Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発＃４ｒｉ容器の密閉に関する。より詳しくは、本発
明は、蓋が容器上の堆付位置にあるとき、適確な密封が
形成され、かつ容器が変形されないように％優を容器に
対して適確Ｋｌ［合させる手段に関する。
容器と、＃容器を気密に密剤する蓋とがしばしば使用さ
れている。ポリプロピレン、ポリチレン、あるいは局所
的に変形可能な弾力性のある他の合成物質で作られた容
器と蓋が、このような容器への用途に優れていることが
立証されている。
典型的には、このような容器の１１ｉは、その蓋を容器
の上に置き、しっかりと押しつけ、そして蓋の緻部を容
器のリム上に密封位置まで押し込むことで取付けられる
。
最初に蓋を所定位置に押しこむと龜、蓋は一方向か或は
反対方向に僅かにずれることがありうる。
このことは容器のリムの形状が円形であるときには、ｇ
器に対する蓋の位置は重要でないから開−とはならない
。しかしながら正方形、或は長方形のような他の形状の
容器のりムでは、容器に対する蓋の不整合が問題となる
。例えば正しい位置に整合されていない蓋は、その量を
容器ＫＩＩＩｌ付けたときに容器を歪ませてしまうか、
或は蓋を完全に嵌めることを不可能罠することがある。

本発明は蓋を所定位置に押し込むと＊＊を適確に整合さ
せるような蓋と容器との間の整合手段を提供する。より

させるように蓋と容器とに設けられる。
かくして、本発明の目的は気密的に密封可能な容器と蓋
とを改良することにある。
本発明の他の目的は、＊を帯封位置まで押しこむと１１

ることにある。
本発明の更に他の目的は、！Ｉを密封位置まで押しこむ
に先立ち、容器に対して珊を適確に位置決めさせるため

ｉいている。外方に延びるフランジ２４が１構造体１２
に配置されている。７ランジ２４＃ｉ上面２６、下面２
８、及び少なくとも１つの整合溝３０をもつ、纂２図及
び纂１０図１　　に示す実施態様では整合溝は各湾曲１
１１６のすぐ近くに位置している。密封りＡ２０と７う
／ゾ２４とＦｉ壁構造体１２よりも厚く構成され、容器
の開放端部２２に一層大きな剛性を与えていることが４
鐵されよう。
４５０Ｆ−１％質的に平らな中央部分５２と、中央部分
５２の外周部の周りに延びる密封部材５４と、を有する
。密封部材５４は第１の部分、即ち内方部分５６と、第
２の部分、即ち外方部分５８と、これらを一端で連結さ
せてほぼＵ字形の溝を形成させる＠５０部分、即ち上方
部分６０とを有する。
上面６４と下面６６とをもつリップ６２が外方部分５８
の自由端部に配置されている。リップ６２はＦ方に延び
る整合タデ６８を有し、この整合タデ６８は整合溝３０
とかみ合うようになっている。
第７図に最も良く示されるように、外面６６は蓋５０が
取付位置にあるとき、フランジの上面２６にきもんと接
触している。第１図、第６図、及び第９図に最も良く示
されるように、整合１１６８は７ランゾｌ＄＄３０内に
きちんと嵌合される。
ｌｌ１５０ｒ！次の方法で容器１０に取付けられる。
まず整合タデ６Ｂを１１３０内に位置決めする。このこ
とに関して、蓋５０．特に密封部材５４と整合タブ６８
は１１１１３０への位置決めを容易にするように禰わま
せるのが良いことが認識されるべきである。このことＦ
ｉ第８図に示されている。かくして優を最初に適確に整
合させた状態で、密封部材をりムク０上の所定位置に押
し込む。
好ましい実施態様では整合溝は各湾曲９１６のすぐ近く
のフランジ２４に設けられている。これは、１ｌｓｏが
嵌められる上書整合タブ６８が整合１１１１３０に順次
に位置決めされるので、ｊ５０の適正な整合をｌ！に容
易にする。複数の整合夕１６８と整合溝ａｏｈ、取付け
をどの湾曲！！１６からでも開始できるので％蓋の取付
けを容易にする。
また、これは又単−のタブを単一の溝と整合させなけれ
ばならない場合に行なわれるような容器に対する蓋の再
位置決めを最小圧する。タブ６８と整合溝３０は容器Ｏ
′ｌｔｊ封リム２０に対して蓋の密封部材５４を整合さ
せるように協働する整合手段を提供し、これによって纂
１図及び纂９図に示すように蓋を容器に適確ＫｔＥめる
ことができることが理解されよう、ま九タゾ又はその均
等物ｔ−７ランゾに殴け、壷合溝父はその均等物を密封
部材に設設けるように、タデと整合溝の配置を逆にする
仁とももちろん可能である。かくして容器を歪ませ。
１と容器との間の気密な密封部に影響を与えるような鎧
の不整合が防止される。第１１図及び第１２図は蓋が整
合されない先行技術の容器を示す。

