Abstract
Description
(1) ポリエステル樹脂(A)と、アクリルポリマー(B)と、を含み、
前記アクリルポリマー(B)が、下記構造式(1)を構成単位として有しており、
前記ポリエステル樹脂(A)の配合量と前記アクリルポリマー(B)の配合量の比率は、質量比で、(A):(B)=50:50〜95:5の範囲であることを特徴とする剥離剤組成物。
(3) 前記アクリルポリマー(B)が、前記構造式(1)を前記構成単位として、80質量%以上含む上記(1)または(2)に記載の剥離剤組成物。
前記粘着シート基材の片面に積層された粘着剤層と、
前記粘着剤層の粘着面に積層された2枚の剥離シートと、を有し、

<剥離シート>
図1は、本発明の剥離シートの好適な実施形態を示す縦断面図である。なお、以下の説明では、図中の上側を「上」または「上方」、下側を「下」または「下方」と言う。
以下、剥離剤組成物および剥離シートについて詳細に説明する。
基材12は、例えば、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム、ポリブチレンテレフタレートフィルム等のポリエステルフィルム、ポリプロピレンフィルムやポリメチルペンテンフィルム等のポリオレフィンフィルム、ポリカーボネートフィルム等のプラスチックフィルム、アルミニウム、ステンレス等の金属箔、グラシン紙、上質紙、コート紙、含浸紙、合成紙等の紙、これら紙基材にポリエチレンなどの熱可塑性樹脂をラミネートした紙等で構成されている。
本発明の剥離剤組成物は、ポリエステル樹脂(A)と、アクリルポリマー(B)と、を含み、アクリルポリマー(B)が、下記構造式(1)を構成単位として有しており、ポリエステル樹脂(A)の配合量とアクリルポリマー(B)の配合量の比率は、質量比で、(A):(B)=50:50〜95:5の範囲である点に特徴を有している。
[ポリエステル樹脂(A)]
ポリエステル樹脂(A)としては、特に限定されず、公知のポリエステル樹脂の中から適宜選択して用いることができる。具体的なポリエステル樹脂としては、多価アルコールと多塩基酸との縮合反応によって得られる樹脂が挙げられる。例えば、二塩基酸と二価アルコールとの縮合物若しくは不乾性油脂肪酸等で変性した不転化性ポリエステル樹脂、および二塩基酸と三価以上のアルコールとの縮合物である転化性ポリエステル樹脂等が挙げられ、本発明においては、これらのうちいずれも使用することができる。
アクリルポリマー(B)は、上記構造式(1)を構成単位として有している。このようなアクリルポリマー(B)を剥離剤組成物中に含むことにより、剥離剤組成物が剥離シート1の裏面(基材12の剥離剤層11とは反対側の面)へ移行することを抑制することができる。その結果、剥離シート1の裏面を経由して粘着シート本体の表面に剥離剤組成物が移行するのを抑制することができ、粘着シート本体の表面の印字性・印刷性が良好となる。また、剥離シート1に軽剥離性を付与することができる。
剥離剤組成物は、上記成分の他、架橋剤(C)を含んでいてもよい。

