Abstract
Description
使用しても、発泡構造体としての反発応力が緩和されないで、界面密着性に優れている高性能の発泡構造体、及びそれを用いた高性能の止水・水密シール材が、強く要望されている。
気泡の占める見掛け体積V2=V1−W1

上記芳香族ポリイソシアネートとしては、例えば、1,3−フェニレンジイソシアネート、4,4'−ジフェニルジイソシアネート、1,4−フェニレンジイソシアネート、4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、2,4−トリレンジイソシアネート、2,6−トリレンジイソシアネート、4,4'−トルイジンジイソシアネート、2,4,6−トリイソシアナトトルエン、1,3,5−トリイソシアナトベンゼン、ジアニシジンジイソシアネート、4,4’−ジフェニルエーテルジイソシアネート、4,4',4"−トリフェニルメタントリイソシアネート等が挙げられる。
主原料としてアクリロニトリル−ブタジエン共重合ゴム(NBR:密度0.96g/cm3)100重量部、アゾジカルボンアミド(大塚化学社製「SO−L」、分解温度:197℃)15重量部及びフェノール系酸化防止剤(チバ・スペシャリティーケミカルズ社製 商品名「イルガノックス1010」)0.1重量部からなる発泡性原料組成物を加圧ニーダを用いて混練した後、発泡性原料組成物を押出機に供給して溶融混練して押出すことで、未架橋で且つ未発泡の発泡性シートを得た。
アゾジカルボンアミドの配合量を10重量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により、見掛け密度56kg/m3、厚さ2.5mmの独立気泡発泡ゴムシートを得た。
アゾジカルボンアミドの配合量を6重量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により、見掛け密度85kg/m3、厚さ2.5mmの独立気泡発泡ゴムシートを得た。
実施例1の配合に、架橋剤であるジイソプロピルベンゼンヒドロパーオキサイド(日本油脂社製 商品名「パークミルP」、1分間半減期温度:230℃)を0.5重量部配合した以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により、見掛け密度35kg/m3、厚さ2.5mmの独立気泡発泡ゴムシートを得た。
ジイソプロピルベンゼンヒドロパーオキサイド(日本油脂社製 商品名「パークミルP」、1分間半減期温度:230℃)の配合量を1.0重量部とした以外は、実施例4と同様の方法により、見掛け密度35kg/m3、厚さ2.5mmの独立気泡発泡ゴムシートを得た。
軟化剤としてフタル酸−2−エチルヘキシル(和光純薬製)を15重量部配合した以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により、見掛け密度35kg/m3、厚さ2.5mmの独立気泡発泡ゴムシートを得た。
添加剤として高軟化点樹脂のテルペン樹脂(ヤスハラケミカル製 商品名「クリアロンP125」、軟化点:125℃)を10重量部配合した以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により、見掛け密度35kg/m3、厚さ2.5mmの独立気泡発泡ゴムシートを得た。
実施例1で得られた独立気泡発泡ゴムシートの片面に、ポリウレタン系粘着剤(東洋インキ製造社製 商品名「サイアバインSP−205」)を厚さが20μmとなるように塗工し、独立気泡発泡ゴムシートの片面に粘着剤層が積層一体化されてなる積層体を得た。
実施例1で得られた独立気泡発泡ゴムシートの片面に、アクリル系粘着剤(東洋インキ製造社製 商品名「BPS3180」)を厚さが20μmとなるように塗工し、独立気泡発泡ゴムシートの片面に粘着剤層が積層一体化されてなる積層体を得た。
アゾジカルボンアミドの配合量を10重量部としたこと、発泡性シートの押出時に、樹脂層として厚さ40μmの高密度ポリエチレンフィルム(タマポリ社製 商品名「HD」、融点:134℃)を上記未架橋で且つ未発泡の発泡性シートの片面に押出ラミネートした以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により、見掛け密度56kg/m3、厚さ2.5mmの独立気泡発泡ゴムシートを含む積層体を得た。独立気泡発泡ゴムシートをロール状に巻き取った後のブロッキングは無かった。積層体の樹脂層の剥離強さは、10N/25mmであった。接着強度と止水性の評価においては、両面テープ(積水化学工業社製 商品名「#5761」)を、積層体の樹脂層上に貼り付け、離型紙を剥がした状態で評価に用いた。
実施例1で得られた独立気泡発泡ゴムシートの片面上にポリエチレン発泡シート(積水化学工業社製 商品名「ソフトロンFR−ND#3001」、独立気泡率:92%、見掛け密度:33kg/m3)を粘着ラミネート法により積層一体化して、厚さ3.5mmの積層体を得た。
得られた独立気泡発泡ゴムシートの厚みが3.5mmとなるように調整した以外は実施例1と同様の方法により、見掛け密度35kg/m3、厚み3.5mmの独立気泡発泡ゴムシートを得た。
アゾジカルボンアミドの配合量を20重量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により、見掛け密度25kg/m3、厚さ2.5mmの独立気泡発泡ゴムシートを得た。
