Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 （１）実際の製条機前に配置される集束要素を備え、こ
    の集束要素は繊維が接線方向から送出される可動案内部
    材の形態をとり、この可動案内部材は前記製条機から供
    給される前記繊維の端部に引張力を生じさせると共に紡
    績機に関連する撚りの戻りを制限することを特徴とする
    紡績操作中に粗紡から紡績糸を製造できる製条機。−（
    ２）前記可動案内部材は、この案内部材と協働して前記
    繊維の集束および移動を補助するように流れる流体流、
    例えば空気流を受けることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載の製条機。 （３）前記可動案内部材は、周辺にＶ字状の開口溝５−
    　が形成される回転案内部材であることを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の製条機。 （４）前記溝の底には吸引源に接続されるオリフィスが
    形成されることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載の製条機。 ７（５）前記吸引効果は、製条された前記粗紡が集めら
    れて撚りが開始される領域で除かれることを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第４項記載の製条機。 、（６）　　前記オリフィスは、正弦曲線上に点在する
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第４項記載の
    製条機。、　　　５ （７）前記回転案内部材は前記製条機の出口に配置され
    、前記回転率内部材に送出される点から巻取部材に供給
    する点まで前記粗紡の前記回転案内部材における進行角
    度が３０〜９０度であるように配置されることを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載の製条機。 （８）前記製条機の出口から前記可動案内部材に前記繊
    維が接触するまでの距離は、苑理される繊維の長さに関
    連して調整できることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の製条機。、
