アクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴム(NBR)(日本ゼオン社製 商品名「Nipol 1041」、密度1.00g/cm3の固体、アクリロニトリル成分量:40.5重量%)100重量部、アゾジカルボンアミド(大塚化学社製 商品名「SO−L」、分解温度:197℃)15重量部及び粉体状のフェノール系酸化防止剤(チバ・スペシャルティ・ケミカルズ社製 商品名「IRGANOX 1010」)0.1重量部からなる発泡性樹脂組成物を加圧ニーダにより混練した。なお、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴムは、20℃及び1気圧(1.01×10-1MPa)下にて液状ではなくゴム弾性(rubber elasticity)を有していた。
アクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴム(NBR)(日本ゼオン社製 商品名「Nipol 1042」、密度0.98g/cm3の固体、アクリロニトリル成分量:33.5重量%)100重量部、アゾジカルボンアミド(大塚化学社製 商品名「SO−L」、分解温度:197℃)15重量部及び粉体状のフェノール系酸化防止剤(チバ・スペシャルティ・ケミカルズ社製 商品名「IRGANOX 1010」)0.1重量部からなる発泡性樹脂組成物を用いたこと以外は比較例3と同様の要領で、見掛け密度36kg/m3、独立気泡率91%、厚み3.0mmのゴム系樹脂独立気泡発泡シートを得た。なお、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴムは、20℃及び1気圧(1.01×10-1MPa)下にて液状ではなくゴム弾性(rubber elasticity)を有していた。
アクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴム(NBR)(日本ゼオン社製 商品名「Nipol 1042」、密度0.98g/cm3の固体、アクリロニトリル成分量:33.5重量%)100重量部、液状アクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴム(液状NBR)(日本ゼオン社製 商品名「Nipol 1312」、密度:0.98g/cm3)3重量部、アゾジカルボンアミド(大塚化学社製 商品名「SO−L」、分解温度:197℃)15重量部及び粉体状のフェノール系酸化防止剤(チバ・スペシャルティ・ケミカルズ社製 商品名「IRGANOX 1010」)0.1重量部からなる発泡性樹脂組成物を用いたこと以外は比較例3と同様の要領で、見掛け密度36kg/m3、独立気泡率90%、厚み3.0mmのゴム系樹脂独立気泡発泡シートを得た。なお、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴムは、20℃及び1気圧(1.01×10-1MPa)下にて液状ではなくゴム弾性(rubber elasticity)を有していた。液状アクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴムは、20℃及び1気圧(1.01×10-1MPa)の条件下にて流動性を有していた。
アクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴム(NBR)(日本ゼオン社製 商品名「Nipol DN401LL」、密度0.94g/cm3の固体、アクリロニトリル成分量:18.0重量%)100重量部、アゾジカルボンアミド(大塚化学社製 商品名「SO−L」、分解温度:197℃)15重量部及び粉体状のフェノール系酸化防止剤(チバ・スペシャルティ・ケミカルズ社製 商品名「IRGANOX 1010」)0.1重量部からなる発泡性樹脂組成物を用いたこと以外は、比較例3と同様の要領で、見掛け密度35kg/m3、独立気泡率90%、厚み3.0mmのゴム系樹脂独立気泡発泡シートを得た。なお、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴムは、20℃及び1気圧(1.01×10-1MPa)下にて液状ではなくゴム弾性(rubber elasticity)を有していた。
エチレン−プロピレン共重合ゴム(EPDM)(密度0.87g/cm3)100重量部、アゾジカルボンアミド(大塚化学社製 商品名「SO−L」、分解温度:197℃)15重量部及び粉体状のフェノール系酸化防止剤(チバ・スペシャルティ・ケミカルズ社製 商品名「IRGANOX 1010」)0.1重量部からなる発泡性樹脂組成物を用いたこと以外は、比較例3と同様の方法により、見掛け密度34kg/m3、厚さ3.0mmのゴム系樹脂独立気泡発泡シートを得た。
作製した直後のゴム系樹脂独立気泡発泡シートを幅25mm×長さ12.5mmに切り抜き、このゴム系樹脂独立気泡発泡シートの両面に幅25mm×長さ100mmのアクリル樹脂板を重ねて積層体を作製し、この積層体を水平面上に載せた上で積層体の上面中央部上に500gの錘を載せて積層体の厚み方向に15分間加圧することにより、ゴム系樹脂独立気泡発泡シートの両面のそれぞれにアクリル樹脂板が積層一体化されてなる試験体を作製した。
先ず、得られたゴム系樹脂独立気泡発泡シートを外径100mm、内径80mmの円環状(厚み:3.0mm)に切り抜いて試験片を作製した。次に、この試験片を平板状のアクリル樹脂板の中心部に載せ、この試験片上に、中心部に貫通孔が貫設されてなる平板状のアクリル樹脂板を、その貫通孔が試験片の円の中心上にくるように載せて積層体を作製し、この積層体を試験片の厚み方向に圧縮することにより、2枚のアクリル樹脂板の対向面間の距離が2.55mm(試験片圧縮率:15%)の試験体を得た。
Claims (2)
- 20℃及び1.01×10 -1 MPa下にてゴム弾性を有し且つアクリロニトリル成分を30〜50重量%含有するアクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴム100重量部と、20℃及び1.01×10 -1 MPa下にて流動性を有する液状アクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴム0.5〜10重量部とを含むことを特徴とするゴム系樹脂独立気泡発泡シート。
- 20℃及び1.01×10 -1 MPa下にてゴム弾性を有し且つアクリロニトリル成分を30〜50重量%含有するアクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴム100重量部と、20℃及び1.01×10 -1 MPa下にて流動性を有する液状アクリロニトリル−ブタジエンゴム0.5〜10重量部と、発泡剤とを含有する発泡性樹脂シートに電離性放射線を照射して上記発泡性樹脂シートを架橋した後、上記発泡性樹脂シートを加熱して発泡させることを特徴とするゴム系樹脂独立気泡発泡シートの製造方法。
