에 적어도 전하발생층, 전하수송층 및 보호층을 이 순서로 갖는 전자사진감광부재에 있어서, 상기 도전성 지지체의 모선 방향의 중앙부에서의 전하수송층의 층 두께 a0 (μm), 상기 도전성 지지체의 모선 방향의 중앙부에서의 보호층의 층 두께 b0 (μm), 상기 중앙부 이외의 부분에서의 전하수송층의 층 두께 a(μm) 및 상기 중앙부 이외의 부분에서의 보호층의 층 두께 b(μm)가 0.8(μm) ≤(ao - a) ≤3.0(μm)를 만족하는 영역에서 bo ×(a/ao)3 ≤ b(μm) ≤ bo ×(a/ao)1/4의 관계식을 만족하는 것인 전자사진감광부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 a0 (μm), b0 (μm), a(μm) 및 b(μm)가 0.8(μm) ≤(ao - a) ≤3.0(μm)를 만족하는 영역에서 bo ×(a/ao)2 ≤b (μm) ≤bo ×(a/ao)1/3의 관계식을 만족하는 것인 전자사진감광부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 a0 (μm) 및 a(μm)가 현상 영역 폭에서 0.5 (μm) ≤(ao - a)의 관계식을 만족하는 것인 전자사진감광부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 bo(μm)가 0.5 내지 5.5μm인 전자사진감광부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 ao(μm)가 5 내지 40μm인 전자사진감광부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보호층이 바인더 수지를 포함하고 또한 도전성 입자 및 전하수송재료 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인 전자사진감광부재.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 바인더 수지가 경화성 수지인 전자사진감광부재.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 경화성 수지가 페놀계 수지인 전자사진감광부재.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 전하수송재료가 그 분자 내에 1 이상의 히드록실기를 갖는 화합물인 전자사진감광부재.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 히드록실기가 히드록시알킬기, 히드록시알콕실기 또는 히드록시페닐기인 전자사진감광부재.
- 제10항에 있어서, 1 이상의 히드록시알킬기, 히드록시알콕실기 또는 히드록시페닐기를 갖는 상기 화합물이 하기 화학식 (2) 내지 (7) 중 어느 한 화학식으로 표시되는 것인 전자사진감광부재<화학식 2>(상기 화학식 (2)에서,R21, R22 및 R23은 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 8개의 분지화될 수 있는 2가의 탄화수소기를 나타내고,벤젠 고리들인 α, β 및 γ는 각각 독립적으로 치환기로서 할로겐원자, 치환되거나 비치환된 알킬기, 치환되거나 비치환된 알콕시기, 치환되거나 비치환된 방향족 탄화수소 고리기 또는 치환되거나 비치환된 방향족 헤테로시클릭기를 가질 수 있으며,a, b, d, m 및 n은 각각 독립적으로 O 또는 1임),<화학식 3>(위 화학식 (3)에서,R31 R32 및 R33은 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 8개의 분지화될 수 있는 2가의 탄화수소기를 나타내고,벤젠 고리 δ 및 ε는 각각 독립적으로 치환기로서 할로겐 원자, 치환되거나 비치환된 알킬기, 치환되거나 비치환된 알콕시기, 치환되거나 비치환된 방향족 탄화수소 고리기 또는 치환되거나 비치환된 방향족 헤테로시클릭기를 가질 수 있고,e, f 및 g는 각각 독립적으로 O 또는 1이고,p, q 및 r은 각각 독립적으로 O 또는 1이나, 전부가 동시에 O이 되는 경우는 배제되며,Z31 및 Z32는 각각 독립적으로 할로겐 원자, 치환되거나 비치환된 알킬기, 치환되거나 비치환된 알콕시기, 치환되거나 비치환된 방향족 탄화수소 고리기 또는 치환되거나 비치환된 방향족 헤테로시클릭기를 나타내거나 또는 함께 고리를 형성할 수 있음),<화학식 4>(위 화학식 (4)에서,R41, R42, R43 및 R44는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 8개의 분지화될 수 있는 2가의 탄화수소기를 나타내며,벤젠 고리 ζ, η, θ및 ι는 각각 독립적으로 치환기로서 할로겐 원자, 치환되거나 비치환된 알킬기, 