Claims (8)
- a)ⅰ) 부타디엔 및 비닐 단량체 일부를 단량체의 중합전환율이 적어도 90 %가 될 때까지 1차 유화중합하는 단계; 및ⅱ) 상기 중합 반응물에 나머지 부타디엔 및 비닐 단량체를 추가로 가하여2차 유화중합하는 단계를 포함하는 방법으로 부타디엔 65∼85 중량부 및 비닐 단량체 5∼35 중량부를 포함하는 고무라텍스를 제조하는 단계;b) 상기 a) 단계의 고무라텍스 70∼80 중량부에 알킬메타크릴레이트 5∼25중량부를 가하고 그라프트 중합하여 1 단계 중합체를 제조하는 단계;c) 상기 b) 단계에서 제조된 1 단계 중합체에 아크릴레이트 0.0001∼5 중량부를 가하고 그라프트 중합하여 2 단계 중합체를 제조하는 단계; 및d) 상기 c) 단계에서 제조된 2 단계 중합체에 에틸렌 불포화 방향족 화합물5∼30 중량부를 가하고 그라프트 중합하여 3 단계 중합체를 제조하는 단계를 순차적으로 실시하며, 상기 a)단계 및 d)단계는 그라프트 가교제 0.1 내지 2 중량부를 더욱 가하여 실시되는, 내백화성이 6.3∼11인 메틸메타크릴레이트-부타디엔-스티렌의 그라프트 공중합체 제조방법.

- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 그라프트 가교제가 디비닐벤젠, 에틸렌글리콜디메타크릴레이트, 디에틸렌글리콜디메타크릴레이트, 트리에틸렌글리콜디메타크릴레이트, 1,3-부틸렌글리콜디메타크릴레이트, 아릴메타크릴레이트, 및 1,3-부틸렌글리콜디아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 ⅱ)의 비닐 단량체가 스티렌, 아크릴로 니트릴, 디비닐벤젠, 알킬아크릴레이트계의 에틸아크릴레이트, 및 부틸아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 메틸메타크릴레이트-부타디엔-스티렌의 그라프트는 염화비닐수지 충격보강제용으로 사용되는 것인 방법.