アゾジカルボンアミドの配合量を4重量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により、見掛け密度110kg/m3、厚さ2.5mmの独立気泡発泡ゴムシートを得た。
主原料としてエチレン−プロピレン共重合ゴム(EPDM:密度0.87g/cm3)100重量部、アゾジカルボンアミドの配合量を10重量部とした以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により、見掛け密度40kg/m3、厚さ2.5mmの独立気泡発泡ゴムシートを得た。
アゾジカルボンアミドの配合量を6重量部とした以外は、比較例3と同様の方法により、見掛け密度67kg/m3、厚さ2.5mmの独立気泡発泡ゴムシートを得た。
アゾジカルボンアミドの配合量を4重量部とした以外は、比較例3と同様の方法により、見掛け密度98kg/m3、厚さ2.5mmの独立気泡発泡ゴムシートを得た。
架橋剤が2,5−ジメチル−2,5−ビス(t−ブチルパーオキシ)ヘキサ−3−イン(日本油脂社製 商品名「パーヘキシン25B」、1分間半減期温度:190℃)であること以外は、実施例5と同様の方法により、見掛け密度201.6kg/m3、厚さ2.5mmの独立気泡発泡ゴムシートを得た。
架橋剤がジクミルパーオキサイド(日本油脂社製:1分間半減期温度:170℃)であること以外は、実施例5と同様の方法により、見掛け密度110kg/m3、厚さ2.5mmの独立気泡発泡ゴムシートを得た。
アゾジカルボンアミドの配合量を10重量部としたこと、発泡性シートの押出時に、樹脂層として厚さ50μmのポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(東洋紡績株式会社製 商品名「E5000」、軟化点:260℃)を上記未架橋で且つ未発泡の発泡性シートの片面に押出ラミネートした以外は、実施例1と同様の方法により、積層体を得ようとしたが、樹脂層が発泡性シートの発泡時に延展しなかったために積層体が得られなかった。
上記で得られた独立気泡発泡ゴムシート及び積層体について、以下の項目の特性を評価した。
(1)独立気泡発泡ゴムシートの見掛け密度(kg/m3):JIS K7222に準拠して測定した。
ゲル分率(重量%)=100×A/100
独立気泡発泡ゴムシート又は積層体から外径100mm、内径80mmのリング状(幅10mm、厚み2.5mm)に切り抜いた試験片を作製し、この試験片を2枚の互いに平行なアクリル樹脂板間に挟み、試験片の圧縮率が50%になるように狭め設置した(アクリル板間1.25mm)。
独立気泡発泡ゴムシート又は積層体から、独立気泡発泡ゴムシートの押出方向(以下「縦方向」という)に100mm、独立気泡発泡ゴムシートの面方向に沿い且つ押出方向に直交する方向(以下「横方向」という)に100mmである平面長方形状の試験片を切り出した。
収縮率(%)=100×(養生前の寸法−養生後の寸法)/養生前の寸法
得られた独立気泡発泡ゴムシート又は積層体から縦200mm×横50mmの平面長方形状に切り抜いて試験片を作製し、この試験片を長手方向に片もち状態で空中に150mm突き出るように取り付け、1分経過後に、試験片の自由端のたわみ量を測定した。
Claims (21)
- ゴム系樹脂を主成分とする発泡性原料組成物に架橋処理及び発泡処理を施すことにより得られ、JIS K7222に準拠する方法で測定した見掛け密度が30〜100kg/m3で且つJIS K6262に準拠する方法で70℃、24時間の条件下にて測定した圧縮永久歪みが60%以下であることを特徴とする独立気泡発泡ゴムシート。
- 架橋処理は、電離性放射線による物理架橋、又は、有機過酸化物若しくは硫黄化合物による化学架橋であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の独立気泡発泡ゴムシート。
- 70℃で7日間養生後の寸法変化率が、縦方向、横方向及び厚み方向すべてにおいて20%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の独立気泡発泡ゴムシート。
- 発泡性原料組成物は、発泡剤と、この発泡剤の分解温度よりも高い1分間半減期温度を有する架橋剤とを含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の独立気泡発泡ゴムシート。
- ゲル分率が40〜95重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の独立気泡発泡ゴムシート。
- ゴム系樹脂は、ニトリル−ブタジエンゴム(NBR)、スチレン−ブタジエン共重合ゴム(SBR)、ブチルゴム(IIR)、及び、クロロプレンゴム(CR)から選ばれる少なくとも1種のゴムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の独立気泡発泡ゴムシート。
- JIS K6767に準拠する方法で測定した50%圧縮応力が60kPa以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の独立気泡発泡ゴムシート。
