Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.オレフィンの重合に適しおり、かつ還元された遷移金属錯体及び助触媒を含 むところの触媒組成物において、遷移金属錯体が次の構造を持つことを特徴とす る触媒組成物 [ここで、Xは、(Ar‐R‐)sY(‐R‐DR′n)qであり、そして各記号の次 に意味を持つ。 M 周期律表の第4族、第5族又は第6族からの還元され た遷移金属、 X 多座のモノアニオン性の配位子、 Y Mに結合される、シクロペンタジエニル基、アミジノ 又はホスフィジノ基、 R Y基とDR′n基、又はY基とAr基の間の任意的結 合基、 D 周期律表の第15族又は第16族から選ばれる電子供 与性ヘテロ原子、 R′ 置換基、 Ar 電子供与性のアリール基、 L Mに結合されるモノアニオン性の配位子(シクロペン タジエニル基、アミジノ基又はホスフィジノ基を 除く)、 K Mに結合される、中性の又はアニオン性の配位子、 m K基の数、 n Dに結合されるR′基の数、 q及びs q+s≧1 である]。 2.遷移金属錯体が、次の構造を持つことを特徴とする請求項1記載の触媒組成 物 (ここで、Mは、酸化状態3+における周期律表の第4族からの遷移金属である )。 3.遷移金属が、チタン(Ti)であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の 触媒組成物。 4.電子供与性ヘテロ原子Dが、窒素(N)又はリン(P)であることを特徴と する請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の触媒組成物。 5.DR′n基中のR′基が、n‐アルキル基であることを特徴とする請求項1 〜4のいずれか一つに記載の触媒組成物。 6.R基が、次の構造であることを特徴とする請求項1〜 5のいずれか一つに記載の触媒組成物 (‐CR′2‐)p、 (‐SiR′2)p、又は (‐SiR′2‐CR′2‐)p (ここで、pは1〜4である)。 7.Lが、ハロゲン化物、アルキル基又はベンジル基であることを特徴とする請 求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の触媒組成物。 8.Y基が、置換されたシクロペンタジエニル基であることを特徴とする請求項 1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の触媒組成物。 9.助触媒が、直鎖状又は環状アルミノキサン若しくはトリアリールボラン若し くはトリアリールボレートを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一つ に記載の触媒組成物。 10.触媒系の作用下におけるオレフィンの重合法において、オレフィンが、請 求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の触媒組成物の作用下に重合されることを特徴 とする方法。 11.オレフィンが、α‐オレフィン、内部オレフィン、環状オレフィン及びジ オレフィンあるいはそれらの混合物 を含む群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項10記載の方法。 12.α‐オレフィンが、エテン、プロペン、ブテン、ペンテン、ヘプテン、オ クテン、スチレンあるいはそれらの混合物を含む群から選ばれることを特徴とす る請求項11記載の方法。 13.ポリマーが、エテン及び/又はプロペンに基いて調製されることを特徴と する請求項10〜12のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 14.ゴム様のポリマーが、エテン、α‐オレフィン及び任意的にジエンに基い て調製されることを特徴とする請求項10〜12のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 15.請求項10〜14のいずれか一つに記載の方法により、又は請求項1〜9 のいずれか一つに記載の触媒組成物の作用下におけるオレフィンの重合により得 られるべきポリオレフィン。 16.実質的にそして実施例により述べられた触媒組成物、方法及びポリオレフ ィン。
