Claims (9)
- a) 고무라텍스 60 내지 90 중량부에 비닐단량체 5 내지 35 중량부를 가하여 그라프트 중합을 하고, 상기 중합 전환율이 70% 내지 95% 일 때 산, 염, 또는 고분자 응집제를 첨가하고, 이후 중합을 계속 진행시켜 0.1 내지 0.3 ㎛로 입경이 증가된 1단계 그라프트 중합체를 제조하는 단계; 및b) 상기 1단계 그라프트 중합체에 비닐단량체 5 내지 35 중량부를 가하여 최종 그라프트 중합체를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 그라프트 공중합체의 제조방법(상기 중량부는 최종 그라프트 공중합체 100중량부를 기준으로 함).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 비닐단량체가 알킬메타크릴레이트, 알킬아크릴레이트 및 에틸렌 불포화 방향족 화합물로 구성된 군에서 1종 이상 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 그라프트 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산이 최종 그라프트 공중합체 100 중량부를 기준으로 0.01 내지 10 중량부로 투입하며, 상기 산은 황산, 염산, 술폰산, 말레산, 아세트산 및 푸마르산, 이타콘산, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 카르복실산, 프로피온산, 및 크론톤산으로 구성된 군에서 1종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 그라프트 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 염이 최종 그라프트 공중합체 100 중량부를 기준으로 0.01 내지 10 중량부로 투입하며, 상기 염은 Na+, K+, Ca2+, Al3+, H+ 등이나 Cl-, Br-, SO4 2-, SO3 2-, NO2 -, NO3 -, PO4 3-, CO3 2-, 및 OH-의 이온으로 해리되는 화합물들 중에서 1종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 그라프트 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 응집제가 최종 그라프트 공중합체 100 중량부를 기준으로 0.01 내지 10 중량부로 투입하며, 상기 고분자 응집제는 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 메틸아크릴산, 이타콘산, 크로톤산, 푸마르산, 말레산 등의 카르복시기를 갖는 단량체와 메틸메타크릴레이트, 메틸아크릴레이트, 에틸아크릴레이트 등의 알킬아크릴레이트류 단량체, 부타디엔, 이소프렌 등의 C4-6의 공액 이중결합계 단량체, 스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 비닐톨루엔, 클로로스티렌 등의 모노비닐 방향족 탄화수소 단량체, 및 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴 단량체 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 단량체와 공중합하여 제조되는 것이 바람직하며 상기의 방법으로 제조한 고분자 응집제를 사용하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 그라프트 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, a) 단계, b) 단계, 또는 양 단계에서 그라프트 가교제 0.01 내지 5 중량부 (최종 그라프트 중합체 100중량부를 기준으로 함)가 추가 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 그라프트 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고무라텍스가 ⅰ) 부타디엔 또는 이소프렌 65 내지 95 중량부; 및 ⅱ) 스티렌, 아크릴로 니트릴, 디비닐벤젠, 알킬아크릴레이트계의 에틸아크릴레이트 및 부틸아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군에서 1 종 이상 선택되는 비닐 단량체 5 내지 35 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그라프트 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 그라프트 공중합체.
- 제 8 항의 그라프트 공중합체를 포함하는 염화비닐수지.
