본 발명은 용기에 관한 것이다. 특히, 본 발명은 뚜껑을 용기에 대해 정확하게 정렬하여 밀봉을 양호하게 하고 뚜껑이 덮혀진 상태에서 용기가 비틀리는 것을 방지하는 수단에 관한 것이다.
용기 및 이 용기를 밀봉하는 뚜껑이 한 동안 사용되었다. 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌 또는 국부적으로 변형되나 탄성의 성분을 갖는 다른 재료들은 상기 용기에 사용할 때 그 우수성이 입증되었다.
통상적으로, 상기 용기의 뚜껑들은 뚜껑을 용기상에 위치시키고, 뚜껑을 강하게 압압하여, 뚜껑의 연부를 용기의 림을 지나도록 밀봉위치로 압압시켜 용기에 덮이도록 한다. 뚜껑을 밀봉 위치로 압압하기 시작할때, 뚜껑은 한 방향 또는 다른 방향으로 약간 변형하게 된다. 용기의 림이 원형일 경우에는 용기에 대한 뚜껑의 위치가 중대한 문제가 아니기 때문에, 상기와 같은 변형은 별로 큰 문제가 되지 않는다. 그러나, 용기의 림이 사각형 또는 장방형 등과 같은 원형이 아닌 경우에는, 용기에 대해 뚜껑이 제대로 정렬되지 못하는 것은 상당한 문제를 발생시키게 된다. 예컨대 잘못 정렬된 뚜껑은, 뚜껑을 용기에 덮을 때 용기를 뒤틀리게하거나 또는 용기에 덮을 수 없게 한다. 또한 잘못 정렬된 뚜껑은 용기와 뚜껑 사이의 밀봉에도 영향을 미친다.
본 발명은 용기와 뚜껑 사이를 정확하게 정렬할 수 있는 수단을 마련하여, 뚜껑이 밀봉 위치로 압압될 때 정확하게 정렬되도록 한다. 특히, 뚜껑 및 용기에 태브(tab) 및 슬로트(slot) 구조를 마련하여 뚜껑이 정확하게 정렬될 수 있도록 한다.
따라서, 본 발명의 목적은 밀봉되는 용기 및 뚜껑을 개선하고자 함이다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 뚜껑이 밀봉 위치로 압압될 때 뚜껑이 정확하게 정렬될 수 있는 구조를 제공하고자 함이다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 뚜껑을 밀봉 위치로 압압시키기 전에 용기에 대해 뚜껑을 정확하게 정렬시킬 수 있는 태브 및 슬로트 구조를 마련하기 위함이다.
이하, 본 발명의 상기 목적 및 장점들을 첨부된 도면을 참조로 하여 상세히 설명하겠다.
도면을 참조하여 보면, 제1도, 제2도, 제9도 및 제10도에 용기(10) 및 뚜껑(50)을 도시하였다. 용기(10)은 (12)로 표시한 벽 구조물을 포함한다. 벽 구조물(12)는 대향된 측벽(14) 및 곡선벽(16)을 포함한다. 벽 구조물(12)의 하부단에는 바닥 벽(18)이 위치한다.

Claims (6)
