Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.自動車用のフレーム構成体を製造する方法として、これが: 後方フレームレールモジュールを成形する工程; 前方フレームレールモジュールを成形する工程; 1対の中央フレームサイドレールを含んで成る中央フレームレールモジュール を成形する工程として、金属性材料シートに対し1連の協労ローラとして、垂直 基壁部分と1対の当該基壁部分の両端から外方へ延在する水平壁部分とを含む概 してU字形の横断面を有している形態に該シートを曲げる態様で以て当該シート の両側をロール加工により係合させるように構成配置された斯ゝる1連の協労ロ ーラを通じて該シートを移動させ、該シートの該U字形の形態の曲げ加工として 、該基壁部分を概してその平面内で曲折し、他方該基壁部分の1端から延在する 該水平壁部分の1方を伸延し、且つ該基壁部分の他端から延在する該水平壁部分 の他方を圧縮することを含む斯ゝる曲げ加工を実行することによって該中央フレ ームサイドレールの各々が成形される斯ゝる中央フレームレールモジュールを成 形する工程;及び 該前方フレームレールモジュールと該後方フレームレールモジュールを該中央 フレームレールモジュールの両端に固く確保する工程、 を含んで成る斯ゝる自動車用のフレーム構成体を製造する方法。 2.該前方フレームレールモジュールが1対の前フレームサイドレールを含ん で成り、当該前フレームサイドレールは: 金属性材料シートをロール成形し且つ溶接して金属性管状部材に形成し; ダイモールドとしてそのキャビティ形状を規定する内部面を有す る斯ゝるダイモールドの当該キャビティに該金属性管状部材を挿置し; 該金属性管状部材を外方へ拡張させて該ダイの該内部面と係合することによっ て該管状部材を該キャビティの形状に実質的に適合させるのに十分な圧力で以て 流体を該管状部材の内部に付与することによって成形される、請求項1に係る方 法。 3.該曲げ加工工程は更に: 該シートの該U字形の形態の内、外面を曲げ加工装置を用いて縦方向の離間位 置において係合させ;そして 該内、外面との係合状態において該曲げ加工装置を移動させ、それによって該 基壁部分と該水平壁部分を該離間位置の間の個所において曲げるようにすること を含んで成る、請求項2に係る方法。 4.該係合工程は: 該シートの該U字形の形態の該外面として該垂直壁部分の外面と該水平壁部分 の各々の外面とを含む斯ゝる該U字形の形態の該外面を該曲げ加工装置の外壁取 付け構成体と該離間位置において固く係合させ;そして 該曲げ加工装置の剛性楔部材を該シートの該U字形の形態に対して横方向へ移動 させて該形態の内位局限部の中に入れることによって該離間位置において該シー トの該U字形の形態の該内面として、該垂直壁部分の内面と該水平壁部分の各々 の内面とを含む斯ゝる該U字形の形態の該内面と固く係合させる工程を含んで成 る、請求項3に係る方法。 5.該シートの該U字形の形態は更に該垂直壁部分とは反対の側の該水平壁部 分の終端から概して互いに相手の方へ該水平壁部分に平行に延在しているフラン ジ部分を含んで成り、該係合工程は更に: 該フランジ部分の外面を該曲げ加工装置の該外壁取付け構成体と該離間位置に おいて固く係合させ;そして 該フランジ部分の内面を該曲げ加工装置の該剛性楔部材と該離間位置において 固く係合させる工程を含んで成る、請求項4に係る方法。 6.該外壁取付け構成体は固定マウントと該シートの該U字形の形態の該外面 と該離間位置の夫々において係合する可動マウントとを含んで成り、該楔部材は 該離間位置で且つ該固定マウントと該可動マウントに対して反対側において該U 字形の形態の該内面と係合しており、該曲げ加工工程は更に: 該曲げ加工装置のアームを動かすことによって該可動マウントとこれに対立す る該楔部材とを該固定マウントに対して相対的に動かし、それによって該基壁部 分が概してその平面内で且つ該離間位置の間で曲げられるようにし、且つ該水平 壁部分の1方が伸延され、該水平壁部分の他方が該離間位置の間の個所で圧縮さ れるようにする工程を含んで成る、請求項4に係る方法。 7.該外壁取付け構成体は固定マウントと該シートの該U字形の形態の該外面 と該離間位置の夫々において係合する可動マウントとを含んで成り、該楔部材は 該離間位置で且つ該固定マウントと該可動マウントに対して反対側において該U 字形の形態の該内面と係合しており、該曲げ加工工程は更に: 該曲げ加工装置のアームを動かすことによって該可動マウントとこれに対立す る該楔部材とを該固定マウントに対して相対的に動かし、それによって該基壁部 分が概してその平面内で且つ該離間位置の間で曲げられるようにし、且つ該水平 壁部分の1方が伸延され、該水平壁部分の他方が該離間位置の間の個所で圧縮さ れるようにする工程を含んで成る、請求項5に係る方法。 8.該アームを曲げ加工の際に作動させる工程は、該水平壁部分の外側に配位 する方から延在する該フランジ部分の1方を該垂直壁部分から外方へ離れるよう に移動させることによって該フランジ部分が互いに概して相手の方へ最早や延在 しないようにする、請求項7に係る方法。 9.更に、該流体を該管状部材に付与する間に該管状部材の両端を互いに概し て相手の方へ内向きに押す工程を含んで成る、請求項2に係る方法。 