Description
Claims (13)
- 자동차용 방진장치에 있어서, 파워유닛에 연결된 장착부; 제1내부실린더, 상기 제1내부실린더의 외면에 연결된 제1탄성부재, 및 상기 제1탄성부재의 외면에 연결된 제1외부실린더를 구비하여 차체에 연결된 인슐레이터; 상기 제1내부실린더 내에 삽입된 핀을 구비함과 동시에 상기 장착부에 연결된 연결부; 및 상기 파워유닛으로부터 이격된 측의 상기 인슐레이터에 연결된 진동댐퍼를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 방진장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진동댐퍼는 상기 핀과 동심을 이루는 제2내부실린더, 상기 제2내부실린 더의 외면에 연결된 제2탄성부재, 상기 제2탄성부재의 외면에 연결된 제2외부실린더, 및 상기 제2외부실린더의 외면에 연결된 매스를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 방진장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 진동댐퍼는 고정장치에 의해 상기 핀에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 방진장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 고정장치는 볼트와 상기 핀의 중앙에 형성된 나사구멍을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 방진장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 진동댐퍼는 상기 제2내부실린더의 내면에 삽입되는 보스를 구비하고, 상기 진동댐퍼는 상기 보스의 중앙부에 형성된 관통구멍을 통해 상기 핀의 나사구멍에 볼트를 체결함으로써 상기 핀에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 방진장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2내부실린더는 상기 제2내부실린더의 일단부에 형성된 고정부를 가지며, 상기 진동댐퍼는 상기 고정부의 중앙부에 형성된 관통구멍을 통해 상기 핀의 나사구멍에 볼트를 체결함으로써 상기 핀에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 방진장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2내부실린더는 삽입부를 가지며, 상기 진동댐퍼는 상기 제1내부실린더에 상기 삽입부를 연결함으로써 상기 제1내부실린더에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 방진장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 삽입부는 상기 제2내부실린더의 내면에 일단부가 삽입된 원기둥으로 형성되며, 상기 진동댐퍼는 상기 제1내부실린더의 내면에 상기 원기둥의 타단부를 삽입함으로써 상기 제1내부실린더에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 방진장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제2내부실린더는 그 타단부에 형성된 저판을 가지며, 상기 삽입부는 상기 저판과 제2내부실린더의 내면에 의해 형성되며, 상기 진동댐퍼는 상기 제1내부실린더의 외면 상에 상기 삽입부의 내면을 삽입함으로써 상기 제1내부실린더에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 방진장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인슐레이터와 진동댐퍼 사이의 상대 회전을 방지하는 회전방지장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 방진장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 회전방지장치는 상기 인슐레이터와 진동댐퍼의 각 표면에 형성된 돌기와 요홈을 결합한 것임을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 방진장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진동댐퍼는 상기 파워유닛에 의해 발생되는 진동진폭을 최대로 하려는 파워유닛과 대향되는 위치에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 방진장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 진동댐퍼는 매스댐퍼와 다이내믹댐퍼 중 적어도 하나를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 방진장치.
