Abstract
1. Герметизирующий материал, включающий: ! лист из каучуковой смолы; и вспененный слой термопластичной смолы, сформированный по меньшей мере на одной поверхности листа из каучуковой смолы, и где ! герметизирующий материал имеет 25% прочность на сжатие в направлении толщины от 2 до 40 кПа, измеренную в соответствии с JIS K6767, и ! вспененный слой из термопластичной смолы имеет долю закрытых ячеек от 10 до 60%. ! 2. Герметизирующий материал по п.1, в котором вспененный слой из термопластичной смолы целиком наслоен на одну поверхность листа из каучуковой смолы. ! 3. Герметизирующий материал по п.1 или 2, в котором лист из каучуковой смолы является вспененным листом из каучуковой смолы. ! 4. Герметизирующий материал по п.3, в котором вспененный лист из каучуковой смолы является вспененным листом с закрытыми ячейками. ! 5. Герметизирующий материал по п.1 или 2, в котором вспененный слой из термопластичной смолы имеет по меньшей мере один участок с отверстием, сформированным на нем. ! 6. Герметизирующий материал по п.5, в котором участок с отверстием имеет глубину не менее 25% от толщины вспененного слоя из термопластичной смолы и один участок с отверстием расположен так, что центр края отверстия участка с отверстием удален от центра края отверстия другого соседнего участка с отверстием на расстояние от 0,5 до 5 мм. ! 7. Герметизирующий материал по п.1 или 2, в котором лист каучуковой смолы имеет прочность на отдир не менее 20 кПа после нанесения ее на акриловую пластину и не менее 50 кПа после выдерживания ее, нанесенной на акриловую пластину, при 70°С в течение 12 ч, измеренную в соответствии с JIS K6850.
Claims (7)
1. Герметизирующий материал, включающий:
лист из каучуковой смолы; и вспененный слой термопластичной смолы, сформированный по меньшей мере на одной поверхности листа из каучуковой смолы, и где
герметизирующий материал имеет 25% прочность на сжатие в направлении толщины от 2 до 40 кПа, измеренную в соответствии с JIS K6767, и
вспененный слой из термопластичной смолы имеет долю закрытых ячеек от 10 до 60%.
2. Герметизирующий материал по п.1, в котором вспененный слой из термопластичной смолы целиком наслоен на одну поверхность листа из каучуковой смолы.
3. Герметизирующий материал по п.1 или 2, в котором лист из каучуковой смолы является вспененным листом из каучуковой смолы.
4. Герметизирующий материал по п.3, в котором вспененный лист из каучуковой смолы является вспененным листом с закрытыми ячейками.
5. Герметизирующий материал по п.1 или 2, в котором вспененный слой из термопластичной смолы имеет по меньшей мере один участок с отверстием, сформированным на нем.
6. Герметизирующий материал по п.5, в котором участок с отверстием имеет глубину не менее 25% от толщины вспененного слоя из термопластичной смолы и один участок с отверстием расположен так, что центр края отверстия участка с отверстием удален от центра края отверстия другого соседнего участка с отверстием на расстояние от 0,5 до 5 мм.
7. Герметизирующий материал по п.1 или 2, в котором лист каучуковой смолы имеет прочность на отдир не менее 20 кПа после нанесения ее на акриловую пластину и не менее 50 кПа после выдерживания ее, нанесенной на акриловую пластину, при 70°С в течение 12 ч, измеренную в соответствии с JIS K6850.