10.更に、該管状部材を該ダイモールドの該キャビティに挿置する前に該管 状部材を曲げる工程を含んで成る、請求項2に係る方法。 11.該後方フレームレールモジュールを成形する該工程は: 金属性材料のシートを、垂直基壁部分と当該垂直基壁部分の両端から延在する 1対の外方延在水平壁部分とを含む概してU字形の横断面を有する形態に該シー トを曲げ加工するように当該シートの両側を圧縮係合させるように構成配置され た協労型打ちダイの間に移動させる工程を含んで成る、請求項2に係る方法。 12.該固く確保する工程は: 該中央フレームサイドレールの終端における該フランジ部分を該前フレームサ イドレールの終端に固く確保させるために除去し、 該管状前フレームサイドレールの該終端を、該管状前フレームサイドレールの 該終端が該中央フレームサイドレールの該内面と該除去フランジ部分を有する該 フレームレール端において係合するまで、該垂直基壁部分の該内面に向かう概し て直角の方向へ移動させ、そして 該前フレームレールの該終端を該中央フレームサイドレールの該内面に溶接す る工程を含んで成る、請求項7に係る方法。 13.該固く確保する工程は該前方フレームレールモジュールと該後方フレー ムレールモジュールを該中央フレームレールモジュールの両端に溶接する工程を 含んで成る、請求項2に係る方法。 14.更に、該管状部材が拡張されるに従って該管状部材の単位長さ当たりの 金属量を変化させる工程を含んで成る、請求項2に係る方法。 15.更に、該管状部材の線型外周をその所定部分において原線型外周の10 %を越える値の割合だけ、壁厚を原壁厚の±10%内に保ちながら、拡大させる 工程を含んで成る、請求項14に係る方法。 16.自動車用のレールフレーム構成体として、これが: 後方クロス部材構成体によって相互連結された1対の概して平行な後方フレー ムレール部材を含んで成る後方フレームモジュール; 中央クロス部材構成体によって相互連結された1対の概して平行な中央フレー ムレール部材を含んで成る中央フレームモジュールであって、当該中央フレーム 部材の各々が垂直基壁部分と当該基壁部分の両端から外方へ延在する概して平行 な水平壁部分とを含む概してU字形の横断面形態を有し、該U字形中央フレーム 部材の各々がその離間した2位置の間で曲げられ、該基壁部分の1端から延在す る該水平壁部分の1方がその内部に該離間位置の間の個所で実質的に伸延された 金属性グレンを有し、該基壁部分の他端から延在する該水平壁部分の他方がその 内部に該離間位置の間の個所で実質的に圧縮された金属性グレンを有している斯 ゝる構成の中央フレームモジュール;そして 前方クロス部材構成体によって相互連結された1対の概して平行な管状前方フ レームレール部材を含んで成る前方フレームモジュールを含んで成る斯ゝる自動 車用のレールフレーム構成体。 17.該垂直壁部分は該2離間位置の間で伸延された金属性グレンを含んで成 り、該垂直壁部分は該伸延垂直壁部分の近傍に配位する局部として、該圧縮水平 壁部分の近傍に配位する局部よりも大きな度合で伸延されている斯ゝる局部を有 している、請求項16に係る自動車用のレールフレーム構成体。 18.該垂直壁部分の最大伸延量が該2離間位置の間の概して中点に配位しれ いる、請求項17に係る自動車用のレールフレーム構成体。 19.該前方フレームモジュールの該前方フレーム部材は各々、該前方フレー ム部材の衝撃吸収特性を高めるために交互に増大、低減をなす外径を備えた前方 部分を有している、請求項16に係る自動車用のレールフレーム構成体。 20.該管状前方フレームレール部材が各々概して長方形の横断面を有してい る、請求項16に係る自動車用のレールフレーム構成体。 21.該U字形中央フレーム部材は更に、各々が該垂直壁部分とは反対の側に ある該水平壁部分の夫々の端から夫々延在している1対のフランジ部分を含んで 成る、請求項16に係る自動車用のレールフレーム構成体。 22.該フランジ部分は該2離間位置の外側の個所において該垂直壁部分に概 して平行であり、該フランジ部分の1方は該2離間位置の間の個所において該垂 直壁部分に対し傾斜するように曲げられている、請求項21に係る自動車用のレ ールフレーム構成体。 23.該前方フレームモジュールと該後方フレームモジュールは該中央フレー ムモジュールの両端に固く確保されている、請求項22に係る自動車用のレール フレーム構成体。 24.該中央フレームレール部材は各々その前方端で該フランジ 部分が欠けている、請求項23に係る自動車両のレールフレーム構成体。 25.該管状前方フレームレールの各々の単位長当たりの金属量がその長さに 沿って変化する、請求項16に係る自動車用のレールフレーム構成体。 26.該管状前方フレームレールの各々の線型外周は所定の局部においてその 他の局部に対し10%を越える値の割合だけ、壁厚を当該他の局部の±10%内 に保ちながら、拡大されている、請求項25に係る自動車用のレールフレーム構 成体。 27.該管状フレームレール部材はその両端間に車両サスペンジョンを装着す るように企図された所定部分を有し、10%を越える値の割合だけ拡大した該管 状フレームレール部材の当該所定部分が概して該曲げ部分を規定する面域の間に 配位している、請求項26に係る自動車用のレールフレーム構成体。