- JIS K6850に準拠する方法で測定した剥離強度が、アクリル板へ貼り付け直後に20kPa以上、貼り付け後23℃で12時間養生後に40kPa以上、及び、貼り付け後70℃で12時間養生後に60kPa以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の独立気泡発泡ゴムシート。
- 発泡性原料組成物は、ゴム系樹脂100重量部と、軟化剤1〜50重量部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の独立気泡発泡ゴムシート。
- 発泡性原料組成物は、25℃以上の融点を有する結晶性樹脂、又は、25℃以上の軟化点を有する高軟化点樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の独立気泡発泡ゴムシート。
- ゴム系樹脂を主成分とする発泡性原料組成物に架橋処理及び発泡処理を施すことにより得られ、JIS K7222に準拠する方法で測定した見掛け密度が30〜100kg/m3で且つJIS K6262に準拠する方法で70℃、24時間の条件下にて測定した圧縮永久歪みが60%以下である独立気泡発泡ゴムシートと、この独立気泡発泡ゴムシートの片面又は両面上に積層一体化され且つ上記独立気泡発泡ゴムシートの原料となる発泡性原料組成物の発泡時の温度より低い融点又は軟化点を有する樹脂層とからなることを特徴とする積層体。
- 樹脂層はポリオレフィン系樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の積層体。
- 樹脂層は、発泡性原料組成物の発泡前に、該発泡性原料組成物からなる発泡性シートの片面又は両面上に積層されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の積層体。
- ゴム系樹脂を主成分とする発泡性原料組成物に架橋処理及び発泡処理を施すことにより得られ、JIS K7222に準拠する方法で測定した見掛け密度が30〜100kg/m3で且つJIS K6262に準拠する方法で70℃、24時間の条件下にて測定した圧縮永久歪みが60%以下である独立気泡発泡ゴムシートと、この独立気泡発泡ゴムシートの片面又は両面上に積層一体化された粘着剤層とからなることを特徴とする積層体。
- ゴム系樹脂を主成分とする発泡性原料組成物に架橋処理及び発泡処理を施すことにより得られ、JIS K7222に準拠する方法で測定した見掛け密度が30〜100kg/m3で且つJIS K6262に準拠する方法で70℃、24時間の条件下にて測定した圧縮永久歪みが60%以下である独立気泡発泡ゴムシートと、この独立気泡発泡ゴムシートの片面又は両面上に積層一体化され且つ上記独立気泡発泡ゴムシートの原料となる発泡性原料組成物の発泡時の温度より低い融点又は軟化点を有する樹脂層と、上記独立気泡発泡ゴムシート又は上記樹脂層上に積層一体化された粘着剤層とからなることを特徴とする積層体。
- 粘着剤層は、ポリオールとポリイソシアネートを含む原料を反応させてなるポリウレタン系粘着剤であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の積層体。
- 粘着剤層は、ポリオールとポリイソシアネートを含む原料を反応させてなるポリウレタン系粘着剤であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の積層体。
- ゴム系樹脂を主成分とする発泡性原料組成物に架橋処理及び発泡処理を施すことにより得られ、JIS K7222に準拠する方法で測定した見掛け密度が30〜100kg/m3で且つJIS K6262に準拠する方法で70℃、24時間の条件下にて測定した圧縮永久歪みが60%以下である独立気泡発泡ゴムシートと、この独立気泡発泡ゴムシートの片面又は両面上に積層一体化された発泡層とからなることを特徴とする積層体。
- ゴム系樹脂を主成分とする発泡性原料組成物に架橋処理及び発泡処理を施すことにより得られ、JIS K7222に準拠する方法で測定した見掛け密度が30〜100kg/m3で且つJIS K6262に準拠する方法で70℃、24時間の条件下にて測定した圧縮永久歪みが60%以下である独立気泡発泡ゴムシートと、この独立気泡発泡ゴムシートの片面又は両面上に積層一体化され且つ上記独立気泡発泡ゴムシートの原料となる発泡性原料組成物の発泡時の温度より低い融点又は軟化点を有する樹脂層と、上記独立気泡発泡ゴムシート又は上記樹脂層上に積層一体化された発泡層とからなることを特徴とする積層体。
- ゴム系樹脂を主成分とする発泡性原料組成物に架橋処理及び発泡処理を施すことにより得られ、JIS K7222に準拠する方法で測定した見掛け密度が30〜100kg/m3で且つJIS K6262に準拠する方法で70℃、24時間の条件下にて測定した圧縮永久歪みが60%以下である独立気泡発泡ゴムシートと、この独立気泡発泡ゴムシートの片面又は両面上に積層一体化され且つ上記独立気泡発泡ゴムシートの原料となる発泡性原料組成物の発泡時の温度より低い融点又は軟化点を有する樹脂層と、上記独立気泡発泡ゴムシート又は上記樹脂層上に積層一体化された発泡層と、上記独立気泡発泡ゴムシート、上記樹脂層又は上記発泡層のうちの最外層の表面に積層一体化された粘着剤層とからなることを特徴とする積層体。
- 請求項1〜20のいずれか1項に記載の独立気泡発泡ゴムシート又は積層体を用いてなることを特徴とする止水・水密シール材。