Claims (8)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）容器と蓋との組合せくして、 前記容器は壁構造体と蚊蝋構造体の一喝部に位置する底
    壁を有しており、 前記壁構造体は少なくとも２つの湾曲−で連結される少
    なくとも２つの１ＩＩＩｌをもち。 Ｉ！に前記壁構造体は前記底壁と反対側の容器の端１１
    ４に配置された密封りムをもち。 前記蓋は中央部分と、該中央部分の周りに配置され、か
    つ前記１１Ｍリムとかみ合うように構成された密封部材
    とをもち、 前記蓋と壁構造体には、前記蓋が前記容器に適確に嵌合
    されるよう前記密封部材を前記密封リムに対して整合さ
    せるよう協働する整合手段が設けられていることを特徴
    とする容器と蓋との龜合せ。
  2. （２）°前記蓋構造体は少なくとも１つの外方に延びる
    ７ランゾを有し、前記整合手段は前記外方に延びるフラ
    ングと前記密封部材とに配置されていることを特徴とす
    る特許請求の範ｌｌ！ｌＪｌ１ｇ１項に記載の容器と蓋
    との組合せ。
  3. （３）　　前記整合手段は少なくとも１つの溝と、少な
    くとも１つのタブと、を有し。 前記溝と前記タデのいずれか一方が前記密封部材に配電
    され、他方が前記７ラノジに配置されていることを特徴
    とする特許請求の範囲第２項に記載の容器と蓋との組合
    せ。
  4. （４）　　前記少なくとも１つの溝は前記７ランジに配
    電され、前記少なくとも１つの夕１は前記蓋の密画部材
    に配置されてシ９．前記タデは前記密封部材を前記密封
    リムに対して位置決めするために前記溝に嵌合されるよ
    うになっていることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第５項
    に記載の容器と看との組合せ。
  5. （５）　　前記ｆ４は前記湾曲−の１つのすぐ近くに配
    置されていることｔ−特徴とする特許請求の範囲属４項
    に記載の容器と蓋との組合せ。
  6. （６）　　前記整合手段は前記フランジに設けられた少
    なくと４一対の溝と、前記蓋の密封部材に設けられた少
    なくとも一対の夕！と、を有し、前記一対の溝は、互い
    に対向して配置されており、前記タデは、前記蓋が容器
    に適確に嵌合されるより、密封りムに対して密封部材を
    位置決めさせるために前記＠に嵌合されるようになって
    いることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第２項に記載の容
    器と量との組合せ。
  7. （７）　　前記対をなす溝の一方は前記樗曲蝋の一方の
    すぐ近くに配置され、前記対をなす溝の他方は前記湾曲
    曖の他方のすぐ近くに配置されていることを特徴とする
    特許請求の範囲＠６項に１絨の容器と蓋との組合せ。
  8. （８）前記整合手段は前記フランジに設けられた複数の
    溝と、前記蓋の密封部材に設けられた複数の夕１と、を
    有し、 ′　　　　　前記各ｍは各前記湾曲−のすぐ近くに配置
    されており。 前記タブは、前記蓋が容器に適確に嵌合されるよう、密
    封リムに対して密封部材を位置決めさせるために前記溝
    の中に嵌合されるようＫなっていることを特徴とする特
    許請求の範囲第２項に記載の容器と蓋との組合せ。
