Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.アクリルアミド官能性二置換アセチルアリールケトン。 2.下記式で表される請求項1記載のアクリルアミド官能性二置換アセチルア リールケトン: 上式中、 R1は水素又はメチルである; R2及びR3は独立に、炭素原子数1〜14のアルキル基、炭素原子数3〜14 のシクロアルキル基、環原子数5〜12のアリール基、炭素原子数6〜16のア レーニル基であり、前記アリール基及びアレーニル基はS、N及び非過酸化物酸 素から選ばれた3個以下のヘテロ原子を有するか、又はR2及びR3はそれらが結 合している炭素原子と一緒に環原子数4〜12の炭素環式環を形成している; Wは−O−、−S−若しくは−NH−又はアクリルアミドアセチル官能基のカ ルボニル基と感光性基Pとを連結している二価結合基である;及び Pはノリッシュ型I開裂(Norrish Type I cleavage)しうる放射線感受性ア リールケトン基である。 3.Wが下記式から成る群より選ばれた結合基であり: 上式中、nは1〜4の数であり、R4は水素又はメチル基であり、Xは−O−、 −S−又は−NH−であり、及びYは下記式から成る群より選ばれる: 並びに 放射線感受性基Pが下記式で表される: 上式中、 Arは炭素原子数1〜6の低級アルキル基により置換されうる炭素原子数6〜 12のアリーレン基である; R5は水素、C1〜C12アルキル基、C1〜C12アルコキシ基及びフェニル基か ら成る群より選ばれる; 各R6、R7及びR8は独立に、ヒドロキシル基、C1〜C12アルキル基、C1〜 C12アルコキシ基、ジ(C1〜C12)アミノ基及びフェニル基から成る群より選 ばれる;但しR6、R7及びR8の少なくとも1つはヒドキシル基、C1〜C12アル コキシ基又はC1〜C12アミノ基から成る群より選ばれるか、又はR6、R7及び R8のいずれか2つが一緒になったものはアルキレン基−(CpH2 p )−又はアルキレンジオキシ基−O−(CpH2p)−O−(pは2又は3の整数 )であり、更にそれらが結合している炭素原子と一緒になって5又は6員環を形 成しているか、又はR6、R7及びR8のいずれか2つは、それらが結合している 炭素原子と一緒になってカルボニル基 を形成することができる;但し、残りのR6、R7又はR8は、ヒドロキシル基、 C1〜C12アルコキシ基、C1〜C2アミノ基、及びアリール基から成る群より選 ばれ;及びArはフェニレン、ナフチレニレン及びビフェニレンから成る群より 選ばれる; 請求項2に記載のアクリルアミド官能性二置換アセチルアリールケトン。 4.1種以上のエチレン性不飽和モノマーと請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記 載のアクリルアミド官能性二置換アセチルアリールケトン光開始剤とを含んで成 る重合していてもよい光重合性組成物。 5.下記式で表される単位を含んで成る高分子光開始剤を含む請求項4に記載 の光重合した組成物: 上式中、R1、R2、R3、W及びPは請求項2に記載した定義と同一である;R9 は重合性組成物中のエチレン性不飽和モノマーの特性により決定される1種以上 の基である;並びに、a及びbは約 1000〜5,000,000の数平均分子量及び約0.0001〜0.5の値 を有するモル比b/(a+b)を直鎖ポリマーに与えるのに十分な数である。 6.1種以上のエチレン性不飽和モノマーと請求項5に記載の単位を含む高分 子光開始剤とを含んで成る塗布可能なシロップであってもよい光重合性組成物。 7.(1)60〜99.95重量部の一価脂肪族アルコールのアクリル酸エス テル、前記アルコールは平均4〜12個の炭素原子を有する; (2)0〜39.95重量部のエチレン性不飽和モノマー、前記モノマーのホ モポリマーは50℃を超えるガラス転移温度(Tg)を有する;及び (3)0.01〜10.0重量部、好ましくは0.01〜2.0重量部の請求 項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のアクリルアミド官能性二置換アセチルアリール ケトン光開始剤; (4)0〜5.0重量部、好ましくは0.01〜5.0重量部の多官能性不飽 和モノマー、好ましくはヘキサンジオールジアクリレート;及び (5)0〜5.0重量部の熱又は光活性化作用のある放射線により活性化され るエチレン性不飽和を含まないラジカル源; を含む全部で100重量部の光重合して感圧接着剤となる光重合性組成物。 8.上記請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の組成物の層を有する支持体。 9.可撓性裏地及び前記裏地の少なくとも1つの面に光重合した請求項4〜7 のいずれか1項に記載の組成物の層を含んで成る感圧接着テープであって、剥離 コーティングの層を更に含んでよい感圧 接着テープ。 10.2つの支持体の間に塗布された請求項7に記載の感圧接着剤を含んで成 り、少なくとも1つの支持体が感圧接着剤に対して非接着性であってもよい積層 品。 11.(a)100モル%のヒドロキシル、チオール又はアミン官能性アリー ルケトンと50〜150モル%の1種以上の二置換アルケニルアズラクトンとの 混合物を提供する工程; (b)ヒドロキシル、チオール又はアミン官能性アリールケトンをアクリルア ミド官能性二置換アセチルアリールケトンに転化させるために、前記混合物を0 ℃〜100℃の温度に十分な時間保つ工程;及び (c)任意に、生成したアクリルアミド官能性二置換アセチルアリールケトン を単離する工程; を含んで成る請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のアクリルアミド官能性二置換 アセチルアリールケトンを製造する方法であって、前記ヒドロキシル、チオール 又はアミン官能性アリールケトンが任意に式H−W−P(W及びPは請求項2に 記載した定義と同一である)により表され、前記アルケニルアズラクトンが下記 式: 上式中、R1、R2及びR3は請求項2に記載した定義と同一である; により表され、前記アクリルアミド官能性二置換アセチルアリールケトンを少な くとも1種のエチレン性不飽和モノマーと重合させ、 架橋ポリマーを提供する工程を更に含んでいてもよいアクリルアミド官能性二置 換アセチルアリールケトンを製造する方法。 12.a)アルケニルアズラクトンを共重合性エチレン性不飽和モノマーと重 合させる工程;次いで b)生成したコポリマーをヒドロキシル、チオール又はアミノ基置換光開始剤 と反応させ、高分子光開始剤を得る工程; を含んで成る請求項5又は6のいずれか1項に記載の高分子光開始剤を製造する 方法。
