A シール材
一対のロールを用意した。一方のロールの表面にのみ、底面の一辺が0.3mmで且つ長さが4mmの四角錐状の針がロールの軸芯方向及び周方向のそれぞれに1.5mm間隔で碁盤目状に植設されており、一対のロールの対向面間の距離は4.5mmであった。
一対のロールを用意した。各ロールの表面には、底面の一辺が0.3mmで且つ長さが2mmの四角錘状の針がロールの軸芯方向及び周方向のそれぞれに1.5mm間隔で碁盤目状に植設されており、一対のロールの対向面間の距離は4.5mmであった。なお、一方のロール表面の針と、他方のロール表面の針とがロールの対向面において互いに重なり合わないように調整した。
アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン共重合体ゴム(NBR、密度:960kg/m 3 )を押出機に供給して溶融混練して押出機から厚みが0.5mmのゴム系樹脂シートを押出し、この溶融状態のゴム系樹脂シートを直ちにポリエチレン発泡シート(密度33kg/m 3 、厚み7.5mm、独立気泡率5%)上に積層一体化させてシール材を得た。
ポリエチレン発泡シートとして、その密度が33kg/m3、厚みが7.5mm、独立気泡率が85%のポリチレン発泡シートを用いたこと以外は比較例1と同様にしてシール材を得た。
ウレタン発泡シート(密度:20kg/m3、厚み:8mm、独立気泡率:2%)をシール材として用いた。
ポリエチレン発泡シートとして、密度が33kg/m3、厚みが7.5mm、独立気泡率が85%のポリチレン発泡シートを用いたこと、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン共重合体ゴムの代わりにブチルゴム(IIR、密度:920kg/m3)を用いたこと以外は比較例1と同様にしてシール材を得た。
得られたシール材における厚み方向の25%圧縮強度をJIS K6767に準拠して測定した。
シール材の熱可塑性樹脂発泡シートの表面全面に両面粘着テープを貼付した後、試験片Sを外径が60mmで且つ内径が40mmのリング状にシール材から打ち抜いた。なお、比較例3のシール材では、ウレタン発泡シートの任意の一面に両面粘着テープを貼付した。
シール材の熱可塑性樹脂発泡シートの表面全面に両面粘着テープを貼付した後、シール材から外径が60mmで且つ内径が40mmのリング状にシール材の全厚みに亘って打ち抜いて試験片を得た。なお、比較例3のシール材では、ウレタン発泡シートの任意の一面に両面粘着テープを貼付した後に、上述同様の要領でシール材を打ち抜いて試験片を得た。
シール材の熱可塑性樹脂発泡シートの表面全面に両面粘着テープを貼付した後、シール材から外径が60mmで且つ内径が40mmのリング状に打ち抜いて試験片を得た。なお、比較例3のシール材では、ウレタン発泡シートの任意の一面に両面粘着テープを貼付した後に、上述同様の要領でシール材を打ち抜いて試験片を得た。
シール材のゴム系樹脂シート又はゴム系樹脂からなる独立気泡発泡シートを、JIS B0601に準拠して測定された表面粗さRaが0.15のアクリル板に貼付した直後、貼付して23℃にて12時間に亘って養生した後、及び、貼付して70℃にて24時間に亘って養生した後のそれぞれについて、ゴム系樹脂シート又はゴム系樹脂からなる独立気泡発泡シートの剥離強度をJIS K6850に準拠して測定した。
Claims (8)
- ゴム系樹脂シートと、該ゴム系樹脂シートの少なくとも一面に形成された熱可塑性樹脂発泡層とを含み、JIS K6767に準拠して測定された厚み方向の25%圧縮強度が2〜40kPaであると共に、上記熱可塑性樹脂発泡層の独立気泡率が10〜60%であり、上記ゴム系樹脂シートがゴム系樹脂発泡シートであることを特徴とするシール材。
- 熱可塑性樹脂発泡層は、ゴム系樹脂発泡シートの一面に積層一体化された熱可塑性樹脂発泡シートであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシール材。
- ゴム系樹脂発泡シートが独立気泡発泡シートであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のシール材。
- ゴム系樹脂発泡シートが、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン共重合体ゴムを用いてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のシール材。
- 熱可塑性樹脂発泡層に穴部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のシール材。
- 穴部の深さが熱可塑性樹脂発泡層の厚みの25%以上であると共に、互いに隣接する穴部の開口端の中心間の距離が0.5〜5mmであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のシール材。
- 熱可塑性樹脂発泡層の両面に穴部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載のシール材。
- JIS K6850に準拠して測定されたゴム系樹脂発泡シートの剥離強度が、アクリル板へ貼付直後において20kPa以上で且つ70℃にて12時間養生後において50kPa以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のシール材。