치환되거나 비치환된 알콕시기, 치환되거나 비치환된 방향족 탄화수소 고리기 또는 치환되거나 비치환된 방향족 헤테로시클릭기를 가질 수 있고,h, i, j, k, s, t 및 u는 각각 독립적으로 0 또는 1이며,Z41 및 Z42는 각각 독립적으로 할로겐 원자, 치환되거나 비치환된 알킬기, 치환되거나 비치환된 알콕시기, 치환되거나 비치환된 방향족 탄화수소 고리기 또는 치환되거나 비치환된 방향족 헤테로시클릭기를 나타내거나 또는 함께 고리를 형성할 수 있음),<화학식 5>(위 화학식 (5)에서,R51은 탄소수 1 내지 8개의 분지화될 수 있는 2가의 탄화수소기를 나타내고,R52는 수소원자, 치환되거나 비치환된 알킬기, 치환되거나 비치환된 아랄킬기 또는 치환되거나 비치환된 페닐기를 나타내고,Ar51 및 Ar52는 각각 독립적으로 치환되거나 비치환된 알킬기, 치환되거나 비치환된 아랄킬기, 치환되거나 비치환된 방향족 탄화수소 고리기 또는 치환되거나 비치환된 방향족 헤테로시클릭기를 나타내고,Ar53은 치환되거나 비치환된 2가의 방향족 탄화수소 고리기 또는 치환되거나 비치환된 2가의 방향족 헤테로시클릭기를 나타내고,v 및 w는 각각 독립적으로 O 또는 1을 나타내나, 다만 w가 O인 경우 v는 O이고,벤젠 고리 κ및 λ는 각각 독립적으로 치환기로서 할로겐 원자, 치환되거나 비치환된 알킬기, 치환되거나 비치환된 알콕시기, 치환되거나 비치환된 방향족 탄화수소 고리기 또는 치환되거나 비치환된 방향족 헤테로시클릭기를 가질 수 있음),<화학식 6>(위 화학식 (6)에서,R61은 탄소수 1 내지 8개의 분지화될 수 있는 2가의 탄화수소기를 나타내고,Ar61 및 Ar62는 각각 독립적으로 치환되거나 비치환된 알킬기, 치환되거나 비치환된 아랄킬기, 치환되거나 비치환된 방향족 탄화수소 고리기 또는 치환되거나 비치환된 방향족 헤테로시클릭기를 나타내고,x는 0 또는 1을 나타내고,벤젠고리 μ 및 ν는 각각 독립적으로 치환기로서 할로겐 원자, 치환되거나 비치환된 알킬기, 치환되거나 비치환된 알콕시기, 치환되거나 비치환된 방향족 탄화수소 고리기 또는 치환되거나 비치환된 방향족 헤테로시클릭기를 가질 수 있거나 또는 치환기를 통해 고리를 형성할 수 있음),<화학식 7>(위 화학식 (7)에서,R71 및 R72는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 8개의 분지화될 수 있는 2가의 탄화수소기를 나타내고,Ar71은 치환되거나 비치환된 알킬기, 치환되거나 비치환된 아랄킬기, 치환되거나 비치환된 방향족 탄화수소 고리기 또는 치환되거나 비치환된 방향족 헤테로시클릭기를 나타내고,y 및 z는 각각 독립적으로 0 또는 1이고,벤젠 고리 ζ, π, ρ및 σ는 각각 독립적으로 치환기로서 할로겐 원자, 치환되거나 비치환된 알킬기, 치환되거나 비치환된 알콕시기, 치환되거나 비치환된 방향족 탄화수소 고리기 또는 치환되거나 비치환된 방향족 헤테로시클릭기를 가질 수 있거나, 또는 벤젠 고리 ξ및 π및 벤젠 고리 ρ및 σ는 각각 독립적으로 치환기를 통해 고리를 형성할 수 있음).
- 전자사진감광부재 및 이 전자사진감광부재와 일체식으로 지지된 대전수단을 포함하고, 전자사진 장치의 본체에 탈착가능하게 탑재될 수 있는 공정카트리지에 있어서,상기 전자사진감광부재가 도전성 지지체을 포함하고 이 도전성 지지체 위에 적어도 전하발생층, 전하수송층 및 보호층을 이 순서로 갖고,상기 도전성 지지체의 모선 방향의 중앙부에서의 전하수송층의 층 두께 a0 (μm), 상기 도전성 지지체의 모선 방향의 중앙부에서의 보호층의 층 두께 b0 (μm), 상기 중앙부 이외의 부분에서의 전하수송층의 층 두께 a(μm) 및 상기 중앙부 이외의 부분에서의 보호층의 층 두께 b(μm)가 0.8(μm) ≤(ao - a) ≤3.0(μm)를 만족하는 영역에서 bo ×(a/ao)3 ≤ b(μm) ≤ bo ×(a/ao )1/4의 관계식을 만족하는 것인 공정카트리지.
- 전자사진감광부재, 대전수단, 노광수단, 현상수단 및 전사수단을 포함하는 전자사진 장치에 있어서,상기 전자사진감광부재는 도전성 지지체을 포함하고 이 도전성 지지체 위에 적어도 전하발생층, 전하수송층 및 보호층을 이 순서로 갖고,상기 도전성 지지체의 모선 방향의 중앙부에서의 전하수송층의 층 두께 a0 (μm), 상기 도전성 지지체의 모선 방향의 중앙부에서의 보호층의 층 두께 b0 (μm), 상기 중앙부 이외의 부분에서의 전하수송층의 층 두께 a(μm) 및 상기 중앙부 이외의 부분에서의 보호층의 층 두께 b(μm)가 0.8(μm) ≤(ao - a) ≤3.0(μm)를 만족하는 영역에서 bo ×(a/ao)3 ≤ b(μm) ≤ bo ×(a/ao )1/4의 관계식을 만족하는 것인 전자사진 장치.