以下、片面粘着シートの好適な実施形態について説明する。
図2は、本発明の片面粘着シートの好適な実施形態を示す縦断面図である。
粘着剤としては、例えば、アクリル系粘着剤、ポリエステル系粘着剤、ウレタン系粘着剤が挙げられる。
次に、本発明の両面粘着シートの好適な実施形態について説明する。
粘着剤層21Aおよび21Bを構成する粘着剤組成物としては、片面粘着シート100の粘着剤層21を構成する上記粘着剤組成物を用いることができる。
次に、本発明の両面粘着シートの好適な実施形態について説明する。
次に、剥離シート1および片面粘着シート100の製造方法の一例について説明する。
次に、第1実施形態に係る両面粘着シート110の製造方法の一例について説明する。
その後、芯材22’と、剥離シート1’上に形成した粘着剤層21Bとを貼合することにより、両面粘着シート110を得ることができる。
次に、第2実施形態に係る両面粘着シート120の製造方法の一例について説明する。
また、本発明の粘着体が貼着される被着体は、前述したようなリレー、各種スイッチ、コネクタ、モータ、ハードディスク等の電気部品に限定されない。例えば、被着体は、ディスプレイ等の工業製品や、窓ガラス、文房具等の家庭用品等であってもよい。
[1]剥離シートの作製
(実施例1)
まず、ポリエステル樹脂(東洋紡績社製、商品名「バイロン220」、数平均分子量(Mn):3000、水酸基価:50mgKOH/g、ガラス転移温度53℃)の35%トルエン溶液100質量部(固形分として35質量部)と、アクリルポリマー(質量比:DTDA/HEA=99/1)の30%トルエン溶液50質量部(固形分として15質量部)と、架橋剤としてのメラミン樹脂(寿化工社製、商品名「TF200」、固形分80質量%)5質量部(固形分として4質量部)と、混合溶媒(トルエン:メチルエチルケトン=70:30(質量比))と、を混合し攪拌して混合液を得た。
アクリルポリマー(質量比:DTDA/HEA=99/1)の代わりに、アクリルポリマー(質量比:DTDMA/HEA=99/1)を用いた以外は、上記実施例1と同様にして剥離シートを作製した。
アクリルポリマー(質量比:DTDA/HEA=99/1)の代わりに、アクリルポリマー(質量比:2HDA/HEA=99/1)を用いた以外は、上記実施例1と同様にして剥離シートを作製した。
アクリルポリマー(質量比:DTDA/HEA=99/1)の代わりに、アクリルポリマー(質量比:DTDA/HEA=95/5)を用いた以外は、上記実施例1と同様にして剥離シートを作製した。
アクリルポリマー(質量比:DTDA/HEA=99/1)の代わりに、アクリルポリマー(質量比:BA/HEA=99/1)を用いた以外は、上記実施例1と同様にして剥離シートを作製した。
なお、上記文中、BAはブチルアクリレートを指す。
アクリルポリマー(質量比:DTDA/HEA=99/1)の代わりに、アクリルポリマー(質量比:LA/HEA=99/1)を用いた以外は、上記実施例1と同様にして剥離シートを作製した。
なお、上記文中、LAはラウリルアクリレートを指す。
アクリルポリマー(質量比:DTDA/HEA=99/1)の代わりに、アクリルポリマー(質量比:MyA/HEA=99/1)を用いた以外は、上記実施例1と同様にして剥離シートを作製した。
なお、上記文中、MyAはミリスチルアクリレートを指す。
アクリルポリマー(質量比:DTDA/HEA=99/1)の代わりに、アクリルポリマー(質量比:StA/HEA=99/1)を用いた以外は、上記実施例1と同様にして剥離シートを作製した。
なお、上記文中、StAはステアリルアクリレートを指す。
各実施例および各比較例の剥離シート上に、粘着剤(トーヨーケム製、商品名「BPS−5127」)を乾燥後の膜厚が約25μmとなるようにアプリケーターを用いて塗布し塗膜を得た。得られた塗膜を100℃で2分間加熱して乾燥させ、粘着剤層を形成した。
[剥離剤成分占有比率の測定]
ポリエステルフィルム(三菱化学ポリエステルフィルム製、商品名:PET50−T100)と、各実施例および各比較例の剥離シートの剥離剤層とを接触させ、常温、10kg/cm2の圧力下で24時間静置した。その後、ポリエステルフィルムから剥離剤層を除去し、ポリエステルフィルムの剥離剤層と接触させた面をXPSによる表面元素分析した。これにより得られた元素比率を用いて、ポリエステルフィルムの剥離剤層11と接触させた表面の剥離剤成分占有比率Aを算出した。
各実施例および各比較例の剥離シートの剥離剤層の表面のXPSによる測定には、PHI Quantera SXM(アルバック・ファイ社製)を使用した。また、X線源として単色化されたAlKαを用いて、光電子取り出し角度45°にてXPSによる測定を行った。これにより、各剥離剤層の表面に存在する炭素、酸素およびケイ素の元素比率を算出した。
各実施例および各比較例の剥離シートの剥離剤層の表面の、水、ジヨードメタンおよびジブロモナフタレンの3液に対する接触角を、接触角計(協和界面科学社製、DM−701)を用いて23℃50%RHの環境下で測定し、北崎・畑法により表面自由エネルギーを算出した。
各実施例および各比較例の剥離シートを備えた粘着シートを23℃50%RHの環境下において1週間シーズニングした。

- さらに架橋剤(C)を含む請求項1に記載の剥離剤組成物。
- 前記アクリルポリマー(B)が、前記構造式(1)を前記構成単位として、80質量%以上含む請求項1または2に記載の剥離剤組成物。
- 前記アクリルポリマー(B)は、さらに、水酸基、アミノ基、および、カルボキシル基からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の官能基を有する請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の剥離剤組成物。
- 前記ポリエステル樹脂(A)の数平均分子量は、500以上10000以下である請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の剥離剤組成物。
